During the new book period, all kinds of data are very important. Lao Lai is not good at hype and can only write books in a down-to-earth manner. He relies on the strong support of all book friends. Every data is important.

Thank you all.

………………

The man's double ten is still wasted, and his dream of becoming a blue cloud has failed. The years are easy to sell when traveling, and it is difficult to stay at home. It seems that the sails are flying in the country, the wind is strong, and there is a lot of rain and snow in Madulang Pass. I have a long way to hide and believe in the way of heaven, but I don't know what the way of heaven is.

Carrying a big burden on his back, Hou Zi walked out of the north gate of Shendu and started his new life.

He was not sure how far he could go on this road, so he could only take it one step at a time. Others had to cross the river by feeling for stones, but now he had to cross the river by feeling for the magic door.

He didn't want to think too much about what he had done before, and it was useless to think about it; before he fully entered the Tao, he discovered that the so-called practice was not what he had imagined.

Never use the terms good people, bad people, enemies and benefactors to simply distinguish the world. It is precisely in this way that the path to learning Taoism will be more colorful.

He did not choose to ride a horse, but chartered a small awning boat. He did not need to rush, but he needed a quiet time to process the great changes that had happened to him in the past month.

In Anhe Country, the water system is developed, and most places can be reached by oar. At most, it is only a few steps to the shore, and it will not be very long; but this time he went north to Liuyang border and went against the current, which was relatively time-consuming.

It doesn't matter to him.

Taoist Chongling has no requirements, and the time limit for the large gathering of demon sects is loose.

Boatman Lao Qi and his son took turns rowing. He sat cross-legged in the low awning and opened the baggage sent by the Taoist.

Ten shiny low-grade spiritual stones, a bottle of twenty-piece Qi-entraining pills, a set of ten low-level basic spiritual charms, and three basic Qi-entraining techniques, that's all.

To a true Taoist disciple, these things are nothing, but to Hou Zi, they are a windfall, which is a bit embarrassing to say. After several years of practice, he has never used even the lowest things in the world of cultivation.

, the popular things on the market that he can afford are basically shoddy and inferior goods, specially designed for poor casual cultivators like them.

The spiritual stones are defective products, the elixirs are not effective enough and may have side effects, the spiritual talismans have limited power, and you may hurt yourself if you use them improperly. They are completely incomparable with the genuine products of these Taoist sects.

But at his current stage, those spiritual stones, elixirs, and talismans are actually useless; the purchasing power of spiritual stones is very strong, but he can't think of what he needs to buy now? He took the elixirs but couldn't absorb them because he couldn't.

The talisman cannot be activated. The spiritual power in his body is insignificant, far below the minimum level for activating the talisman.

This is his reality. He is better than ordinary mortals just because he can feel the inspiration.

The only ones that are really useful are those three basic qi-entraining techniques, [Shen Tong Yin Yuan], [Tai Shang Dao Yin], and [Dragon and Tiger Hui Zheng].

Among them, Shen Tong Yin Yuan and Tai Shang Dao Yin draw Qi through the middle Dantian, while Longhu Huizheng draws Qi through the lower Dantian. This is the difference.

Hou Zi has been practicing for several years. Although he has made little progress, he has read a lot of Taoist books. A large part of his family's wealth is spent on this. In this world where books are considered wealth, there are not many ordinary people who are willing to give up like him.

According to Tao Zang, the brain is the sea of marrow, which is the upper Dantian; the heart is the crimson fire, which is the middle Dantian; and the three inches below the navel are the lower Dantian.

The lower dantian is the house where essence is stored; the middle dantian is the house where qi is stored; the upper dantian is the house where spirit is stored.

For beginners in spiritual practice, they usually practice in the middle and lower dantian; the upper dantian is for refining the spirit. If the body of a low-level monk is not strong, the spirit will not be born, and the practice will be useless.

In terms of location, the Lower Dantian and the Middle Dantian are separated by the Zifu, so there is no priority; but the Middle Dantian and the Upper Dantian are separated by a twelve-storey building, and that is the essential difference.

Hou Zi also collected several books on Qi-entraining techniques, all of which were relatively simple and varied in the market. To be honest, he didn't know which one was good, and he hadn't practiced any of them anyway.

It should be said that although the qi-entraining technique prepared by Taoist Chongling for him is the most basic technique, it is also the most neutral, peaceful, safest and most universal technique. In short, even if you can't practice it, Probably not bad at practice.

This is probably the reason why there are so many disciples of Taoism. They don’t seek speed or power, they just seek the basics and step by step.

Of course, he now has to focus on these three techniques. As for which ones are more effective, he can only try them one by one. After several years of failed practice, he really is not very confident in this aspect.

This was the first night of the boat trip. After half a day of boating, the boat was moored at a ferry called Fengqiao. The breeze was blowing and the moon was bright in the sky, creating a misty mood.

There was a faint voice singing on the river:

The rain is rustling on the road at dawn, and the leaves in Jiangxiang are floating.

The weather is cold and the geese sound urgent. It is late in the year and we are traveling from a distant place.

Birds evade the sails, but fishes frighten and jump at the oars.

How can I stay in a lonely boat? The frosty moon is tied to the maple bridge.

This is the mundane world, but he wants to stay away from this world.

... His mind is feeling the inspiration of heaven and earth. He is already very familiar with these little things, as if there are countless fireflies dancing around him; but he just can't catch these little elves, unable to introduce them into his body and transform them into For used.

The eyes are slightly closed and the eyelids droop naturally, so that the objects in front of you can be seen but cannot be distinguished clearly.

The two tragus blocks all interference from the outside world, and it is like entering a realm of complete silence, listening to the rhythm of the breath.

This is the standard knowledge of Taoist meditation practice. You don’t listen with your ears, but you listen with your heart; you don’t listen with your heart, but you listen with your Qi.

Then, heaven and earth unite to release nectar, and sweet and cool body fluids naturally appear in the mouth.

Just saliva.

This body fluid is produced by the genius of refining heaven and earth. Compared with ordinary saliva, it has a much more beneficial effect. When the mouth is full, send it to the throat, swallow it with your neck, and there will be a gurgling sound, which can also help you enter tranquility.

When you first start practicing Taoism, don’t talk about the meridians. The best carrier for practice in the human body is the spitting that everyone has; if there is spirit, it is fluid, if there is no spirit, it is saliva.

Therefore, when Taoists quarrel among themselves, they never spit on each other, and they are reluctant to do so!

Taoists call it "immortality wine", and they say: "Who knows how happy you will be if you drink the wine of immortality?" After practicing Qi for a long time, it has become natural. Even if you don't take it consciously, the breath will return to the Dantian, as if it is attracted by force, and the Qi will be passed through. Yes.

Normally, you only keep your subtle thoughts in the Dantian, and still breathe in the Dantian. The exhalation is only thin, and the inhalation is continuous. If it exists or dies, it seems to be there or not, then it is the real breath.

As the practice progresses, the body fluids become more and more sweet. Who would know this except for those who are cultivators? It is not until the movement of the spiritual machine no longer requires the support of body fluids, but directly introduces the spirit into the body and exercises the meridians, that one truly enters the realm of entraining qi.

Hou Zi was stuck at this level. His saliva was always just saliva, unable to turn into saliva, and he wasted his time like this.

According to the method of referring to the source, he slowly mobilized the spiritual power of heaven and earth. What he didn't expect was that this time the little spiritual elves no longer refused, but flew towards him in an orderly manner, swallowing one with every breath.

Take a big mouthful of ideas and swallow with the saliva...

He was surrounded by huge surprises. Is it that simple? It’s so simple that it’s unbelievable! Is this the magic of Taoism’s authentic skills?

After getting over the initial surprise, rationality returned, and he felt the need to confirm this; practice should not be accidental, and knowing what is happening and why it is the way it is is the attitude of true practice.

So I changed my technique again and started using Taishang Guidance... It was still very successful!

Then use the Dragon and Tiger Hui Zheng to lower the Dantian to draw Qi, which is equally effective!

He understood something in his mind, and changed the technique again, using several mainland products he had collected over the years... Well, the effect of entraining qi is indeed not as good as the authentic Daoist technique, but there is no essential difference, and it can still introduce spiritual intelligence!

Then he understood that this was not a problem with the technique, but a change in his body itself!

The joy in his heart is gone. The shackles that have troubled him for many years are gone. Why not make people feel relaxed and happy?

... There are things that contain spirits, and the nameless nature is natural. The red dragon hides the universe, and the white tiger hides the Dantian. Under the Big Dipper and the southern star, the eyebrows help the eyelashes. When you are discouraged, you can move through water and fire, and when you calm down, you can see the true lead.
