After hesitating for a while, I finally decided to take a leave. In fact, I have already written 1,000 words, and coding another 3,000 words shouldn’t be a big problem. But I’m feeling dizzy, so I just forget it. I’ve been feeling a bit exhausted these days.
There were only one chapter in 3 of the 5 days, mainly because the weather had changed, I had a cold, my nose was blocked, I had a headache, and my brain was hot. In addition, I had already written part of the beginning of a new book, so these few days were not enough.
However, I still did not write this month, 220,000 words, an average of 7,000+ per day. In the past, I usually gave myself one day off per month. I just checked and found that I did not ask for leave in February and March, and I was still busy coding.
Talking about my recent life, I currently get up every day to run and walk the dog, then come back to take a rest and have breakfast. I either don’t eat at noon, or eat some milk + oatmeal, then code in the morning and afternoon, and then go out for a run in the evening and eat
I just eat a few eggs and go to bed. I have lost more than 10 pounds now. It is more important to take good care of my body.
The plan for next month is to still have 200,000 words, two updates a day, and a minimum of 8,000. It has come to an end. The current plan is to complete the two Northern Expeditions, with a maximum of 500,000 words. It may not be needed yet, and then open a new book as soon as possible.
The good news is that I exercise every day after returning to my hometown. I used to get out of breath after walking a few steps, but now I can run two or three kilometers continuously.
The bad news is that I still haven’t found a girlfriend, and marriage is far away, which makes me feel uncomfortable.
Take a day off today and continue writing 8,000 words tomorrow.
