Chapter 263 Journey to the West

After Tang Sanzang climbed to the top of the Five Elements Mountain, which towered into the clouds, he looked at the mottled and worn talisman paper in front of him. He carefully held the rocks and tore off a small corner.

This talisman moved the whole body with one move, and the trapped formation was completely destroyed in an instant.

Sun Wukong said to Tang Sanzang on the mountain: "Go down the mountain and hide a hundred feet away. I'm afraid I will hurt you when I come out of the mountain."

After hearing this, Tang Sanzang hurriedly walked down the mountain. After descending the mountain, he hurriedly hid behind a lush tree.

Seeing that Tang Sanzang was still a little close, Sun Wukong shouted: "Stay further away, stay further away!"

Tang Sanzang also followed the instructions, walked dozens of steps, and hid deeper.

"My grandson is leaving!"

With a shocking roar, the entire Five Elements Mountain rocks rolled, and cracks in the mountain extended outward in the direction of Sun Wukong.

With an earth-shattering explosion, the entire Five Elements Mountain was reduced to ashes. For a time, strong winds blew, sand and rocks rolled, destroying countless flowers, plants and trees in the surrounding area.

Sun Wukong stepped on the somersault cloud and paraded around the surrounding area several times before he calmed down his excitement.

"I don't like people who owe favors. Tell me, what do you want me to do?" Sun Wukong calmed down from his excitement and stepped forward to ask Tang Sanzang who was standing aside.

Tang Sanzang was mortal and had many contacts with the royal family, nobles and common people. Where had he seen such a scene?

His expression was a little flustered for a while, and he recited Buddhist scriptures several times before he calmed down.

"Amitabha, please also ask the donor to escort me to the Western Heaven to obtain the true scriptures, and to slay demons along the way."

Tang Sanzang was chanting the Buddha's name and his eyes were full of sincerity.

When Sun Wukong heard that he was going to Tathagata, he was immediately furious. He scratched his ears and cheeks angrily, his face turned red, and he said angrily: "You can have wealth in the world or country and land, but I, the old Sun, cannot agree to your request.

"

"But the poor monk only has this request, and I hope the donor will agree." Tang Sanzang clasped his hands together, his expression unchanged.

Tang Sanzang's stubborn attitude angered Sun Wukong so much that he almost picked up a stick and beat the monk to death.

"Then Tathagata and all the people on Lingshan Mountain are a bunch of hypocrites. What can I ask him to do?" Sun Wukong gritted his teeth, his white teeth exposed, looking fierce.

"Donors must not be unreasonable. I, the Buddha, have great compassion and great power, and can overcome all sufferings in the world." Tang Sanzang's mind was filled with Buddhist scriptures and Dharma principles, and he seemed not to have seen Sun Wukong's expression.

"Oh? You said that the Buddha has great compassion. Then you can see that there are countless hungry people in the world, and he can save even half of them?" Seeing Tang Sanzang's appearance, Sun Wukong wanted to have a serious talk with the monk.

Tang Sanzang's face turned red and he was speechless when he thought of the sallow-looking villagers along the way.

"Do you know that the mounts of Bodhisattvas and Buddhas up and down the Lingshan Mountain ate countless people, so where did they get their great wisdom?" Sun Wukong continued to stab Tang Sanzang's heart.

Tang Sanzang was even more speechless. He had never seen a scene like the big demons swallowing up the city. But when Qingming saw Sun Wukong in his eyes, he inexplicably believed his words.

Sun Wukong saw that Tang Sanzang was still hopeless, so he said: "Since the entire Lingshan Mountain is wrong, why do you still need to seek the true scripture?"

Tang Sanzang's originally solid worldview collapsed, and his whole person was a little sluggish, as if he had lost his faith.

"These are just your words. Although I believe what you said, I have never seen it." Tang Sanzang's words at this time were as thin as the sound of mosquitoes.

Liu Qiao, who was in heaven, saw that something was going wrong and wanted to stop Sun Wukong from telling Tang Monk these facts.

Sun Wukong suddenly heard a familiar voice, and the words he originally wanted to say were stuck in his throat, and crystal tears filled his eyes.

"Disciple, it's unspeakable!"

Sun Wukong was puzzled and asked Patriarch Bodhi.

"Master, why is all this happening?"

Patriarch Bodhi sighed and said, "Idiot, you should also understand that this journey to the West is a scam that has been carefully disguised."

"My disciple knows that during these 500 years at the foot of Five Elements Mountain, I have already reflected that something is wrong. It seems that there are countless pairs of big hands controlling my behavior and choices, forcing me to do what they expect."

Sun Wukong lowered his head and poured out all the doubts he had been filled with for a long time.

"Because this is a man-made calamity, its purpose is to allow one or two true dragons to emerge from the turmoil in the Three Realms." Patriarch Bodhi slowly answered Sun Wukong's doubts so far.

"I know what you want to say, but behind this plan, even Master and I can't resist it in the slightest."

As the leader of the cult, Patriarch Bodhi naturally felt something. Under his calculations, he only felt that the future was not clear, and there were six figures shrouded behind it.

Sun Wukong understood. He clenched his right hand into a fist and hit the ground hard. His eyes looked at the sky angrily, and then he hid the anger in his heart.

He knew that no matter what he did, he would return to the original point, and he could only follow those people's plans.

Sun Wukong opened his fiery golden eyes, his eyes were blazing, as if there were flames burning in the child's hole. Behind Tang Sanzang's mortal body, there was actually a nine-layered light wheel of merit on his back.

Sun Wukong shrank in shock and hurriedly withdrew his gaze. He looked at Tang Sanzang with a complicated expression and said, "Let's go!"

"What?"

Only then did Tang Sanzang come to his senses from his sluggish state and asked Sun Wukong confusedly.

"Learn from the experience!"

"Didn't you say that it was true or false?"

"Whatever is false is also true, and what is true is also false."

Sun Wukong left a slightly meaningful word and strode forward with the golden cudgel on his back.

Along the way, Tang Monk kept chattering curiously, which made Sun Wukong extremely irritated.

Xitianling Mountain.

Tathagata Buddha still narrowed his eyes slightly, and his voice was like a big bell ringing through the Lingshan Mountain.

"Go and give this tightening curse to Monk Tang. Remember to see Sun Wukong personally bring it."

Tathagata Buddha gave careful instructions to Guanyin Bodhisattva, and Guanyin Bodhisattva was also very concerned when he heard this message.

Five hundred years ago, he was the only one who was beaten when Sun Wukong made a big fuss in Lingshan. Thinking about it now, his forehead still hurts, and he gritted his teeth.

Guanyin Bodhisattva was a little confused. "How could this monkey head be so naughty by nature?"

Tathagata Buddha is still the old god who always says: "Someone will teach him the rules, just go and do it!"

Guanyin Bodhisattva had no choice but to fly towards the place where Tang Sanzang was with his feet on the seven-color lotus.

After arriving at the place, Sun Wukong stared directly at Guanyin Bodhisattva. Guanyin Bodhisattva looked kindly and said to Tang Sanzang: "Tang Sanzang, now Sun Wukong is your great disciple. You must give Sun Wukong this golden hoop."

Tang Sanzang hurriedly recited the Buddha's name with a respectful look on his face. He held the golden hoop with both hands and looked at Sun Wukong.
