Chapter 5 Yu Yuan

Chapter 5 Yu Yuan

In the summer in Raoxiang, the sun struggled for a long time before reluctantly leaving.

Yu Jian breathed a sigh of relief and fanned herself by her collar to make the heat in her body dissipate faster.

At dinner, Yu's father and Yu's mother jointly "beat up" each other. Yu Jian ate twice as much food as usual. She wanted to wash the dishes and do housework to eat as usual, but she was pushed out by Yu's mother.

She looked at the closed kitchen door, where the sound of water running from the faucet could be heard, and then glanced at her father who was sitting on the recliner chatting with Grandma Yu, and then sneaked away through the back door.

The trail from the back door leads directly to the seaside. The tide has already risen at this point, and Yu Jian walks along the coastline bit by bit on the waves.

She could feel that Yu's father and Yu's mother cared about her, but to be honest, Yu Jian originally had few opportunities to meet her parents, not to mention that the body now contained Li Yuanxi, an ancient person from thousands of years ago.

Yu Jian's deliberate avoidance was actually slowly exploring how to get along with them.

The sky has completely darkened, and only a white line at the junction of the sea and the sky and a flashing red highlight can be seen in the distance.

That is the indicator light of the sea lighthouse, guiding the lost ships home...

Yu Jian silently kicked the rocks washed up by the waves. After a long time, she regained consciousness and walked back.

"Sister, where have you been?" Just as she was about to enter, she was blocked by Yu Yuan. The little guy stopped at the door of her room and asked him aggressively.

Yu Jian was upset, so naturally he didn't look good on him and answered him perfunctorily: "Take a walk."

After saying that, he picked up his collar, moved him aside, and walked into his room.

Yu Yuan didn't want to let her go, so he followed her like a bug, kicked off his slippers, and climbed onto her bed.

Yu Jian didn't stop him and watched him quietly.

"Sister, you are busy with your business, don't worry about me, I will lie on your bed for a while." Yu Yuan rested his head on the pillow, tilted his head and winked at her, then lay down flat again, closing his eyes like a quiet baby.

Blinded.

It looks like he won't be getting out of her bed anytime soon.

Yu Jian touched her nose, sighed, took a change of clothes and went to take a bath first, and then kick the little guy out later.

Hearing the sound of the door closing, Yu Yuan's closed eyes slowly opened again. He turned around and lay half of his body on Yu Jian's pillow. His little nose twitched and he took a deep breath. It was his sister.

Smells sweet on your body!

The little guy raised his feet and shook them happily.

"Ajian, is Yuanyuan in your room?" Grandma Yu heard the noise and came out of the room. Yu Yuan was sleeping in her room, but in the blink of an eye she disappeared again.

Yu Jian shook the water dripping from her hair and smiled helplessly: "I guess you are going to sleep with me today. Don't be busy and go to bed early. I don't have to get up early tomorrow weekend."

Grandma Yu felt relieved, and after a few more words of concern, she yawned and returned to the house.

Yu Yuan heard the voices of the two people outside, and climbed out of bed smartly, leaning against the door panel and eavesdropping for a while. When Yu Jian asked him to sleep with him, he opened his eyes excitedly, and kicked the floor again.

Jumped back on the bed and rolled around like a puppy.

When Yu Jian came in, the little guy was in high spirits. When he saw her, he covered his mouth and giggled like a sneaky kitten.

Yu Jian couldn't do anything to him, so she put the milk she was holding on the table and pursed her lips: "I'll drink it later."

"Yes!" The little guy quickly got up and saluted her.

After finally calming down, the two of them lay on the bed side by side, and Yu Jian kindly gave him half of his pillow.

Yu Yuan couldn't sleep after thinking about it for a long time, so he turned sideways and faced his sister: "Sister, am I cute?"

Yu Jian remained silent, and the little guy pulled her pajamas again. She replied expressionlessly: "Yes."

"Sister, do you like me?"

Yu Jian opened her eyes and turned her head to look at him. Yu Yuan had a pair of round eyes exactly like her own, with her own face clearly reflected in the pupils.

She kept a straight face and said calmly: "It's okay."

Yu Yuan got up quickly and fell into her arms, his face pressed against her chest, and his tone was filled with happiness: "I knew it! I am such a cute child, how could my sister not like me!"

After two seconds, the voice was a little dull again: "Originally, my parents didn't want to take me back. They said they were afraid that my sister would be sad..."

It was probably because Yu Yuan overheard the conversation between Yu's father and Yu's mother. This little guy looked like he was covered in flesh, he was naughty and bold, but he was actually quite sensitive on the inside.

Yu Jian stretched her hands again and again, and finally hugged him, patted his back a few times to comfort her, and her tone softened: "I'm not sad, I just haven't seen you for a long time, I don't know why.

Get along with you."

The little guy grabbed her pajamas and raised his face: "I know! Mom always blames dad for leaving you at home and beats dad!" As he said that, he raised his fat paws and patted the air a few times.

, demonstrated to Yu Jian.

Yu Jian was amused by his strange appearance, and her sullen face relaxed. Thinking that it was almost eleven o'clock, she pulled him off and put him aside: "Go to bed! I'll make delicious food for you tomorrow."

"Then it's settled! You can't lie to me!" Yu Yuan's whole body swelled when he heard the food. He turned over happily and got into a sleeping position. He closed his eyes and didn't forget it and chirped twice.

After a while, he was probably about to fall asleep, and he murmured in a daze: "Sister, come back to the capital with me... I like my sister too..."

In the darkness, Yu Jian stared at the ray of moonlight that leaked from the cracks in the curtains to the ceiling. After a long time, she slowly closed her eyes.

At half past six, Yu Jian woke up. Today was the weekend, but the long biological clock made her very self-disciplined.

On one side, Yu Yuan was still sleeping soundly with his butt stuck out. Yu Jian observed with great interest for a long time how this little guy could still sleep comfortably in such a position.

It was already broad daylight and she couldn't sleep anyway. Yu Jian went downstairs to wash up, recite English for a while, wash her hands and start making breakfast.

Yu Yuan loves sweets. Yesterday, he ate five pieces of rice-free rice crackers stuffed with bean paste on the table. If Yu Jian hadn't stopped him, he would have eaten them all.

Eating too much glutinous rice can easily cause bloating, and he is still young. Yu Jian thought about it and planned to make a Tang Dynasty snack, the Single Cage Golden Milk Pastry.

This is a popular snack in the Shao Tai Banquet. It is relatively simple to make, soft, glutinous and sweet, and is suitable for all ages.

At that time, Li Yuanxi followed the master to make dozens of roast tail banquets, and was rewarded by the saint for this single-cage golden pastry. Even the ladies in the harem were sent money to make it for her.

A few baskets to satisfy your appetite.
