43. Getting weirder

The foaming waves crowded ashore and parted in front of a pair of straw sandals.

The owner of the straw sandals bent down and picked up a diary that had washed up on the shore. Water dripped down the waterline, and Yinghua held a corner with two fingers and returned to Mu Su.

The diary was soaked by the sea water and was thrown to the shore by Yinghua. The black cover was stained with sand.

Mu Supidian trotted over, opened the pages that were stuck together, and started reading from the title page.

To my dearest Lisa

I bought this diary, which will record my experiences on the road to pursue you. When I see you, I will give it to you as a gift.

The paper that became transparent and moist after being soaked in water did not affect the neat handwriting. It can be seen that the owner of the diary wrote carefully.

Mu Su turned back and forth, and found that there were only two or three pages with words. He didn't know why it was interrupted, but he was thrown into the Dead Sea again, and was picked up by two naughty children who were sacrificing classmates at the beach to please the evil spirits.

Yinghua's little head came over curiously, and the two of them read the first page with their heads next to each other.

First day of sailing

Lisa, you know, I'm so excited... I thought we would never see each other again. But a few days ago, the government people told us that they have opened a new route that can reach Belfast... It's unbelievable.

I spent the 255 shillings I won on a ticket and this diary for the cruise ship's maiden voyage, which would arrive at Lord's Harbor in Belfast in 15 days.

It only takes fifteen days for us to meet again. I...I'm really excited.

"Hmph... is it a story about a poor boy who won money playing cards and got a ticket to board a cruise ship that sailed for the first time?" Musu snorted and thought of something.

Transparent Bridge I confirm that I am familiar with this story.

"Look behind you. Did you meet a rich lady and be chased by her fiancé? The cruise ship hit an iceberg. By the way, they also shot a gun in a classic car." Ying Hua urged Mu Su with great interest.

Mu Su looked sideways, what else could I say even if it makes you vomit?

The second day of sailing

The boat is very stable, but I am still a little dizzy...I have never been on a boat for such a long time in my life. I know I shouldn't complain in the diary I am sending to you, but I really want to say...First class cabin

The feeling is not very good, it is very small, very messy, very noisy, there are damn thieves and lovers who don't care about the sound at all.

I wrote this paragraph in the stuffy and smelly bottom cabin. Now I need to go to the deck to get some fresh air...

I'm back. The air on the deck is very good. The sea is no longer the same blue as it was on the beach. It's very dark and deep, as if... oh, I digress.

The sea is very calm, like a mirror. The crew said this is very unusual. But I think the shipbuilding company will not set sail rashly without exploring the route...

"The iceberg is coming." Yinghua said mysteriously.

"It's early, Rousi'er hasn't appeared in body art yet and hasn't painted yet."

"Too."

The two of them talked to each other, and Mu Su twisted the pages that were stuck together and turned to the second page—the penultimate page.

The third day of sailing

It's morning now. I just went to the deck and heard some sailors saying that there was fog in front of the route before dawn, but it dispersed quickly. Unfortunately, I didn't see it...

Hi Lisa, I saw fog, just now.

The fog was so thick... Do you understand what I mean? I couldn't see a sailor even if he was standing more than ten meters away. But I was a little worried, wouldn't I hit something in such a heavy fog? I asked

I met a first mate who had a good attitude toward civilians. He told me that the ship's speed had been reduced to a minimum, that there were no rocks along the route, and that we would only stay in the foggy area for a while, and there would be no problems.

He was right, and it didn't take long for the fog to clear.

It's already dark... Lisa, I don't feel right... In the evening I went up to take a look, and there was thick fog on the sea again. It was not suitable for sailing under these circumstances, and the captain ordered to anchor and stop sailing. But...

That's not what I'm talking about...

The atmosphere...yes, the atmosphere.

The atmosphere on the ship is not right. The sailors have ugly faces, and the rich and aristocratic first-class passengers who often talk on the deck can no longer be seen on the deck...

I don't think they hate fog.

Did those rich people and nobles know something?

I heard other first-class passengers say that a lot of strange things happened... I don't know if what they said is true. These guys are like minstrels, always telling all kinds of lies, or

The truth is mixed with lies.

There are still twelve days until we reach Rodster Port. I miss you so much...

"It seems we guessed wrong." Yinghua was discouraged.

The transparent bridge is so obvious that this "cruise ship" was approaching Cape Wang. The third day in the diary may refer to yesterday.

Thick fog hit twice yesterday, which corresponds to the time in the diary.

Mu Su turned to the next page. This page only had one line of words.

Goodbye, my dear Lisa.

The diary ends here, and everything after it is blank.

At first glance, the diary seems a bit confusing, but the information revealed in it is extremely huge.

Players who focused on exploring the background of the game were very excited, but Mu Su was very bored and wanted to close the diary and throw it back into the sea.

"Wait a minute, there's more -" Yinghua suddenly stretched out her hand and inserted the diary that Mu Su had closed.

She took the diary and carefully uncovered a large piece of stuck page.

In the middle of the diary, a line of writing comes to mind.

Lisa...where are you...I want to go...to find you...

What made everyone shudder was that it was a crooked and ugly line of handwriting.

It's like a trap left by some ugly evil spirit, waiting for the woman named Lisa to fall into its trap.

Yinghua looked towards the seaside. In the gray sky, there were a few unreal objects scattered on the edge of the seashore.

I don’t know if they are the scales of a dead fish or something from a cruise ship.

"It seems like it wasn't dropped by someone. It was a shipwreck, or it was done by an evil spirit." Mu Su sighed and scratched his cheek. Obviously he didn't feel how dangerous the evil spirit was...

"It doesn't feel right..." Yinghua underestimated.

Wanghaijiao is a group of indigenous people who can't even forge steel...

...but they have products such as fired glass, writing, and even school buildings that do not conform to the logic of development.

Transparent Bridge thought to herself. At first she thought this was a loophole left by the game company, but with the appearance of cruise ships, classes, ports and other elements, it seemed that there was something else hidden...

What are the human gathering places outside Cape Cape like...?

While Transparent Bridge was thinking, he saw Mu Su turning around and leaving the seaside, and asked him confusedly...where are you going?

The Transparent Bridge is still waiting for Mu Su to explore the world view.

"So you think I will dig out hidden plots, actively explore the unknown, and unlock puzzles and puzzles..." Musu's dead fish eyes were half-opened, and his demeanor as a naughty child was even more unpleasant than his later Ultimate form.

"...What gave you the illusion that I am this kind of person?"

Transparent Bridge and countless players were speechless.
