Chapter 18 The Evil Cave

2022.05.12 - Today, a book friend has been helping to find typos. I am flattered and thank you very much. I would like to add an extra chapter. I don’t have many manuscripts in my archive. I usually only write two chapters every day. I actually took time out when writing this novel.

I write some when I have time, so sometimes it doesn’t look coherent. Since the writing is not very good, it may look weird and there are repetitions. Thank you all for your understanding. I hope I can present a story to everyone.

Love the dark world.

——————————————————

Walking on the path of Rogge Camp, Lu Changge still felt like last night was like a dream.

This is the first time he has been in the same room with a woman of his own age!

Although, he slept on the floor...

Shaking his head to clear away the messy thoughts, he urgently needed a calm mind to face the rioting monsters.

"Next time you come back, let's find someone to build a house..."

He felt that something would happen sooner or later if things continued like this.

The day before yesterday, he had almost cleared away the monsters in the Blood Wasteland, and this time he would go straight to the Evil Cave.

I have to say that the map Alip gave him was simply outrageous. It only marked a few locations and directions casually, and he had to find the specific ones himself.

"Next time I will definitely get a detailed map from his set."

Silently planning, Lu Changge led the three skeleton brothers to the gate of Rogge's camp.

Today, two sisters, Lai Sha and Lai En, were on patrol. Originally, they were a little tired after a night of duty and were yawning non-stop. But when they heard the "clicking" sound of the skeleton frame moving, they were on patrol.

, Lu Changge trembled when he noticed that the two of them were obviously delicate.

"You...no, distinguished Lord Necromancer, do you want to go out?"

Lai Sha reacted quickly and returned to her normal state of mind in an instant, but Lai En was not as alert as her and took two steps back without saying a word while holding the short bow.

"Please forgive Lai En for being rude."

Laisha stood in front of her sister and lowered her head gracefully.

Looking at the two sisters, Lu Changge thought to himself that they and Ailian were the only three Rogges he had seen patrolling at the gate of Rogge's camp so far.

"No need to be polite, come to Sister Sha."

Speaking of which, Lasha is several years older than him. Since Elen calls her sister, she naturally doesn't need to tell anyone else.

Hearing Lu Changge's words, even though Laisha had extensive experience, she was shocked. When had she ever seen such a polite job changer? She was also a necromancer job changer!

"I have some things to do when I go out this time. I'm a little worried about Elen being alone in Rogge Camp. I also asked Sister Sha to take care of her. When I come back, she will naturally give her a gift!"

There is a reason why Lu Changge is so polite. He will not come back unless he kills the Blood Crow this time. He may waste more than a month during this period. During this period, Ailian may be harassed by Frank of the Mellon family. If there is

With Lai Sha, Lai En and the others helping, there shouldn't be much of a problem.

Unexpectedly, Lu Changge was so polite to him because he was worried about Ailian. This made Lasha's attitude towards him much better. Although the reputation of the necromancer was quite bad, he felt that this person was not actually a bad person?

At least he sincerely cares about Elaine.

"Lord Lu, you are joking. Ailian is like my biological sister. Both I and Lai En already treat her as a relative."

Lai En kept nodding while her sister was talking. She finally came back to her senses from the fear of the three skeletons.

With a slight smile, Lu Changge responded with a grateful look, then left Rogge's camp and headed straight for the Evil Cave.

Watching the four figures disappear into the thin mist, it was the first time I saw adventurers who set off so early for training in Shasha.

Far away in the east, a trace of bright red has just risen.

"Laien, do you think Elian will be happy by following this adult?"

Lai En also watched Lu Changge leave. He didn't know what he was thinking. Hearing his sister's words, he subconsciously shook his head like a rattle. After a moment, he realized what he was doing and nodded again. Lai Sha looked at her like this and was completely speechless.

.

And just when the two sisters Laisha were in a daze, a black shadow flashed from behind them without making any movement, and disappeared at the gate of Rogge's camp without being noticed by anyone...

These three pieces of equipment are all Lu Changge's current assets. Among them, the Eagle Orb was dropped by the three skeletons killed when summoning No. 2 and No. 3, and the others were dropped by wild monsters in the Blood Wasteland.

Gloves and rings can be equipped directly, and the Eagle Orb must be upgraded to level five.

The attributes of the blue ring are very convenient. After the skeleton team kills monsters, it can directly feed back mana, so that it will not be too short of mana.

The main reason is that he doesn't have many active skills to release. The blue gloves +1 strength are dispensable. After wearing them, using a hatchet will at least not be so painful...

The reason why the Eagle's Orb was not sold was because Lu Changge had discovered that he could now use the Paladin-specific weapon scepter, which he discovered at Kidd's exchange when he was selling junk equipment.

After he learns the skills of a mage, this staff will become his main weapon!

However, this staff has its own warmth, and he still needs to study which of the first-level skills of the mage is better.

Running in the bloody wasteland, Lu Changge felt that he was in urgent need of a pair of boots, even if they were whiteboard equipment. Although he bought boots in the slum market, they were made of animal skins, but they were extremely ill-fitting and did not have the automatic tightness of the equipment for career changers.

comfortability.

There are two entrances to the evil cave marked on the map. One is closer to the camp, but farther away from the corpse. The other entrance is closer to the Cold Plains, but further away from Rogge's camp.

If you go directly to the far entrance of the cave, you can quickly find the corpse and set it on fire, but you will inevitably encounter a few monsters along the way. Whether you can reach level 5 when you encounter the corpse and set it on fire is a question.

One more skill point means one more way to save life. In addition to killing corpses and getting angry, Lu Changge also has the task of quickly upgrading, so he chooses to go down to the evil cave nearby, kill all the way, and then face the fifth level again.

The corpse is on fire, and there is greater certainty!

The nearest cave entrance is only about an hour away. A group of adventurers who changed jobs just like him a few days ago happened to be affected by the scarlet moon, and no one came out to experience it. Although the advanced adventurers all returned to Luo

In the Ge camp, there are no boring people to kill the Corpse Fury that is only level 4, so Lu Changge is sure that the Corpse Fury is still there and will not affect his mission of causing Akala!

Even if he is really unlucky and the corpse is no longer angry, Lu Changge can still gain a lot of experience points by clearing the evil cave.

Then, he had to go to the Cold Plains.

Thinking about the next plan, and recalling the experience of fighting Kasha, before he knew it, the hole that looked like a big bumpkin appeared in front of Lu Changge.

A pile of rocks were randomly placed in the cave, and the small cave entrance seemed to only be able to accommodate two people passing by at the same time. Two torches stood in front of the cave entrance, but they had not been lit by anyone for who knows how long.

Looking at the random graffiti on the larger rocks, Lu Changge felt that this person's skills were really not that good. If he were to do it, people would have to be able to see that there were corpses, huge beasts, and even groups of fallen demons.

The evil fallen mage.

After lighting a torch, Lu Changge walked into the evil cave.

"It would be inconvenient without a torch. Fortunately, Elaine... oh shit..."

Just as he was about to praise Ailian for her thorough preparation, Lu Changge stepped on the air and quickly slipped into the evil cave...

There is no darkness as imagined, and there are actually lit torches inside the evil cave. Presumably, all kinds of monsters are not all nocturnal, and they still need torches for lighting and fires for warmth.

Rubbing Huahua's butt, Lu Changge couldn't help but spit. In such a dangerous place, there should be a sign saying "It's dark and the road is slippery, be careful where you step." The work done at Rogge Camp was also very inadequate...

"Kalakala kalakala kalakala"

The sound of huge bones came, and Lu Changge secretly thought something bad, and hurriedly hid aside. Under the dim light of the fire, he saw one, two, and three skeletons sliding down one after another...

"Ahem, you guys have no sense of crisis. How can I take you to more dangerous scenes for training in the future?"

Lu Changge pretended to hate iron and lectured the three skeleton brothers, but Lu Changge didn't realize that a slender slit had opened in his pants behind him, and he had been betrayed long ago...

If he hadn't hid quickly just now, he would have been pushed to the bottom. Seeing the skeleton team, the tension in Lu Changge's heart due to the dark environment dissipated a lot. He led the three little ones away from the overgrown ground.

Wet and slippery passage.

Not even two or three steps away, a stench emanated, and under the light of a torch, Lu Changge saw a rotting corpse.

The dead body of Roger.

Covering his mouth, he suddenly felt a little nauseous. Different from monster corpses, this was a human corpse. No matter how disgusting zombies are, they are still a type of monster. And what is lying on the ground now is a human who was alive not long ago...

Lu Changge had never seen a dead body, and he didn't know whether the body should be left here like this according to Amazon customs.

Looking at the disgraceful corpse that had been destroyed by the monster, Lu Changge lit her on fire. As the crackling sound sounded, the look of amusement disappeared from his face.

This was a place that was a hundred times crueler than his original world. The wreckage of people who had been arbitrarily deprived of their lives could be seen everywhere. The danger that would appear at any time made Lu Changge gradually change his heart.

Is this the kind of world he wants?

A world with only constant killing?

he does not know.
