My Dog's Story - Original

At the end of 1999, I went to work at the Economic and Practical Housing Exhibition Center under the Municipal Housing Reform Office. I was responsible for the logistics of a construction site, including odd jobs such as the canteen and office. Although there was no formal salary, I still had a fixed salary of 75o yuan per month.

Including the monthly overtime pay of 60 yuan and some gray income, it was considered quite rich at the time.

The construction site is located in Taishan Village at the foot of Taishan Mountain in the southern suburbs of the city. It is a harvested field, a rectangle of about 30,000 square meters, where a modern residential community will be built in the future. A stone road separates this rectangle vertically.

At both ends are the village and the Third Ring Road, which are important transportation routes in the village. Our headquarters is located in the middle of the village, a newly completed two-story building. The landlord is a rich man in the village. The high walls and large

Iron gate, standing on the balcony on the second floor, the entire construction site can be seen at a glance.

There are fifteen people in the headquarters, about half a platoon, and two of them are retired professors from the People's Liberation Army Military Academy. In order to prevent the cold, we are also uniformly equipped with early green military coats. Some good people took the lead and returned it.

Equipped with a new type of officer's belt. Every day, these engineers go out early and come back late to measure the land in the fields and prepare for the construction team to enter the land. The nearby villagers are also very enthusiastic. If they have nothing to do, they will hug their children and smoke cigarettes to inquire about some land.

The issue of compensation. I have the most leisure time. I hold a big enamel bowl at noon every day, and while eating, I pick out the fat meat in the bowl and feed it to the dog. Over the past few days, I have cooked a wild dog nearby. When it is lunch time

He came here of his own accord and ate a lot of meat. He always treated me with great respect when he saw me. Even if I greeted him from any distance, he would gallop to King Qin.

Not long after, I heard that there was a dispute between the company and the village committee over the payment method of land compensation. The village committee encouraged the villagers to come and make noise with us. So some villagers began to ask for high prices and obstruct our work. Without further ado,

The company decided to forcibly enter the ground tomorrow, and the van equipped for our headquarters has also arrived, along with a driver and a female clerk.

The next day, the company's bus brought over fifty guys wearing black leather clothes. They all had ferocious faces, and more than half were bald or had long hair. Such people are called "violent gangs" in Japan, but they are called "gangsters" here.

"The son" was specially hired by the company to deal with the villagers. After having a good meal at noon, the demolition team was dispatched. They were divided into five groups. Each group was equipped with a bulldozer, two engineers, and ten thugs. The engineer stood on the track block of the bulldozer.

On the board, it was commanded to bulldoze the attachments in the fields, and the thugs were responsible for cleaning up those who obstructed the construction. Since there were many people participating in the war, in order to distinguish between ourselves and the enemy, everyone hung a red badge on their chest. Looking over from the second floor of the headquarters

, the vast fields were full of green and black figures, and more of them were villagers dressed in various colors. There was a group of black people surrounding each bulldozer. Looking through the binoculars, it turned out that there were some gray and white village women lying in front of the bulldozers.

Their heads were fluttering in the cold wind, with no fear on their faces, just like pro-democracy activists in front of tanks. Look at the engineers on the bulldozers, shouting something angrily, probably calling the infantry to clear the obstacles. The men in black leather coats clumsily pulled up the villagers.

The woman pulled her up and then lay down the other one, and the other village women were still cursing and tearing apart. The whole scene was in chaos. I saw an engineer in his 60s surrounded by more than a dozen village women, and I hurriedly

I put down my telescope, told Chen Jian and Liu Qian to secure the door, and then went downstairs to rescue him. On the battlefield, everyone was already fighting on their own. We were outnumbered and the enemy was outnumbered. As soon as I appeared, a village woman ambushed me and came forward to curse and pull me.

, several middle-aged women tore my military coat, pointed at my nose and yelled curses. I was still very nervous, not because I was no match for these strong women. If they took action, the villagers who had been standing still

If the men fought out, we would no longer be our opponents, so I couldn’t fight back or scold me. I just tried my best to rescue the old engineer from the encirclement, escaped into our fortress, and then quickly locked the door. I was still in shock.

I felt like the western gold diggers who had just escaped from the hands of the Red Army. The December sky slowly darkened, and 66 of our people fled back one after another. I heard that the black leather jackets took action and injured several village women.

, the men in the village have already mobilized and began to surround our headquarters. The iron gates of the confinement were clanged and banged by the angry farmers with various iron tools. Suddenly there was a power outage and everything was dark. The wires were probably cut off by the villagers.

, so those who had mobile phones started to call 11o. After a while, another villager representative came in to negotiate. This representative was obviously not high-level. He cursed and didn’t know what he was talking about, and they ended up unhappy. Then half an hour later, the policeman from the police station

After coming, after mediation, the villagers gradually dispersed, and we also dispersed like birds and animals. There were no night watchers left as usual.

The next morning, I came to the headquarters as usual, only to find several colleagues gathered around the door. It turned out that the big iron lock on the door had been covered with a layer of shit, and there were stains everywhere on the door and the wall.

It was excrement. Everyone was thinking of a solution when they suddenly noticed that more and more farmers were gathering around. They all looked at us with hostile eyes. Stratagem 36 was the best, and we immediately ran away.

The new headquarters was set up in the Fifth Plastics Factory opposite the village, separated from the village by a third ring road and the disputed territory. After a week of planning and preparation, the new round of land operations was finally completed.

It started early one morning.

On the wide Third Ring Road, various combat vehicles and personnel are parked for several kilometers. There are tractors transporting combat materials such as bricks and cement, large trucks and buses transporting migrant workers, contract leaders and other combat soldiers; there are senior generals and staff personnel.

cars and vans, as well as several tanks and bulldozers. As the contractor's whistles came and went, nearly 5,000 migrant workers lined up along one side of the Third Ring Road, each in a team of 100 people, all wearing hard hats.

, holding a mud bucket or shovel in hand, different construction teams have different helmets, there are plastic hats of various colors, there are also wicker helmets, work clothes are also different, some good guys even carry their own flags, in short

The costumes are bright and the scene is spectacular, and all the car drivers passing by on the Third Ring Road are looking at it.

The leaders of the Municipal Housing Reform Office and our company were all present. Under the protection of several generals from the Engineering Department, the leaders spread out the terrain map and pointed out the country. Finally, they decided to break through in the middle and sent a large team to enter by force. So a team

The migrant workers lined up in columns, led by the team leader, and marched across the road toward Taishan Village. The only way into the fields was the stone road, and other places were blocked by rivers and ditches. At the intersection was a house.

An abandoned motorcycle repair shop is really a one-man shop, and no one can open it. The migrant workers rushed to the house, and suddenly five or six old women came out from behind the house, holding weapons. After a closer look, they found that it was a barrel.

The old woman dipped the broom into the bucket with feces and a broom, and then sprinkled it on the migrant workers. The migrant workers retreated like a tide as if they had been hit by arrows. The first round of attack failed.

The leaders knew very well that there must be brave men under heavy rewards. They immediately ordered that whoever rushes in first would be given priority when bidding. The contractors immediately became excited and rearranged their formations, beating and scolding each other.

It was the Macedonian infantry phalanx. Although the contractor was driving behind, the phalanx still stopped when it was within the enemy's range. In desperation, our engineering department manager, who was also the commander-in-chief of our headquarters, had to take the lead and lead the troops.

Several foremans, pretending to have a theory, came to the old women and suddenly kicked over the dung bucket. Behind them were migrant workers leading the team. The leader started making noise, and the team took advantage of the victory and moved forward. Who knows?

Although the excrement bucket was overturned, the excrement was still there. The old women still used their weapons and beat them hard. The commander-in-chief's face and body were covered with feces. The dozen or so migrant workers and foremen at the front were not spared either.

The migrant workers changed from the rear team to the front team, laughing and retreating in defeat. Those who were wearing colorful clothes stepped aside, and were sent away in a car to take a bath, change clothes, and repair.

While they were feeling annoyed, good news suddenly came. It turned out that a team in the east couldn't hold it any longer and sent bulldozers to fill up a section of the ditch. A group of about thirty soldiers broke in. However, when the follow-up troops rushed in, reinforcements from the other side also arrived.

A large amount of excrement was thrown at them, blocking the way. The lone army of thirty people was beaten up in the field by the men who had been hiding in the village. They fled and ran back from the entrance. The last few had their armor crooked.

, my body was in a mess, I was standing near the Chinese army's tent, watching the evolution of the war with great interest. Suddenly there was an emergency mission. It turned out that two migrant workers were injured and needed to be sent to the hospital urgently. I quickly called the driver and pulled

A middle-aged migrant worker covering his head drove to the hospital for emergency treatment.

I only listened to what others said about the battlefield situation in the future. At noon, the company ordered 5,000 box lunches. After the army had a good meal, they attacked several times, but in the end they returned without success.

The skull of the migrant worker I sent to the hospital was broken. I heard from him that it turned out that the men in the village were ambushing behind the motorcycle repair shop, armed with shovels, and beat them hard when they saw them. It was not that they couldn't beat them, but because they were the same.

I am a farmer and I know how farmers feel about their land, so I don’t want to risk my life for the contractor.

A few days later, the third operation into the ground began. This time we were sure to win, because the night before, through the coordination of the city government and the Public Security Bureau, we dispatched a large number of police forces and arrested the person who was leading the trouble overnight.

A few tough women, without a leader, naturally no one can stop us. However, for the sake of safety, dozens of police cars and more than a hundred police officers from the Public Security Bureau and several nearby police stations were mobilized. The police took the lead and five thousand police officers were mobilized.

The migrant workers then entered the field smoothly. I entered with the large group of people and saw a mess. There were many red badges left on the ground more than ten days ago flying in the wind, and several bulldozers were trapped in the field.

The glass was also broken and the cab was filled with feces.

It only took one day to build a wall that separated the construction site from Taishan Village. Not long after, the arrested villagers were released. The land compensation was also paid in full to the farmers, and the conflict between us and the villagers finally came to an end.

Later, after the community was built, the door to the village was also opened. The property rights of the commercial buildings in the community were given to the village as agreed, and a very wide cement road was built for the village. Relying on the purchasing power of the residents in the community, the village

The business of many newly opened small shops in the city was also good. Although there was a group fight between the fired security guard from Taishan Village and the security guard newly hired by the property management, in general, these grievances and grudges have passed.

And it also became an unforgettable episode in my life experience.

To add, one year later, almost all the leaders of the Housing Reform Office and the Affordable Housing Office joined the project, ranging from no term to 10 years.
