Chang Long is practicing martial arts outside the cave. He uses eighteen kinds of weapons and takes turns to fight, or dances with two mandarin duck swords, the cold light is shining, and sometimes he uses a bamboo-jointed steel whip to create the wind between tigers and tigers.
Suddenly, he seemed to feel something. He turned around and saw that the master was already standing at the entrance of the cave, looking at his house with a smile.
Chang Long hurriedly put down his bamboo whip, bowed and saluted and said: "When did the master come out of seclusion? The disciple was so obsessed with practicing martial arts that he didn't realize it. I hope you can forgive me."
"Haha, you and I, master and disciple, don't need to be polite. It seems that you have made great progress in the Classics and History Collection in recent days. How can you become so knowledgeable about etiquette?" Looking at this rough and elegant man, Liu Qiao smiled and said
.
In fact, Liu Qiao had been standing at the entrance of the cave for a long time, watching Chang Long practice weapons without making a sound. It was just that Chang Long was really concentrating on his skills, so he didn't notice.
Chang Long also smiled naively and said: "Master is in seclusion, and disciples dare not slacken their efforts. Indeed, they have read many scriptures and many allusions and biographies. The ancients said that respecting a teacher is like a father, and one should never neglect him."
The reason why monsters can be educated is that they are like the foreign barbarians. Through reading, they admire the Chinese culture, wear turbans and etiquette, benevolence, justice, loyalty and filial piety, more so than humans.
Liu Qiao asked, "Where does this story come from?"
"Xuanyuan Dao Guangchengzi, the teacher of one word, the grace of eternity..." Chang Long explained thoughtfully.
Xuanyuan, the Yellow Emperor, admired strangers for a long time and visited Guangchengzi. He said, "It's ridiculous. You don't go to govern the country, but you come to seek immortality." Xuanyuan Fan regretted it.
From then on, he shed tears in Ningzhuquan and worked hard to rule. Banquan defeated Emperor Yan, captured and killed Chiyou, and became the rising star of the three queens. In ancient times, he was the second best in civil affairs and the first in martial arts.
Later, although his achievements surpassed those of the Three Vehicles and he was worshiped by thousands of saints, when he saw Guangchengzi, he still paid homage to him as his teacher.
There is no detailed description in the classics about what happened in this process, and Liu Qiao doesn't know either.
But I guess Uncle Guangcheng was in a state of confusion at that time. He didn't expect that a tribal chief would later do such a great deed.
Liu Qiao nodded and said: "Look at your various weapons and martial arts skills. You can twist them with ease. Do you think you are familiar with them all?"
Wen Wen Changlong didn't dare to say, but he was quite proud of his martial arts skills and said: "I dare not say that the master taught me everything thoroughly, but I can do eighteen kinds of martial arts. I can also use internal and external boxing techniques, capture and attack enemies."
"
In fact, Chang Long was being modest when he said this. His talent in martial arts should not be underestimated. It was on par with Liu Qiao's talent in Taoism.
It can be called the "qualification of a great sage"
Swords, spears, riding and shooting, axes, axes, hooks and forks, hidden weapons and golden pills can be mastered at a glance. In addition, I work extremely hard, so I can make great progress with each passing day.
Even Liu Qiao cannot see through his current martial arts skills.
Yuxu's martial arts taught by Ziyagong Jiang Shang were so extensive and profound that Liu Qiao could only understand its shape, various instruments, and the theory of boxing.
But in actual practice, except for a few kinds of martial arts, the rest can only be said to be so-so, barely able, and you won't hurt yourself when you dance.
But Chang Long is the one who has mastered the essence of Yuxu's martial arts. He can twist all kinds of weapons and objects and is no longer limited to routines.
The master and apprentice chatted for a few more words before Chang Long said: "Master, I have built a Taoist temple on the Golden Summit, but do I have to move everything there?"
"Oh...?" Liu Qiao looked over as Chang Long pointed, and then he realized that he could indeed see the red walls and green tiles looming in the clouds and mist above the golden roof."
"Go up and have a look..." The master and apprentice soared into the sky, flying thousands of feet into the sky in the blink of an eye.
Liu Qiao paused and took a look. On top of the golden dome, there was a temple covering an area of several acres. The bottom was made of blue bricks and painted pink. The roof was made of glazed tiles. The Taoist temple was surrounded by thousand-foot cliffs and misty clouds.
There is only a two-foot-wide bluestone step connecting the top and bottom.
Liu Qiao followed Chang Long flying in the mist into the temple, entering three times and leaving three halls. There are two main halls. In the front hall, there are three sect leaders, with Yuanshi Tianzun in the middle.
The left and right wing rooms and lattice wooden windows are all painted with red paint. The fragrance is astounding to your nose, and they are all made of sandalwood.
"There is also a main hall at the back with a futon table. It is a place for gatherings and entertaining guests." Chang Long explained as he walked.
Liu Qiao looked at them all and said with great satisfaction: "Where is that spiritual root? Where did it go?"
Chang Long led Liu Qiao through two more corridors. An area about an inch wide was planted with orchids, but it was the backyard flower bed.
And the spiritual root was planted in the largest flower bed, which was ten feet high, with fluffy branches, full of auspiciousness and brilliant rays of sunshine in the sun.
Chang Long said: "There is a gatehouse in front of me. I don't dare to specialize in it. Please ask the master to name it."
Half of all cultivation caves have couplets and names on the gates. Firstly, Chang Long couldn't go past his master and name them without authorization. Secondly, he didn't have the literary talent.
The two of them walked outside the palace and saw a gatehouse on the mountain path at the bottom. It was about two feet high and was carved entirely out of ten thousand kilograms of stone pillars. It was decorated with dragons and phoenixes. It was extremely exquisite, but there was not a single word on it.
Liu Qiao pondered for a long time, then summoned the yellow scarf warrior and wrote to his residence: "Huang Ya Baixue Immortal Mansion; Yao Cao Qi Hua Taoist Home."
There is no horizontal inscription, only the inscription on the stone tablet in front of the mountain: "Jinshi Mountain, Yanxia Cave."
Immediately, the master and the apprentice rushed to the original cave and moved all the things into the Yanxia Cave.
There is no need to say more about how to do some tricks to the statue of the Patriarch in the front hall, pretending to be dirty, and talking a lot.
In the following days, Liu Qiao saw that the sky sent the powerful warrior Tianding to transplant all the orchids, flowers and plants with some aura in the surrounding thousands of miles into the temple.
A bamboo forest was built in front of the mountain, peach, apricot, plum, pine, cypress and other trees were planted, and a formation was arranged according to the number of the six wonderful gates and nine palaces.
In an instant, clouds and mist shrouded the top and bottom of the golden dome, and no one could be seen in the palace. Only when the weather was good, the glowing rays of the sun, flying cranes, and images of macaques offering fruits could be faintly seen.
All in all, after the master and apprentice made some repairs, it can not be said that it is a blessed land, but it can be regarded as being separated from the savages in the barren mountains.
After everything was settled, it was already the beginning of the seventeenth year of King Shang's reign, when winter turned to spring.
During this period, the two masters and disciples have been practicing quietly, talking about sutras and Taoism, sitting quietly to study Dharma, or practicing martial arts and Taoism. Everything is safe and comfortable.
But Liu Qiao thought that the current methods were really not enough to be called free, so he summoned Chang Long that day and said: "The current magic power is just a matter of time and effort, and only Taoist methods can be improved."
This chapter is not over yet, please click on the next page to continue reading! "Master is preparing to leave for southern Xinjiang?" Chang Longming realized.
Liu Qiao nodded and said: "After I left, you continued to practice martial arts and Taoism. I don't know that you and I will be the masters and disciples to rely on to overcome disasters in the future."
Chang Long nodded and said no more. The master and the disciple had discussed this for many times before going to the south to practice.
So he just silently sent Liu Qiao out of the viewing room.
Liu Qiao packed his luggage and packed the magic weapon Taiyi Dan and other items. Before leaving, he repeatedly instructed Chang Long, then he used the Five Elements Escape Technique to take off, transformed into a rainbow formation and headed south.
Dunguang walked for a full day, crossing thousands of miles of mountains and rivers. When he looked down, he had reached the edge of the Yangtze River.
Under the clouds, it is not as fierce as the Yellow River, but wider and deeper. It is an unknown number of miles long and has no end in sight. Boats are everywhere, and the boats are like shuttles.
The water mist on the river was hazy, and a black air rose into the sky. Liu Qiao quickly stopped and looked down: "Is there a demonic air?"
Then he saw a turtle dragon, four to five feet long, hiding at the bottom of the river, swallowing a pill of green beads and emitting bursts of light.
Once the green bead was spit out, waves surged on the river, several feet high, like a whirlpool stirring the water waves.
There were many boats passing by on the river. Some of the unlucky ones were driven directly into the water while they were traveling in the river. In a moment, the entire boat, people and animals, sank into the river.
The remaining small boats and large boats that were far away did not dare to leave. The fishermen and merchants on the boats kowtowed and worshiped, while throwing some domestic animals into the river, such as chickens, ducks, sheep and pigs.
Those livestock were thrown into the whirlpool, and were immediately swept up by the waves and fell into the belly of the dragon.
Those mortals couldn't see the bottom of the water, but Liu Qiao could see clearly, and couldn't help but secretly said: "Interesting, that green bead seems to be a treasure..."
That turtle dragon had little magical power, and although its demonic aura soared into the sky, according to Liu Qiao's observation, it only had a hundred years of magical power at most. The reason why it was able to stir the Yangtze River was entirely due to the power of the orb in its belly.
That pearlescent aura was dense and dense, and I didn’t know what kind of object it was, but it was definitely not a demon pill or a dragon bead.
Fairies who do not know the authentic immortal method usually only rely on self-enlightenment. Even if it takes thousands of years, they will not be able to refine an orb with such atmosphere and pure immortal energy.
Liu Qiao had been observing in mid-air. After a while, the wind and rain stopped on the river, and the water surface returned to calm.
But when the turtle was full, it slowly sank to the bottom of the river, making the sediment at the bottom of the river turbid and disappearing in the blink of an eye.
After all, Liu Qiao resisted and did not take action. He kept watching the turtle disappear into the river. He pondered in his heart for a moment, disappeared from the light, and quietly landed on one of the large boats with a lot of people.
This is a four- to five-foot long, two-story wooden oar boat. There are seven or eight sailors carrying oars underneath, and there are more than ten people on the second floor, all guests on the boat.
But at this moment, the sailors gathered on the deck, bowed to the water, and shouted: "Tianwu bless...Tianwu bless!"
Some of the remaining foreign guests also kowtowed with the boatmen. Liu Qiao was confused and asked, "Is Tianwu the Dragon King of the River?"
As soon as these words came out, everyone on the boat followed the news and saw that he was dressed as a Taoist. The sailors glared and said: "You are from out of town, don't talk nonsense!"
These sailors were talking, but they were wondering in their hearts: "When did this man get on the ship? It seems that he was not there before?"
But there were so many people in a boat that it was impossible to tell the difference for a while, so Sui could only remain doubtful.
Seeing this, Liu Qiao hurriedly said: "He is from outside the country. He doesn't know how sacred this place is. He made a mistake at the moment. Don't blame me. Don't blame me."
"Humph..." The boatmen and sailors just snorted coldly, turned their heads, saw that the wind and waves had subsided, and continued to maneuver the boat on the river.
On the other hand, some people who were riding the boat pulled Liu Qiao over and said, "Those boat operators respect the water god the most. Brother, you don't have to be the same as them."
An old man in brown clothes said: "Tianwu is the totem of us southerners and the ancestral god. Are you from Jiangbei?"
"Uh... I'm from Jiangbei..." Liu Qiao said vaguely, and then said: "Then why did you talk about Dragon King and offend everyone?"
"In this section of the river, Tianwu is in charge of all living things. Tianwu eats dragons, so there are no dragons or dragons..." the old man said, twirling his beard.
After Liu Qiao heard this, he became even more confused. Didn't he say that Tianwu eats dragons? Then what was the crocodile he just saw? He even allowed it to do mischief and collected offerings and incense from the people.
Note: Crocodiles are also a species of dragon, also known as turtle dragons.
With this thought in his mind, he kept his face calm as he chatted with the old man.
Tianwu is not Liu Qiao's target, but it is still related.
When Liu Qiao came to southern Xinjiang, the ancient corpse he was looking for was the stranger who was in charge of the insect and jackal sacrifices under Chiyou's tent in ancient times.
Also known as the Shengyi clan, he has one eye and eight arms, carries the wind on both sides, is ten feet tall, can run as fast as flying, can handle wind and thunder, and is invulnerable to swords and guns. Each of his eight arms can control snakes, scorpions, centipedes and other strange beasts. He once fought against the Yellow Emperor in Zhulu.
On this day, Wu was also an eight-armed monster, controlling dragon spray. At that time, he was a general under Chi You, and his original form was a totem spirit.
You Shengyi was one of the chiefs of the eighty-one brother tribes of Chi You.
After the battle of Zhulu, Chi You's corpse was divided into several parts. The gods and figures under these tents were all suppressed by Fu Yanhuang, or they were cut into pieces and suppressed.
There are also some who, like Shengyi and Tianwu, hid themselves from the world, became disheartened, and no longer participated in the struggle between the human and heavenly realms. Instead, they became ancient gods who protected the land and water.
Liu Qiao was confused and asked calmly: "The river is often flooded like this. Isn't it protected by Tianwu?"
"It's not that it's always like this. It's just like this in recent years. Maybe Tianwu is not at home..." The old man shook his head and sighed.
Tianwu eats dragons. As long as it is there, there will be no evil dragons in the river. Any dragon species that causes chaos and floods will be subdued by Tianwu or devoured by Tianwu to keep the water and soil in that area clean and peaceful.
Liu Qiao thought to himself: "It's not that I'm no longer home, I'm afraid I'm no longer alive..."
Although the gods and demons have infinite power, they are not necessarily immortal. All living things and barbarians are already dead. It is difficult to say whether Tianwu will die at the end of his life.
If he really enters silence, perhaps the god Tianwu will be born as people continue to offer incense and worship, but he will no longer have such power.
They are just ghosts transformed from incense. They are no longer the original gods and demons of Tianwu, but what the people of Li have imagined.
Thinking this in his mind, Liu Qiao was both happy and worried. He was overjoyed that if Tian Wu was dead as he had guessed, then there would be another remains of a god and demon.
What worries me is that there are no gods on the surging Yangtze River yet. There is no water god or river god. If Tianwu dies again, the people on both sides of the river will be sad.
Any fish spirit or monster can occupy the Yangtze River, enslave the people on both sides of the river like pigs and dogs, and demand sacrifices and blood food.
After chatting with the old man for a while, he learned nothing more than some legends that mortals could know, so Liu Qiao quietly jumped out of the boat and escaped through the water.
But he had already made up his mind to find the corpse of Sheng Yi first, whether Wu died or not.
Ten birds in the forest are worse than one bird in hand. If you have time when you come back, you can explore it.
If Tian Wu had not died, everything would be easy. The dead gods and demons are just a pile of bones, but the living gods and demons can use the sun and moon, shrink thousands of mountains, and manipulate the universe.
If Tian Wu died, he would clean up the evil atmosphere of the Yangtze River, such as the turtle dragon and others forcibly taking incense, blood and food, which would also be a meritorious deed.
It would not be a shame to retrieve Tianwu's remains at that time.
Ever since he got the reward for slaying Shen Youjie, Liu Qiao became more and more interested in slaying demons and subduing demons.
