[120] Carnival

The Carnival is actually not very far from where we live now, because our school is at the junction of the city center and the northern part of the city. I drove to the so-called Carnival in less than half an hour.

The carnival is a relatively large entertainment venue with all kinds of entertainment facilities, including thrilling ones and entertainment ones.

Of course, these are what Zhou Cong was nagging us along the way. As long as Tang Guo is around, this guy won't be able to rest for a while, but Tang Guo didn't know what happened today and was unhappy.

When we arrived at the carnival, I parked the car in the parking lot and met Lin Kexin and the others. Because it was the National Day holiday, there were still a lot of people here.

The gate was full of people, most of them students. Most of them were couples.

I looked at so many people at the door and shook my head. I was going to take out my pocket and smoke a cigarette, because I was too embarrassed to smoke in Lin Kexin's car just now, not to mention that I was really tired now.

When I took out my pocket, I found to my dismay that the cigarette was still left at Lin Kexin's house. I glanced at Zhou Cong and said, "Xiao Qi, get me a cigarette. I forgot my cigarette at Ke Xin's house..."

As soon as I finished saying it, I regretted it.

Zhou Cong did not live up to my expectations and immediately grasped the meaning of my words: "Fifth brother, what did you say? The smoke was left at my sister-in-law's house, so you actually spent the night at my sister-in-law's house last night."

I smiled and said nothing. Although Lin Kexin was no longer shy about me, her face still turned red when people said that we spent the night together in front of so many people.

I quickly pushed Zhou Cong: "What the hell are you doing? Get me a cigarette quickly..."

Unexpectedly, Zhou Cong shook his head: "I don't smoke anymore, don't you know?"

I yelled: "Don't pretend to be like me." Then I pounced on Zhou Cong and searched him all over, but I really couldn't find the cigarette.

Is this guy really a good person?

I shook my head and pointed to a kiosk in front of me: "Kexin, why don't you buy me a pack of cigarettes? I'm going to buy tickets with Zhou Cong now. There are so many people, so I guess it will take a while...

Lin Kexin looked at the people in line, nodded, and pulled Tang Guo's hand: "Guo'er, come with me." Then I saw him take out her student ID card from his pocket and hand it to me:

“I’ll buy it with my student ID later, and I’ll get a half discount.”

I took his student ID card: "Do you want to save money like this?"

Lin Kexin rolled her eyes at me: "Why don't we use this right? It will be invalidated when it expires."

I smiled.

Tang Guo was embarrassed next to him: "Fifth brother, I didn't know that the student ID card was deliberately discounted at half, so I didn't bring it."

I nodded: "I didn't bring it with me either. It's okay, it doesn't cost much."

After the two women left, I rolled my eyes at Zhou Cong: "What are you looking at? Look, go queue up and buy tickets."

"Fuck, I'm still a patient, do you have any humanity?" Zhou Cong even dragged me into a fight.

"Stop talking nonsense, let's go together. What do you think..." Follow me and I don't care whether he agrees or not, I just put my arms around his neck. After walking forward for a while, the two of us fell into each other's arms.

I completely entered the crowd of people buying tickets.

According to preliminary estimates, the queue to buy tickets must be at least dozens of meters long. I looked forward again, trying to find an opportunity to jump in the queue, but sadly found that there was almost no gap at all.

Zhou Cong also looked around and pointed at a person in front of the queue window: "I know that person..."

I followed his fingers and saw a man in a suit standing inside the counter. There was an opening on the counter where you could get money. The air conditioner must be turned on inside, so it was understandable that this guy was wearing a suit.

I was very happy: "Then why don't you go and try to make friends with him? Otherwise, you will be in line and have lunch soon."

Zhou Cong nodded in embarrassment, "I didn't have a good relationship with him in high school, and I often had conflicts with him. This guy is not a good person either. I really don't want to have contact with him."

I shook my head: "For the sake of all of us, go quickly. Look, the sun will soon hit the square. It doesn't matter if I get a tan by then. If Tang Guo gets a tan, can you bear it?"

As soon as this guy heard me talking about Tang Guo, he walked forward without saying anything. I was so angry that I almost kicked him on the butt.

Zhou Cong walked through the crowd for a while and then arrived at the ticket office. I saw him knocking on the glass twice and waving to the young man inside, signaling him to come out.

The young man saw Zhou Cong's expression change, but he still laughed quickly. After a while, I saw him open the door and come out.

Zhou Cong just talked to him in a low voice for a few words, and the young man entered the private room and came out with four tickets in his hand.

Zhou Cong took the ticket and ignored him, and quickly came to my side. He waved the ticket in his hand to me: "I got it, and I didn't spend any money."

I smiled: "Don't that guy have a good relationship with you?"

Zhou Cong shook his head: "Mao, I don't know why he was so good today. He got me four VIP tickets without saying a word. It turns out that this guy didn't go to college, so he came here to be some kind of manager.

As he said, Zhou Cong threw a business card in Ah Tuan's hand on the ground: "This guy also sent me a business card."

I smiled and looked at the business card on the ground. It said Zhao Yuan, the business manager.

I didn't care that much. I followed Zhou Cong out of the team. From a distance, I saw Lin Kexin and Tang Guo enjoying the shade under a tree.

We walked over. Lin Kexin glanced at us in surprise: "Why are you so fast? Are you jumping in line?"

Zhou Cong shook his head: "I happen to know the person buying tickets inside, so I got him a few VIP tickets. Let's go in directly from the VIP area without queuing."

Lin Kexin nodded, took out two packs of cigarettes from his pocket, and handed them to me: "I bought them for you."

I looked at the cigarettes that Lin Kexin bought. They were in bear bags. They cost 80 yuan a pack. This little girl must have bought the most expensive kind.

I took the cigarette: "This cigarette is quite expensive?"

Lin Kexin nodded: "How about a hundred yuan a bag?"

I smiled, the price was normal. After all, this is a scenic spot, so things will definitely be more expensive than outside.

After I finished smoking a cigarette, they decided to leave. When we entered, we went to the VIP area, which also saved us the time of queuing to enter the venue.

The carnival is quite big inside, so we were not in a hurry to find a place to play. Instead, we took a tour bus inside and walked around the carnival to get familiar with the entertainment facilities inside.

Lin Kexin was very happy along the way, shouting that she wanted to play this and that.

(ps: It’s gone today, don’t wait any longer. I have something to go out for.)
