Chapter 7 My grandsons reputation is in jeopardy

"Roar!"

There was a roar in the forest, and another white-fronted tiger with a glaring eye rushed towards Master Sanzang.

Fa Hai looked at it interestingly. He seemed to be in danger of a tiger. How many tigers had he met along the way?

Fahai naturally didn't care about a mere mountain tiger. Moreover, the great sage was completely naked and was missing a piece of clothing.

With a stick from the handle, he hit the tiger in the middle of the head. His brains burst out with thousands of pink spots, his teeth sprayed out a few jade beads, and he died instantly.

The Great Sage got off to a good start and said with a smile: "I haven't used this treasure for five hundred years. I never thought I would use you to break my fast today."

The Great Sage raised his eyes to look at Master again, and saw that Master's expression was calm, without any panic... He thought to himself: Master is probably a sharp person, and if he shows off like this, he may not be able to get into Master's eyes.

Besides, with Master's magic power, this mountain tiger can't even hurt him.

I'm just afraid that Master thinks that he has a murderous nature and doesn't look like a compassionate Samana.

"This tiger is also doomed. Wukong... you can peel off his tiger skin and make it into a dress. Then, as your master, you can save it."

The Great Sage was immediately stunned, Master... is this the way?

Thinking back to the fact that he had deliberately let go of his own wine, the Great Sage couldn't help but sigh: Master is really an eminent monk, very different from those people who are just trying to gain fame and reputation.

The great sage was so happy that he pulled out a piece of monkey hair and turned it into a sharp knife to skin the tiger. He kept saying, "Master, it's getting late. We have to hurry up when our disciples skin the tiger.

Seeing that there seemed to be smoke from cooking at the bottom of the mountain, I happened to go to have a meal and rest...I borrowed some needles and thread to sew the tiger skin haphazardly..."

While he was talking, the great sage had already peeled off the tiger skin, took the knife, and cut it into two pieces. He put away one piece and wrapped the other around his waist. He grabbed a kudzu vine by the roadside and tied it tightly, covering his lower body.

.

"That's fine." Fahai nodded in agreement. He had learned a lot today and was about to digest it.

Along the way, the great sage told him his origins as if he was offering a treasure. The magic needle he used to fix the sea changed his mind, which really opened Fahai's eyes. He couldn't help but praise a few words, but it made the great sage even more angry and turned the page.

It took a few somersaults before he was willing to stop.

"I am dissatisfied with the master who said that my old grandson's cultivation is so great that he has few opponents in the three realms except Yang Erlang. He has the ability to subdue dragons and tigers, and the magical power to stir up rivers and seas; he can discern colors by seeing appearances, listen to sounds and understand reasons; and he can measure the big ones.

The universe is so small that it can be captured on a hair; it changes without reason and is unpredictable..."

The great sage was delighted with forms, and whatever he was thinking was written on his face.

At this moment, I am like a proud big rooster, waiting for Master's praise.

He seems to be clever and fearful, but it's all monkey nature, but in fact he is a straightforward person.

Fa Hai thought for a moment, but instead of helping him gain prestige, he asked instead: "In that case, how could you be held by the Buddha? Pressed under the Five Elements Mountain?"

"Master, you, the old man, don't open and lift the pot." The great sage's face flattened, obviously he was poked in a painful spot, and he said loudly: "The Tathagata old man used a trick to deceive me, and I accidentally ate his pot.

My magical power, if I really throw my arms away and fight, I won't lose so ugly."

"Oh?" Fahai became interested: "So, do you think you are no match for Buddha?"

The Great Sage's original intention was to show off his abilities. If he were an ordinary monk, he would naturally not expose his shortcomings and could deal with it with just a few random words. Now that he knew in his heart that this elder was capable, he got along quite harmoniously and contentedly for a while.

I couldn’t help but say a few words from the bottom of my heart:

"Although I, Old Sun, underestimated them, they really shouldn't be acting like monkeys like this..."

"The dissatisfied master said that in the past five hundred years, the disciple has also been pondering some skills at the foot of the mountain. At that time, the disciple seemed to be making trouble in the Heavenly Palace and was majestic, but in fact he did not even enter the gate of the Lingxiao Palace... Those gods in the Heavenly Palace

, when my old grandson was fighting, he also kept a lot of hands... Hey, there was only one little Nezha who really contributed."

"Back then, when he was stopped by Wang Lingguan outside the Lingxiao Palace, Lao Sun couldn't defeat him for a moment. Several of the True Lords under Emperor Ziwei didn't even take action... The Nine Heavens Yingyuan Thunder God Puhua Tianzun didn't show up either. Only three people in his mansion

Sixteen thunder generals appeared, and I couldn't escape... They only said that even the thirty-six thunder generals couldn't hold me, but now that I think about it... they have clearly taken control of me.

Teach me, old grandson, that you cannot escape and can only wait for Tathagata Buddha to come and take you away."

Wukong suddenly sighed and sighed, "During these days of being pressed under the mountain, my disciples occasionally thought about it. I heard the Tathagata say that the Jade Emperor has endured 1,750 calamities in cultivation, and each calamity should be 129,600 years."

, how is this supposed to be done? Although I didn’t see him take action, after thinking about it, I realized that his magical power is no longer inferior to Tathagata, otherwise how can he control the three realms? That’s it, but he is thousands of miles away and asks Tathagata Buddha to take it.

People only know the difference now when they meet the Master."

"If you know anything, let me tell you."

"Since I have fulfilled the fate of disciple and master, I am afraid that the Buddha knew five hundred years ago that a pilgrim would pass by today, so he went to the heaven to pick up my old grandson, and kept him here while he waited for the master to take care of me.

Rescue him and go to the West to learn scriptures together, and also achieve righteous attainment."

After hearing the words of the great sage, Fahai was even more amazed. He never expected that he actually had a refined mind and could see this level. This also made Fahai feel that the journey to the west was just like a show and completely devoid of nutrition.

There is another thing that the Great Sage did not say. In the past five hundred years, Master is not the only person who has passed through this place for Buddhist scriptures, but they are all Master. This is why he can recognize Master as the Buddhist scripture researcher at a glance.

These Buddhist scripture seekers are all reincarnations of the Master.

The only difference is that the people who learned the scriptures in front of them were ordinary monks who had no power to restrain the chickens. As for the master's skills, the great sage would not dare to make arbitrary conclusions unless he had actually fought against each other.

From a rough look, an ordinary great demon who has been cultivating for thousands of years is probably no match for Master.

Even those ten-thousand-year-old demon kings who are shallow in their abilities may not be able to get any benefits if they don't have powerful magic weapons and supernatural powers.

Could it be that the Tathagata was afraid that ordinary monks would not be able to subjugate me, so he waited until this elder had achieved success in practice before letting me out?

Just because this thought flashed past, Wukong was immediately discouraged and felt that he had lost trust.

Now that he was out of trouble, the Great Sage had no restraints. However, although he was venomous in his words, he also thought that he had made a huge promise. Since he had promised the Bodhisattva to protect Monk Tang from studying in the West, he would naturally not break his promise easily.

The change in Wukong's expression was all reflected on his face. Fahai saw that he looked bald and no longer as happy and arrogant as when he first came out of trouble. He could probably guess what he was thinking, and said: "If you are troubled in your heart,

If you don’t understand, you might as well make a note of it for now, and when you go to Lingshan Mountain, you can ask the Buddha for advice in person.”

"I think all the Buddhas in Lingshan look down upon me, a hozen, and are unwilling to tell the truth."

Seeing that the great sage was depressed, Fa Hai said in a loud voice: "Master, I will help you. Let's see who dares to bully you. It happens that I also have many doubts in my heart. When the time comes, we, the master and the disciple, will ask together, let's see what the Buddha's share is."

teach."

"Master, your...disciple..." Wukong was moved for a moment when he heard the words, and even cried a little. During the turmoil in the Heavenly Palace, everyone in the world was an enemy. No one could help the sworn brothers. They were trapped under the Five Elements Mountain, and no one came to take care of them.

, now I just have a new master, and he is actually willing to speak for me in front of the Buddhas in Lingshan Mountain.

"Hehehe, the majestic Monkey King, how do you behave like a daughter?" Fahai saw Wukong's coquettish appearance at this moment, and deliberately provoked him: "This scene must be shared with him when we meet True Lord Erlang again."

"Master!" Wukong shouted, "My grandson's reputation is at stake!"

If Yang Erlang knew about this scene, he would rather flee to the Three Realms and never come back.
