Chapter 126: May you be well [4]

The sunset is infinitely beautiful, but it's almost dusk. All good things will eventually come to an end.

Han Zhiyan stood in front of the floor-to-ceiling window sill, the breeze blew slightly on her face, and the hair on her cheeks was gently blown up and slowly fluttering.

Watching the sunset in Xishan, Han Zhiyan fell into deep thought, recalling the little things she had experienced when she got married to Guan Chen. The abortion consent form in her hand had been clenched into a ball without her realizing it. She didn't know whether it was because of fear or sadness.

His hands shook slightly from time to time.

At this time, the door of the ward was opened, and it was no one else who came in, but Shangguan Chen.

When he walked into the ward and saw Han Zhiyan standing in front of the window, he raised the corner of his mouth slightly, walked slowly behind Han Zhiyan, hugged her, and said softly, "Why don't you put on more clothes when you wake up?"

Han Zhiyan, who was in a daze, was startled by Shangguan Chen's sudden move. Her whole body froze, and her hands holding the form tightened. She turned around uncomfortably, clasped her hands behind her, and slightly withdrew from Shangguan Chen's arms, lowering her head.

The head said calmly, "I'm not cold."

"Why does your face look so bad all of a sudden? Are you uncomfortable?" Shangguan Chen gently stroked Han Zhiyan's face and said with a frown.

Han Zhiyan turned away slightly, forced out a faint smile, raised her head and looked at Shangguan Chen and said, "I want to be discharged from the hospital!"

Shangguan Chen still looked at Han Zhiyan with a calm face, feeling that Han Zhiyan seemed to be a different person when she woke up.

Han Zhiyan felt that the atmosphere in the ward suddenly became depressed. She stretched out her hand and gently shook Shangguan Chen's arm, smiling slightly, "Shang Guan Chen, I don't want to stay in the hospital. I want to go home, okay?"

After being pulled by Han Zhiyan, Shangguan Chen came back to his senses, looked at Han Zhiyan and said gently, "Okay, let's go home." With that, he hugged Han Zhiyan and walked out of the room.

Han Zhiyan looked at Shangguan Chen just pulling her away, and suddenly took a step back, understanding where Shangguan Chen was going, and said, "Shangguan Chen, are you leaving like this? Haven't you packed your things yet?"

Shangguan Chen hugged her with one hand and put his other hand in his trouser pocket. As he walked, he said calmly, "Someone will take care of her, don't worry."

Han Zhiyan looked puzzled, pouted and murmured, "That's okay."

Shangguan Chen heard Han Zhiyan's dissatisfied voice, stopped, looked at Han Zhiyan with a half-smile and said, "What else?"

"Whatever." Han Zhiyan curled her lips and said, knowing that she would always be the loser in a fight with Guan Chen.

"Okay, let's go. Why do you have such a bad temper after you're pregnant with the baby?" Shangguan Chen hugged Han Zhiyan and said disapprovingly.

"I just like to have a bad temper. If you don't like it, just stop talking to me, okay?" Han Zhiyan said angrily.

Hearing Shangguan Chen's words, Han Zhiyan remembered the piece of paper still in her hand, thinking that in Shangguan Chen's mind she would always be Xintong, and she would always be her substitute. Han Zhiyan became sad and started talking.

It's also sour.

Shangguan Chen chuckled lightly, looked at the angry Han Zhiyan, and hugged Han Zhiyan tenderly, "Okay, I was wrong!"

With that said, she hugged Han Zhiyan and continued to walk outside the hospital.

After leaving the hospital, Shangguan Chen drove towards Shangguan's house. He looked at Han Zhiyan who was very quiet today and said, "Do you want to eat something before going back?"

Han Zhiyan looked out the window, shook her head and said, "No more."

Looking at Han Zhiyan like this, Shangguan Chen felt that Han Zhiyan had changed. He stretched out his hand to hold her and asked with concern, "What's wrong?"

After hearing Shangguan Chen's words, Han Zhiyan slowly turned back to look at him and smiled slightly, "It's okay, I'm just a little tired." She was indeed tired, and her heart was tired.
