Chapter four hundred and eighteenth heart of the benevolent

"The Mighty Arhat invites you, so you can't neglect it."

When Zhenfan heard this, there was a bit of joy between his brows.

Monk Zhenfan had met the Divine Arhat several times, but it was always when Juxian Bodhisattva met the Divine Arhat. Zhenfan was serving as a waiter, and the Divine Arhat had a few exchanges with him.

Despite this, Shenwei Arhat still remembered his name, and even took the initiative to say hello. Although it was mainly for Su Wen, he was still proud of You.

"Senior brother please."

Su Wen could only smile bitterly.

The two took a step forward, and Su Wen found that he had arrived under the bodhi tree.

Being next to the Mighty Arhat, Su Wen could not feel the Buddha's power. He could only feel the aura emanating from the Mighty Arhat. He felt that his whole person's aura was peaceful, and he seemed to have gained more understanding of the Buddhism he had studied in the past.

"Su Wen of Qingshan Academy has seen the mighty Arhat."

Su Wen saluted to the mighty Arhat.

"sit."

The mighty Arhat looked at Su Wen: "Are you Qian Haoran's student?"

Su Wen was surprised. He did not expect that even Qian Haoran knew about the mighty Arhat. Although Qian Haoran was well-known in the Liang Dynasty, the Buddhist country was located in a remote place in the Western Regions, and it was very difficult to communicate with each other.

"Yes, but the first mentor was Dong Zhizhang. Mr. Dong first accepted me as his student and studied "Spring and Autumn", and later studied "Mencius" with Mr. Qian."

"Have you read the Dharma?" the mighty Arhat said with a smile.

"I have dabbled in it before, so I don't want to ask for a detailed explanation." Su Wen answered honestly.

"How about learning my wonderful Buddhist teachings?"

"this……"

Su Wen was a little embarrassed.

He couldn't comment. He said okay... but the Hinayana Buddhism that is currently popular is not in line with his taste, but Mahayana Buddhism... no one in Buddhism has proposed this concept, so he can't be the one to take the lead.

Bird?

"I'm new here and haven't listened carefully to the teachings of the masters, so it's hard to comment."

In the end, Su Wen cautiously refused to evaluate Buddhism.

"Then I will tell you something."

The mighty Arhat smiled slightly: "I have just talked about the 'Bodhisattva's Practice' with all sentient beings, but I haven't elaborated on it yet. I just want to talk about this Buddhist Dharma with you."

"I would like to hear the Dharma."

The mighty Arhat was so enthusiastic that Su Wen could not refuse.

He even felt that the mighty Arhat was waiting for him here and was determined to popularize Buddhism with him. It was unjustifiable not to listen.

"Good..."

The mighty Arhat smiled slightly, coughed slightly, and once again preached the Dharma to the crowd around him: "The six methods practiced by Bodhisattva are giving, observing the precepts, patience, diligence, meditation, and wisdom.

"What is charity..."

The Zen sound of the mighty Arhat is so exciting that the audience is mesmerized.

Su Wen also sat cross-legged and listened carefully.

As Shenwei Arhat explains the essence of his understanding of Buddhism, Su Wen firmly realizes that what Shenwei Arhat practices is Hinayana Buddhism, and what he describes is the process of how individuals realize themselves through "Bodhisattva conduct" and achieve perfection.

.

But it has to be said that the Dharma of Shenwei Arhat is indeed exquisite, easy to understand and profound. Among the audience, many ordinary people listened to his Dharma, and they also had the symbol of awakening their wisdom roots. They were seen by the monks standing by and guided aside. If

If you can withstand the test of Buddhism, I believe you will soon become a Buddhist disciple, and the road to transcendence will soon begin.

Su Wenyou noticed that when monk Zhenfan saw this scene, he was quite envious.

He is also a person with wisdom roots and has considerable insights into Buddhism. He can understand the extraordinary power from Buddhism, but he never understands the key and cannot become an extraordinary person in Buddhism.

Juxian Bodhisattva comforted him that the time had not come yet, but seeing his brothers and sisters making great progress in Buddhism one by one, his heart felt like an ancient well, and he was still a little disturbed.

The mighty Arhat preached very quickly, finishing a passage of scripture in a short time. The audience around him was intoxicated, and the cheers were like thunder. Lotus flowers condensed by the Buddha's teachings all around him appeared one after another, and auspiciousness appeared everywhere.

"As expected, Arhat's Dharma is profound and exquisite."

Su Wen was also sincerely convinced.

The mighty Arhat smiled slightly and waved his hand gently.

Su Wen then discovered that he was still beside the Bodhi tree, but the tens of thousands of listeners around him had disappeared.

"This is..." Su Wen didn't know what the mighty Arhat meant by this move. Seeing that the Zhenfan monk was also there, he felt a little relieved.

If the mighty Arhat wanted to do harm to him, he would have many ways to do it, and he would not take the real monk with him.

"This is my little trick."

The mighty Arhat was still leaning on the half-worn futon, pointing to a flagpole erected in the center of the square and said: "Su Wen, tell me, is that the wind moving or the flags moving?"

"This..." As soon as Su Wen heard this question, he felt that there was a ready-made answer, and said without thinking: "Returning to Zen Master, it is not the wind that moves, nor the flags that move, but the heart of a benevolent person."

"Okay, what a benevolent person."

The mighty Arhat patted his thigh and chuckled in response.

But he didn't look at Su Wen, but focused on the Zhenfan monk next to Su Wen.

"Ah...huh?"

Hearing this, Monk Zhenfan first became confused, then stared at the flags pointed by the mighty Arhat and fell into thought.

After a while, a Buddha light emitted from his body and he said a Buddhist verse: "How good!"

"Huh?"

Su Wen was also shocked.

He saw thirty-six lotus flowers appearing around the body of the real monk, who was of high rank. However, he did not know much about the extraordinary order of Buddhism and did not know what level of attainment the real monk had attained.

"True Arhat."

However, the mighty Arhat laughed loudly and said: "Back then, Juxian Bodhisattva said that you should confirm the Dharma in my dojo and become an Arhat. It is indeed the case today. The person who just broke through the thin layer of Arhat status for you is Su Wen.

, not me."

"That's great, thank you so much, junior brother."

Monk Zhenfan sighed with emotion: "Teacher really has insight into the secrets of heaven, and the Dharma is boundless."

At this time, the golden light around him was still shining, and the five-color auspicious clouds were gathering in the mid-air. But when the real Arhat counted his fingers, he found that his auspiciousness as an Arhat should have ended, and he asked in confusion: "Does the mighty Arhat have a new understanding? Can he help me?"

Is the little monk preaching?"

If a newly promoted Arhat can receive teachings and answers from senior Arhats, their progress in Buddhism will be indescribable. This is why Juxian Bodhisattva explained to the real Arhat early on, asking him to seek opportunities with the divine Arhat. If this is the case,

Being recognized by the Mighty Arhat, real Arhats can consider themselves to have inherited the mantle of the Mighty Arhat and receive the blessings of the Mighty Arhat.

"No, the one who preaches and preaches the Dharma for you today should be Su Wen."

"I?"

Su Wen was shocked.

He has no problem talking about the Four Books and Five Classics. He can even talk about "The Whispering Language", a classic that only Long Aotian likes, but Buddhism... he really has no ability.

"The heart of the benevolent is moved."

The mighty Arhat sat on his knees with his chest raised and said, "Since your heart is moved, you might as well talk about your heart."

"That's fine..."

Su Wen thought for a while, wiped his sweat secretly, pondered for a few seconds, and then said: "I once obtained an article called "Prajna Paramita Heart Sutra" in an unknown ancient book, which I can share with my senior brother."

"Appreciate further details."

Seeing the mighty Arhat sitting upright, the real Arhat bowed politely to Su Wen.

"Avalokitesvara Bodhisattva, walking in the deep Prajnaparamita for a long time, sees that all five aggregates are empty, and can survive all hardships..."

Su Wen saw that both of them were presenting a grand ceremony, so he did not dare to act casually. He also knelt down and recited the Heart Sutra, which had only more than 200 words, in a precise manner. After finishing the first sentence of the sutra, Su Wen discovered

He is surrounded by golden light.

"Peng..."

A golden lotus appeared under Su Wen and slowly lifted it up.

"Huh……"

Almost at the same time, Juxian Bodhisattva, who was meditating in meditation at his home ashram, suddenly raised his head and looked at Savatthi City.

"The mighty Arhat has placed three feet of his body in the long river of time. Why is there such a Buddhist teaching spread?"

Juxian Bodhisattva is very puzzled.

He calculated that today was the day when Zhenmort would enter the extraordinary world, and that he would be better promoted if it was not swept away by the long river of time, so he entrusted the help of the mighty Arhat. Logically speaking, the disciple Zhenfan's promotion had been completed at this time, so why did the Dharma at this time

The power has not disappeared, but has become stronger?

"Did Zhenfan realize a more profound Buddhist philosophy when he was promoted?"

Juxian Bodhisattva had a happy face. He took a step forward and headed towards Savatthi City.

But when he was leaving, he discovered that many Bodhisattvas and Arhats had sensed unusual auras and were rushing to the place where the mighty Arhat was preaching.
