1245 Tang Army on the flank

Liu Guozhu thought they would have a passionate collision with Qin's armored forces. He felt that he might drive the improved 64 tank to set a new record for killing enemy tanks.

Regrettably, he guessed wrong...or he guessed the ending correctly, but the process wrongly. The enemy opposite him was indeed massacred, but it was not Liu Guozhu and his crew who opened fire.

At the same time that the ground forces of the Tang Empire began to cross the border and enter the territory of the original Dahua Kingdom, the Air Force of the Datang Empire had simultaneously taken over the air defense of the entire Dahua Kingdom.

Several P-40 fighter jets of the Qin Empire that tried to cross the border were directly shot down by Tang Army jet fighters. Immediately after, the air supremacy over the border fell into the hands of the Tang Army, and it became the performance time of the Tang Army Aviation.

More than a dozen armed helicopters of the Army Aviation flew between various battlefields, and then Liu Guozhu could only lean on the hatch of his tank, staring boredly at the rows of paralyzed remains of the Qin Army's armored units on the roadside in a daze.

From the beginning of the war to this night, the 1st Armored Division where Liu Guozhu was stationed stopped advancing. The lucky ones fired a cannon. The unlucky ones like Liu Guozhu only saw groups of Qin prisoners, who were captured by the Qin army.

The guards squatted in the deserted fields, holding their heads, waiting for registration.

Because there were so many captured Qin soldiers that even capturing prisoners became a waste of time.

A large number of Qin troops were jammed on the road, which affected the time of the Tang army's advance. They surrendered very quickly, but driving these surrendered prisoners away from the road became a troublesome task.

This is just the beginning. In the future, Qin will have more and more troops, and the combat effectiveness these troops can exert will not even be 30% of their original combat effectiveness.

When they faced the tanks of the Tang Empire, their courage had long since collapsed, their determination had long been worn away, and only a group of frightened birds were left, waiting for their end with their hands raised high.

The brave soldiers of the Qin State were caught off guard when they had no ammunition, no food, and no idea what to do.

"Have you not contacted all the troops yet? Send people quickly! Let all the divisions retreat! Our troops are likely to suffer losses when fighting the Tang army in such a wild field." After venting his anger, Wang Luo, commander of the northern front of the Qin army, finally said

Sanity was restored.

After he issued the order, he once again looked at the officer who came to report the news: "What bad news did you bring again?"

The officer, who had just returned from the 3rd Armored Corps, reported the latest losses: "Commander! It has been determined that the 3rd Armored Corps was attacked by a jet aircraft that had never been seen before and suffered heavy losses. They have no way.

They retreated privately, while all the troops remained where they were."

In fact, the 3rd Armored Division had seen much more tragic losses than he knew: the 1st Regiment of the 1st Armored Division, which was advancing the fastest, had been almost wiped out by the A10 attack aircraft alone.

The main 2nd Armored Regiment did not even see the enemy, and was paralyzed on the way forward due to lack of fuel. They had been waiting for supplies for a day, but nothing came.

There wasn't even a counterattack from the Tang army. They were stuck on the road because of lack of fuel. They couldn't leave even if they wanted to. They were terribly embarrassed.

"Zhang Cheng is a loser!" Wang Luo, who had already learned about Zhang Cheng's death, became angry again. After he cursed angrily, he ordered the officer who came to deliver the news: "Let the 3rd Armored Army retreat no matter what.

arrive……"

"It's too late." The officer said: "The oil supply troops following them were attacked. They are now short of oil and cannot move in an organized manner..."

"Let the logistics and oil supply troops go..." Subconsciously, Wang Luo shouted his order, and then he felt awkward and stood there awkwardly, a little at a loss.

That's right, he can't contact the oil supply troops as a reserve at all now, and he doesn't know their current specific location. At the same time, he has no way to mobilize these troops to reach the location where they are needed.

Wang Luo really didn't know where the food baggage was, whether it was attacked or not, and whether the reserve team he left behind followed up.

The airport in the rear, the planes coming over, the radar for warning, and the anti-aircraft artillery units following the troops...are these all involved in the battle? Why can the roar of aircraft engines only be heard occasionally in the airspace where he is?

Everything is so chaotic that he, the commander, still doesn't know what happened. However, he must grasp the key issues and solve them in this chaos.

Then, almost dancing blindfolded, Wang Luo issued an order that made everyone dumbfounded: "The air defense troops began to deploy defenses on the spot! Regardless of anything else, stabilize the air defense first!"

Based on past experience, Wang Luo knew that the Tang Empire's air force must be the vanguard. As long as the Tang army counterattacked, the air force would be the first to dispatch. In this case, it is obviously a key choice to let the air defense force go into battle.

As a result, the Qin army, which was wasting its time to escape in the huge encirclement, began to behave strangely again.

The anti-aircraft guns hanging on the back of the trucks were unloaded and moved to the wasteland on both sides of the road, where they were set up and waiting to attack the Tang army's aircraft.

The heavy artillery of each army was also ordered to be hidden to avoid the attack by Tang Army aircraft that might arrive at any time. The Qin Army was indeed well-trained. After receiving the orders, the Qin Army faithfully carried out these orders no matter how they questioned them.

Weird "random fate".

The second order was then issued, and the Qin Army troops began to build a defense line on the spot. Just a few hours after the Qin Army troops in Qili Village heard about this order and began to dig trenches, a news reached Wang Luo's headquarters

: To the south, a Tang Army unit has appeared on his flank and rear.

Wang Luo was shocked when he learned the news. He had never heard of this matter at all, and even until now, he had not contacted the Qin army in that direction.

This news was relayed to him by the Southern Cluster commanded by Ying'an on his flank. It was Ying'an's troops that bumped into this Tang Army unit, and the Qin Army woke up from a dream: their Southern Cluster and Northern Cluster were already wedged together.

A nail in the Tang Empire!

Wang Luo later realized that if there was also a Tang army advancing at full speed to the north of him, his entire northern cluster would be in his pocket...
