Chapter 47 Walking Together

After a short rest, the large army set off again.

In the girls' company, Yao Xiaojing is still walking at the back, and of course, there is Chen Mufeng behind her.

Su Doudou's backpack became a little lighter after resting, but it was still a heavy burden for a delicate Didi like her. Yao Xiaojing exchanged words with her silently and was about to carry it on her body, but she felt a sudden lightness in her hands.

She looked back in surprise and found that it was their instructor Chen Mufeng who "robbed" Su Doudou of his burden.

Chen Mufeng waved his hands, and the backpack was already on his back. He smiled and said, "I'll do it. There's still a long way to go, and I won't give you any time to rest."

"That's great...instructor! You are so kind!" Su Doudou shouted gratefully.

Yao Xiaojing did not argue with him as before and acquiesced to his approach. She understood that although she was capable of carrying heavy loads and walking to Zhaoshan easily, there was no need to be serious with him on such simple matters.

After walking for a while, Su Doudou seemed to come to life. She rubbed Yao Xiaojing, who had always been silent, and asked in a low voice: "I'm going to see Mo Yan and senior sister in front... Xiaojing, are you going?"

Yao Xiaojing shook her head and said she wouldn't go.

It was too noisy in front, and occasionally I could hear the shouts of Senior Sister Gu and the boys in front of me singing and singing. She was not in the right mood to stay in such an occasion, so it was better to fall behind and walk quietly.

Su Doudou excitedly pushed his way to the front of the team.

Chen Mufeng, on the other hand, naturally filled the vacant seat appropriately.

Yao Xiaojing didn't care who was around her. Perhaps, she couldn't even pay the least attention to the outside world. She just wanted to keep walking like this with a monotonous and tiring pace, without stopping, let alone giving her time to think and breathe.

She doesn't need to rest, she doesn't need to be noisy, and she doesn't need other people's attention.

Therefore, when Chen Mufeng silently handed over a checkered handkerchief, she refused without hesitation.

"No need..." She wiped the sweat from her face with the sleeve of her camouflage uniform in front of him, but her footsteps did not stop at all.

Chen Mufeng's deep eyes flashed with a hint of understanding. He silently put away the handkerchief and stuffed it into the pocket of his military uniform, and followed her steps forward. Yao Xiaojing's steps were very standard, with a stride distance of 75 centimeters and a pace of 116-122 steps per minute.

The rhythm was well controlled, and she seemed to be looking ahead without realizing it, but Chen Mufeng followed her very comfortably.

Finally, Chen Mufeng couldn't help but ask: "Who in your family is a soldier?"

Yao Xiaojing was staggered by his sudden question. Her right foot failed to keep up with the rhythm and actually sprained on the stone. The moment her body swayed, Chen Mufeng subconsciously held her arm.

"Has Wei arrived?" He asked anxiously.

Yao Xiaojing was fine. She shook her ankle and pressed it again, and said softly: "Instructor, it's okay..."

Chen Mufeng breathed a sigh of relief, lowered her head and found that he was actually very close to her.

The fresh and cool breeze in the mountains rolled up her hair and swept over his bronze face. The faint fragrance combined with the girl's alluring breath flowed into his unopened heart like a clear green spring water. Chen Mufeng suddenly felt

The place where their bodies were connected began to feel hot involuntarily, and a scene of two people embracing each other ambiguously in the playground of X University seemed to appear before their eyes.

His breathing gradually quickened, and his face felt unbearably hot. He let go of his hand in a hurry.

"Oh, just be okay. Just be okay..." He repeated it twice in succession, pretending to look sideways at the scenery to avoid the palpitations caused by his pounding heartbeat.

Yao Xiaojing glanced at him strangely, but what she saw was his straight and tall nose and increasingly darker cheeks.

After the large army rounded a detour, someone in front shouted that they had entered the Zhaoshan boundary.
