Chapter 358 The demon has not yet revealed itself!

Watch the fun.

It's human nature.

Not only the king of the country, but also the beautiful queen and the maids serving around her all turned their eyes over, wanting to hear the discussions between the Buddhist and Taoist families.

What's more, it involves the mystery of immortality.

Knowing that all human beings are mortal, how could anyone remain unmoved if the magic method of immortality was placed in front of him?

After all, there are only a few saints. If everyone could figure out life and death, these three realms would have become a holy land of bliss.

"You are a Taoist who is difficult to talk nonsense. You should know that in the door of annihilation, you must recognize your nature. Great wisdom is in the non-birth, and the true spirit is free in annihilation. Practicing meditation is the source of entering samadhi. Keep your mind united.

Only when you are in this place can you do nothing. Only then will you know that the three realms are empty but a hundred things are in order, and the six roots are pure but a thousand kinds are poor."

Seeing that the abbot seemed to want to refute, Fa Hai did not leave him any room to breathe, and then said: "You only think that sitting in meditation is a busy practice. Don't you know that your Taoist school also has Zen methods? The so-called: Taoism

When walking, sit down and lie down, and do not lose sight of the path for even a moment. When walking, keep your feet on the smooth road; when staying, concentrate on the emptiness; when sitting, adjust the breath to the continuous flow; when lying down, let the mind sink into the deep valley. For a long time without interruption, you will be like a fool all day long."

"You said that those who cultivate immortals are strong, beautiful and wonderful. I observe that you also follow the two qi in the ecliptic and understand the three natures in the Yuan Palace. But I don't know what is the subtlety of the Zen you cultivate?"

"As for seizing the beauty of the heaven and the earth, harvesting the essence of the sun and the moon, there is no need to show off in front of the poor monks. Having received gifts from the heaven and the earth, it is not like repaying them, but boasting full of them, is this just a single man who cultivates immortality?"

Fahai's momentum was overwhelming. Even though the old Taoist's eyes were like flying fire, his eyes were like the vast ocean. It seemed like a calm river, but who knew there were turbulent waves inside?

The father-in-law felt it.

He originally thought that Tang Sanzang was roaming the three realms with his magic power, but he didn't expect that his words were so sharp.

Originally, the abbot had some unsavory words in his heart to disparage Buddhist practice, but he was afraid that Master Tripitaka would fall out directly, so he used more civilized words. But as soon as Master Tripitaka opened his mouth, he knew that something was wrong with him, and he was like a boat with a leaf.

Walking on the huge waves, a single fire swaying in the violent storm.

The abbot listened to Master Sanzang's many questions. Although he was a little confused, he still had some rules. "I, as a cultivator, take the spiritual energy of heaven and earth and transport yin and yang to form elixirs. I absorb the essence of the sun and moon and mix it with water and fire to form a coagulation. I should take medicine at the four seasons."

, Yangjiu turned to practice alchemy."

In the end, the abbot gave in and quietly concealed the previous words "seize" and "collect".

The abbot paused for a moment. When he saw Master Tripitaka waving his hand to invite him, he obviously wanted him to finish what he was going to say.

The medicine comes to the world to help people. Pick fairy flowers to build a hat, fold incense to spread the grass. Applaud after singing, and dance to sleep. Explain the Tao and Dharma, promote the orthodox teaching of the Supreme Being; apply talisman water to eliminate the evil atmosphere in the world.

The sky is full of flowers and splendor, representing the diligence of the wonderful way."

"My way is so great, how can it be known to outsiders?"

After hearing what he said, Fa Hai nodded slightly. He still looked like a Taoist from the Immortal Family. After all, he came from a famous family, so he naturally had some cultivation skills and was not just a straw bag.

But it is also a rhetorical talk, which sounds like a fairy tale, but in fact, not a word of it falls into place at all.

If he can't say anything useful anymore, Fahai will have no patience anymore.

"When it comes to spiritual practice, the Tao Te Ching says: The tree that hugs each other is born from the smallest grain of wood; the nine-story platform begins from tired soil; a journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step."

"Since you have received the heavenly spirit and assisted the earth veins, you can have firm perception. You must be aware of your heart. If your heart is pure, the light will shine everywhere. If your heart is present, all the surroundings will be clear. What's more, you should know that if your mind is unmoved, all your actions will be complete."

"If the heart is alienated, even if you hang in the river and boast, it will be all lies. If the heart is not sincere, even if you carry yin and yang in your hands, it will be difficult to hold the elixir."

"More than just practicing Buddhism and Taoism, even if you live in the world, you also know the root of the Tao of believers and the basis of the virtues of respect. More importantly, we should pay attention to the unity of words and deeds, keep clear mind and see nature, restrain ourselves and return to propriety. Let go of desires and calm the mind.

"

"When desire arises and the mind is confused, sins and karma will befall the body. It cannot be transcended by the Buddha. How can one ascend on the path? How can one see eternal life?"

As soon as the abbot heard this, he already knew that the Master Tripitaka in front of him might have figured out his origin. He was saying that he was not speaking what he meant and that he had desires.

But Master Tripitaka was right. He didn't want to show his timidity in front of others, let alone lose his Taoist prestige in front of a monk. At this moment, he actually looked stern and angry, gritted his teeth and said forcefully: "You Buddhist meditation meditation

Buddhism, the annihilation of the underworld, the stinky shell of Nirvana, can never transcend the mortal world. Do you know that among the three religions, Tao is the only one that has been honored since ancient times?"

Before the old Taoist finished speaking, Fahai had already spoken: "Old Master said: The Great Tao is invisible, giving birth to the world; the Great Tao is ruthless, moving the sun and the moon; the Great Tao is nameless, nourishing all things; I don't know its name, so I call it Tao."

"Tao transforms yin and yang, Tao generates all things, and Tao follows nature."

"Amitabha." Fahai Chang recited the Dharma name, looked at the old Taoist and asked: "But I don't know which Tao is the 'Tao' in the mouth?"

The king originally thought that the two of them were discussing immortality, but he couldn't understand what they were talking about.

road?

How many paths are there?

The king looked at the abbot. Although the two exchanged words with each other for several rounds just now, he did not understand the connotation. However, he felt that what the abbot just said was "the highest among the three religions, and Tao has always been the most respected!"

These words are very powerful. I want to hear what other insights he has.

However, the abbot was silent and seemed to have no intention of continuing. When the abbot was confused, he heard Master Tripitaka continue to say: "Buddha said: Nirvana is silent, all actions are impermanent, all dharmas have no self, there is

All feelings are painful, Nirvana is peaceful. Realizing emptiness, you are free from birth and death."

"The Tao says: There is nothing to do to name a corpse, nothing to plan a government, nothing to take charge of, nothing to know the master. Hold one's strength and keep oneness until you can save the immortals. And the ancient practitioners of Taoism used tranquility to cultivate their wisdom. Wisdom arises without knowledge, which is called

Nurturing tranquility with wisdom. Wisdom and tranquility nourish each other, and their nature is brought out by harmony."

"What is your way?"

Since it is about discussing Taoism, the sea of Dharma is not limited to Buddhism. Even Taoist scriptures can be picked up at one's fingertips. However, he was confused by the two approaches of Buddhism and Taoism at the same time.

Seeing that the abbot was still confused, Fahai finally asked him:

"I just forgot to ask for advice. I dare to ask where I am good at collecting hundreds of medicines to help people in this world, and when to spread the Supreme Orthodox teaching." After saying these two sentences, Fahai looked at him again, "And there are evil spirits here.

I wonder how you can apply talisman water to eliminate the evil atmosphere?"

After hearing this, the abbot's heart suddenly trembled, and his expression began to change.

The father-in-law, who was being bombarded like a barrage of artillery fire, still came to his senses. Naturally, he couldn't answer Master Tripitaka's question because he was talking about things that the Antarctic Immortal had done, even though he was carrying the Antarctic Immortal on his back.

We went together, but how could this happen to me?

The head of the country was numb after hearing this. Although he had no idea of the true meaning of what the two of them said, he could still detect the conflict and cause it. After all, even if he was a fool, he still understood the word "evil".

.

Master Tripitaka said that there is an "evil" here. Who is it?

Could it be that you are talking about me?

Especially when he saw that Master Tripitaka no longer covered his angry Buddha eyes, the king also began to feel inexplicably flustered.

Fa Hai looked at the state leader who was forbearing and did not dare to get angry, and he also had many insights in his heart. The most intuitive thing was that he felt that his magical power had really saved him a lot of unnecessary trouble.

If he were an ordinary monk, no matter how profound the Dharma was, how would he dare to argue with this demon like this?

But it is not without its disadvantages. The disadvantage is that the deer spirit is afraid of his own magic power after all. It seems that his words are arrogant, but in fact he has restrained himself a lot. But it ended abruptly, which was not pleasant.

As for his last sentence, "Among the three religions, Tao is the supreme one, and since ancient times only Tao has been honored." In fact, it is not really an arrogant statement. The only mistake is that he should not have said this.

And this deer spirit doesn't even know what this "Tao" is. But if he could get some of its subtleties, he wouldn't go down to earth to do such a thing.

Not to mention this deer spirit, even Fa Hai can't describe his understanding of "Tao" in one sentence.

"The demon has not revealed itself yet!"

Seeing that the deer spirit still refused to wake up, Fahai shouted angrily at him, like the Buddha's voice giving him power, causing his body to tremble violently.

However, he has some practice and can still maintain his human form.

This is a hardship for the fox demon on the side. How can she, a little mountain demon, be capable?

With her charming skin and flesh, she attracted the favor of the Deer Spirit and the King of the Kingdom. When she saw Master Tripitaka's Buddha's light slightly appearing, she was immediately shaken back to her demonic state.

"oops!"

The king screamed and fell to the ground.

"monster!"

The surrounding maids saw that the Empress had turned into a red fox. Even though the father-in-law and Master Tripitaka were present, they were frightened and subconsciously ran away for their lives.

When the red fox saw that his true colors were exposed, he immediately wanted to run for his life. However, Fahai took out the purple gold alms bowl that he had been raising, covered it with a golden light, and frightened the fox in place.

The abbot also waved the crutch in his hand and struck in the direction of the fox demon——

Jingle bell!

This stick hit Fahai's purple-gold alms bowl hard, but the bowl was not damaged at all. Instead, it knocked the abbot back dozens of steps.

After the abbot landed on the ground, he rolled away and tried to escape with his escape skills.

This series of changes made the trembling king, who was lying on the ground, even more frightened. No matter how hard he tried, he would never have imagined that things would develop in such a way.

But at this moment, he looked at the direction in which the abbot was escaping, and he still complained a little in his heart: You knew he had extraordinary powers, why did you have to provoke him?

I've already given the medicine, what can I say if I can't wait until I catch him?

Now is a good time.

As for the fact that the father-in-law and the beautiful queen are two goblins, it actually became a supporting evidence in the mind of this foolish king.

If eating Tang Monk's flesh had not really made him immortal, why would the two of them bother to sneak into the palace?

Thinking of this, the king was not surprised but said with joy: This is really my fate.

"Thank you so much, Master, for your righteousness in exterminating the demon!" The king got up from the ground. His face seemed to be filled with the fear of seeing the beautiful queen turn into a demon. He moved further away from the beautiful queen, but leaned towards Master Sanzang and asked.

Said: "Master, why did you let that demon escape?"

"I can't run away. Several of the poor monk's disciples are waiting for him to fall into a trap."

This deer spirit didn't have much ability, so he didn't pursue him forcefully. Moreover, he had known that several of his disciples were worried, so they were all waiting here to let the deer spirit out and ask them to stretch their muscles.

When the deer spirit saw that Master Sanzang was not chasing him, he said in his heart: "This Tang Sanzang is nothing more than this. Even though he has deep magic power but no leg strength, how can he catch up with me?"

As the mount of the Antarctic Immortal, his business ability is naturally among the top in the three realms, especially much better than the sika deer that the Taoist monk Ran Deng sat on back then.

It was also after the Battle of the Gods that year, when Taoist Ran Deng sat down and the sika deer was cut in two by the golden dragon borrowed by Zhao Gongming, the immortal mounts were in danger and worked hard to practice their escape powers.

This white deer is one of the best.

Fa Hai never chased it, probably for this reason. This thing ran really fast.

But unable to stop Wu Jing from reporting the news, the Great Sage blocked the way and intercepted him directly from Fengdunzhong, "Go there! Give me a stick!"

Bang!

He was off guard and took a stick.

"Monkey King!"

The falling deer spirit saw the face of the great sage and recognized it at a glance. This great sage was a master who often went to Pele, and sometimes he called the Antarctic Immortal Old Brother. As the Antarctic Immortal, he

Weng's mount naturally recognizes the Great Sage.

Seeing the Great Sage's stick coming down straight again, I felt even more panicked. Is this really not leaving any way to survive?

In the royal garden.

The king of the country felt a little guilty when he heard that there were still disciples of this master guarding him outside. He just carefully thanked Master Sanzang again and again, and then asked casually: "I wonder how to deal with this fox demon?"

"Master, have mercy on me, Master, have mercy on me!" The fox demon knelt down in the golden bowl and kowtowed to beg for mercy. He was also so obsessed that he couldn't tell how much he weighed. He actually had a crush on such a powerful monk, and he had no choice but to end up like this.

It's said to be self-inflicted.

At the same time, I was also complaining about Lu Jing in my heart. If it had been agreed that he would use medicine to disperse his energy as planned, how could there be such twists and turns? Instead, he got involved in it.

"The little fox in the mountains has evil thoughts and joins the world to commit crimes——"

Fa Hai suddenly remembered the two vixens in Wanku Mountain. One was simple and kind-hearted and was incompatible with the vixen community; the other was cunning and cunning, and was beyond the reach of ordinary vixens.

And the fox demon in front of me is undoubtedly an ordinary vixen.

If they were like the fifth brother and just wanted to eat his own flesh, Fahai wouldn't mind leading them into the right path and letting them go.

In fact, the fox demon and the deer spirit know very well that they are not only trying to kill the king of a country, but also destroying the lives of more than a thousand children. It is obvious that they have a way to die. But at this moment, they are thinking about Master Tripitaka, who is an eminent Buddhist monk.

, be able to be compassionate and give yourself a way to survive——

Not long after, the fox demon's soul had entered the underworld, and he heard that his life span was recorded in the book of life and death. How could it be used up today? He could only sigh that it was destined.

She just wanted to know that Master Tripitaka could save herself without hesitation. But what would he do when he faced the king?

Will he be lenient just because he is a ruler?

Not only the fox demon wants to know about this matter, but also the powerful people in the three realms who are concerned about Tripitaka's journey to the west.

Especially the Guanyin Bodhisattva in the South China Sea.

"Are you worried about the Bodhisattva?" Dragon Girl asked the Bodhisattva, "But are you afraid that Master Tripitaka will actually save the king?"

"After all, the relationship between the kings of a country is very important. And I know the way of Tripitaka very well. His temperament is also an Amitabha Buddha who would rather be a piece of jade than a piece of earth." The Bodhisattva recited the Buddha's name and said: "The calamity of demons is easy to overcome.

Even if his daughter is killed, it will not be a problem for Sanzang, but the crime of Renjun this time is quite involved, so it may not be easy to overcome."
