1673There are many, many emperors

The airborne troops captured Saint-Lo, and the Marines captured Rewind Port. The Tang Army used two surprises to accelerate the process of the war. The coalition forces were already exhausted and their decline was evident. The coalition forces on all fronts seemed to be on defense, and the Tang Army occupied the area.

It seems to be getting bigger and bigger too.

The Tang Army is achieving its strategic goals step by step. They are not rushing forward, but are expanding their occupied areas in a planned way.

In fact, the attacks against the coalition forces also limited the Tang army's advancement speed to some extent: on the vast frontal battlefield, the Tang Air Force destroyed a large number of roads, railways and bridges, which all took time to repair.

The coalition forces are unable to repair these damaged transportation nodes, and the Tang Army also needs to repair these places to ensure that there will be no problems with its logistics supply.

In a sense, the Tang Army has to pay no less than the Allied Forces: for example, the repair of the railway is actually not a simple task.

On the one hand, the Tang army needed to repair the railways that they had blown up, and on the other hand, they also had to find ways to find trains that could run on these tracks.

The quantity and quality of locomotives often determine the transportation efficiency of a railway. Although the Tang army captured some coalition trains, the quality of these captured trains was average, and the quantity was far from enough.

The solution is actually very simple, find a way to capture more trains, or simply transport them from the Western Continent... Obviously, the second method is much more reliable than the first.

You can't expect to always be able to pick up treasures, so the only way to improve your transportation capacity is to rely on the distant Western Continent.

Dozens of internal combustion engine locomotives and hundreds of carriages have to be transported here from distant continents, which poses a great challenge to the transportation capacity.

However, when these trains were put into use, the Tang Army's logistical transportation pressure was significantly reduced. They did not have to worry about bombing by the coalition forces, so they could arrange transportation shifts more scientifically.

This is one reason why the Tang Army chose the coastline to advance: more ports can reduce the Tang Army's dependence on railways and roads.

Advancing along the coastline also avoids the key bombing areas of the Tang Army. The roads in this area are relatively intact and can be utilized by the Tang Army, allowing the Tang Army's mechanized force advantages to be demonstrated.

With a two-pronged approach, the Tang Army's logistical support was maintained fairly well, but it would still take time to launch a larger-scale campaign.

As time went by, the Tang Army had new troubles: it was almost October, and the northern part of the Eastern Continent was about to usher in a cold winter. The troops needed supplies for the winter, including cotton-padded clothes and various fuels.

These things require preparation and more transportation capacity. At the same time, frontline troops also need corresponding training to adapt to the impact of winter operations.

Although he was confident in his troops, Tiger had to consider how his troops would cope with the sudden drop in temperature on the outskirts of Ironforge if snow began to fall in November.

His Majesty the Emperor has already called to ask how the winter preparations for the frontline troops are going. It can be seen that the emperor of the empire in the Western Continent is also very concerned about the supply of materials for the troops in extreme weather.

Obviously these things take time to solve, so the Tang army's advance was not very fast. Feng Kezhi's troops only advanced about 2 kilometers a day, and Ying'an's troops were slightly faster, but they only advanced 3 to 5 kilometers a day.

Why is Ying'an's troops progressing slightly faster? Because this is a tactical arrangement. Tiger hopes that the advancement of the 11th Army can cover the 7th Army as much as possible and put enough pressure on the flanks of the Dwarves' 11th and 12th Army.

In fact, his plan was very successful. The dwarves had already begun to make the two armies retreat in an orderly manner. The thickness of the Tang Army's coastal occupation area was rapidly increasing.

Because as the 11th and 12th Dwarf armies retreated, Lines' troops had to start to retreat as well. Once they left, the 6th Elf Army could no longer stand firm.

These troops began to retreat, allowing the Tang Army's 3rd and 7th Group Armies to advance forward. With the advancement of these two armies, the Tang Army's occupied area no longer looks like an L-shape.

Rather, it is an irregular fan shape.

There are no weak points on the front of the fan. As the southernmost point of the fan, Rewind Port has become safer with the changes in the war situation. The main force of the 1st Army was able to fight here with ease, which made the 7th Elf Army suffer greatly after losing its headquarters.

Word.

Now, the 8th and 10th armies of the Tang Empire are already on their way. They have crossed the sea and will soon join this war.

There is no way for the coalition forces to stop all this. The Tang army will only fight more and more, but their side is really getting weaker and weaker.

Because of this, an aura of irritability began to permeate the top leadership of the coalition. Almost everyone had a bad look on their face, and even tended to be more extreme when making some decisions.

Some people believe that the defense should be strengthened and rely on cities and complete defense lines to prevent the Tang army from advancing. Others insist that a counterattack should be made, and they place their hopes on the illusory defeat of the main force of the Tang army.

But the problem is that anyone with a little bit of brains knows that neither of these methods actually works. They struggle in despair, and the more they struggle, the more painful they become.

Flix was probably this type of smart person. He fell into deep self-doubt from the time when the 5th Army failed to withstand the Tang Army's advance relying on border defenses.

He didn't know if there was any hope for this war, he only knew that he couldn't see any hope. He sent a secret message to Yang Mu I, hoping to be relieved of his command post, but Yang Mu I refused.

Yang Mu I had no choice. He didn't have many choices. If he changed a commander before the battle, and he had to continue to adapt to the Tang army's tactics, wouldn't he have to continue to pay a "tuition"? So, it is better to continue to let Fu

Leakes serves as this commander.

In order to allow Flix to regain his confidence, Yang Mu I also sent all the new troops he mobilized to the front line, hoping to use the numerical advantage to make up for the gap in equipment.

Even if no one believes that this war can still be won, Yang Mu I himself has to believe it. He must believe and have hope, otherwise what can he do?

If he loses this war, others will just change his master, but he will lose his empire! So he must fight to the end and be full of fighting spirit!

Like him, there was Binghan I, Susas I, and...many, many emperors.
