08. Detective Mu Su solves the case!

Eugene turned around in pain and saw Mu Su raising his hand to hit him. He grabbed Mu Su's wrist in desperation.

Mu Su struggled for a few times, but when he couldn't break free, he shouted loudly: "What are you doing!"

A shadow emerged from behind Eugene, and his slender jade fingers came together and tapped on the side of his neck.

thump--

Eugene lost consciousness and fell to the ground with a loud noise.

Seeing Shi Qi's hand sheathing the sword with a still unfinished expression, Mu Su shivered inexplicably.

I wouldn’t have activated any strange quirks in Shi Qi...

He couldn't help but conjure up a picture in his mind.

On the bed with his hands and feet tied up, Shi Qi was wearing a tight black leather jacket, with his slender legs pressed against high heels. He waved his long whip indifferently, and lightly opened his red lips: "You despicable male dog."

It feels... seems pretty good...?

"So what to do now."

Shi Qi's inquiry dragged Mu Su back from his imagination. He let out a sigh, then dragged the unconscious Eugene to the sofa and put him down, and then played with him like a doll.

The staff member followed the filming at a loss. In fact, he didn't know what to do. But since the person in charge didn't call cut even when he was dying or unconscious, then the filming should continue...

After posing for Eugene, Mu Su motioned Shi Qi to stand next to the sofa. He turned over and jumped to the back of the sofa. He coughed a few times like a sound test, and then said in a deep voice similar to Eugene's: "Let them

Come in."

Outside the door, Field and the others were confused when they heard a sudden noise in the bedroom and then disappeared, when they heard a call.

Field and the two policemen pushed open the door and saw Officer Eugene sitting in front of the sofa, his head buried so deeply that his face could not be seen.

His deep voice echoed in the bedroom.

"Mr. Field. Or I can call you...Mr. Murderer."

"Wha, what?" Field's fat face trembled, looking panicked.

Eugene was motionless on the sofa, only his chest was rising and falling slightly: "I'm confused. You and your wife have such a good relationship, why would you want to kill her."

"Officer Eugene, I don't understand what you mean..."

I don’t know where Field found the actors, but he was already breaking into a cold sweat after just two sentences.

"Okay, since you don't say anything, I can't force you. Let's take him back to the police station for verification."

The two policemen guarding the door nodded, walked to Field's side and tried to take him away.

"Wait a minute!" Field suddenly shouted.

His lips were pursed, he was panting violently, and his fat face showed struggle and hesitation. Finally, he seemed to have made up his mind, raised his head, and exhaled a breath.

"That's right... I did it... I asked someone to kill... my wife."

The bedroom was completely silent.

The regret and pleasure on Field's face were mixed together, creating a complex expression.

His cheeks trembled slightly, he lowered his head and spoke slowly: "I met her fifteen years ago -"

"Okay, no need to say more." Mu Su suddenly stood up from behind the sofa and pulled off the bow made of paper from his collar. "Why are you still standing there? Take him away."

"Eh?" Field's little eyes were filled with surprise: "No, no need to say it?"

"You think you're making a movie, and after identifying the murderer, you ask the murderer to describe the causes and consequences. You can just leave this kind of matter to the police." Mu Su waved his hand, looking impatient.

"But, but..." Field looked at Eugene, who was hanging his head on the sofa, and wanted to say that this was different from what was written in the script.

Naturally, Eugene would not reply to him. Instead, the two policemen, who thought Eugene had acquiesced, took the unwilling Field into custody and turned around to go downstairs.

"Wait a minute." Mu Su stopped someone, walked around the sofa to the front, and gently pushed Eugene, who was bowing his head.

He fell to one side and lay motionless on the sofa.

"Take your commander away as well." Mu Su said to the surprised policeman: "Maybe I stayed up late yesterday and didn't get a good rest. I just fell asleep after talking."

"Is...is that so?" The police officer suddenly realized and stepped forward to help the unconscious Eugene.

Not at all! It was these people who knocked him out!

The staff who witnessed the whole process screamed crazily, but could only let the police take Eugene away.

The person in charge left, and the staff and their uninformed companions continued to take pictures of Mu Su's face.

Anyway, he is only responsible for shooting. At worst, he will record everything and leave it to the post-production department to deal with the headache.

"How did you know he was the murderer?" Shi Qi asked Mu Su who was sitting on the sofa.

"Method of elimination." Mu Su crossed his legs and smiled mysteriously.

"The main characters are only you, me, Eugene, and Field. You and I are not. Eugene is a policeman, so the murderer can only be Field."

Is this still possible? The staff suddenly realized it, and immediately complained in their hearts. But is this really good? This is not reasoning, this is exploiting a loophole!

Mu Sulisuo stood up, looked deeply, and slowly walked towards the camera with a curved smile.

A slightly magnetic voice sounded: "This is why I want to knock Eugene out. If you guess it right, we will solve the case. If you guess it wrong, Eugene will take the blame."

Bang--

Mu Su, who was too close and bumped into the camera, covered his head and leaned back.

"Why are you so close to me!"

When Eugene woke up, Mu Su and Shi Qi had returned to the office. And he was sent back to the channel headquarters.

Director's room.

He rubbed the back of his neck that seemed to be turning blue and sat up from the chair.

The floor-to-ceiling windows were adjusted to dark colors and the room was very dark. This is why he lay down for half an hour longer when he should have woken up long ago.

"You shouldn't have contact with him."

A peaceful voice sounded in the dead silent room.

Eugene's eyes narrowed slightly, looking towards the place where the sound came from.

Behind the desk, a figure sat on a chair, with the back of the chair facing him.

With his vigilance gone, Eugene exhaled: "Those tough guys have already started to investigate him. I'm worried that they will get the first step."

"We are different from them and have no conflict of interest with them."

"We need his help, and we only have one chance."

The figure behind the chair said two paragraphs.

Eugene was silent.

"How about it?"

he asked again.

Eugene thought for a while: "That guy... is very powerful."

"Do you suspect he's playing dumb?"

"I don't know. But he seems to know everything, the identity of that woman and me."

"It's normal. After all, he is the tombkeeper of that organization. Don't act rashly in the next period of time and wait with peace of mind."

Eugene hesitated to speak.

"You seem to still have questions?" The swivel chair swayed slightly, revealing the profile of the figure.

He was still looking out the window.

"I...can't understand his behavior."

"for example?"

"He seems to have no intention of doing anything, and he seems to be interested in everything. Playing games, participating in programs, setting up offices... he has no purpose and no clue."

The figure's eyes turned to him.

"If you appeared four hundred years later, things have changed and people have changed. What would you think?"

Eugene shook his head: "I don't know..."

"So does he."
