Chapter 143: It's So Late

Two days later, Yao Hanbing and Yuan Haolie boarded a special plane bound for France. More than twenty hours later, they arrived in Paris, the capital of France.

Yao Hanbing asked for a few days off from the company for this matter. Yuan Haolie said that the two of them had not gone out to have fun yet, so they took advantage of the company's business trip abroad to go and have fun for a few days.

Under his persuasion, Yao Hanbing also agreed to go with him. She had not been to Paris yet and was curious and yearning for the romantic capital of the world.

Outside the airport, there was a black Cadillac waiting for them.

She looked at him in confusion, and Yuan Haolie smiled lightly and said, "I also own real estate here, and it is usually managed by someone."

He spoke in an understatement. As far as she knew, he owned properties and businesses all over the world, and his assets were truly immeasurable.

The car took them to a five-star hotel in the city center. They had reserved a presidential suite, and the porter helped them carry their luggage to the room.

It was such a big room with luxurious and elegant furnishings. She opened the floor-to-ceiling windows and had a panoramic view of the city outside.

Yuan Haolie paid the bellboy a tip, then came over, put his arms around her slender waist, and said in a low voice:

"You're tired today. Let's rest for a while. I'll wake you up during dinner. Once you're refreshed, I'll take you to various scenic spots to have fun tomorrow."

"Yeah." She nodded, leaning against him a little too lazy to move. Yuan Haolie didn't move either. He just hugged her and looked at the scenery outside. After a while, Yao Hanbing fell asleep sleepily, and Yuan Haolie finally

Carefully pick her up, carry her to the bed in the bedroom and lay her down gently.

He pulled the mattress next to her and tucked it in for her, kissed her smooth forehead before walking out.

Yao Hanbing slept until evening, and there was already a heavy black curtain outside the window. She went to the bathroom to clean up, and then walked out of the room.

Yuan Haolie was sitting on the leather sofa in the living room reading the local newspaper. When he saw her walking out, he put down the newspaper in his hand.

"It's already so late, why didn't you wake me up?"

She looked at the clock on the wall. It was already half past eight. She had slept since the afternoon.

He smiled, stood up and said, "It doesn't matter, I'll let you sleep a little longer. Are you hungry? I'll ask the waiter to bring you dinner right away."

After that, he picked up the phone on the desk and dialed the call.

Ten minutes later, two waiters knocked on the door politely and pushed the dining cart in.

It is a French local specialty meal, including fish soup from Marseille, foie gras steak, pheasant in red wine, baked oysters with spinach and cheese, multi-flavored fish, orange French toast, etc.

These dishes seemed to be exquisitely prepared, carefully processed, with rich and light flavors, and so many varieties of colors that Yao Hanbing, who was sitting at the dining table, had no idea what to start with.

"It's too much. The two of us can't finish it." She frowned and said, even five people couldn't finish it, let alone just the two of them.

"It doesn't matter, you can try a little of each and see which dish you like?"

Yuan Haolie smiled fondly and said that she didn't eat any good food on the plane all day long. Now that she is in France, the capital of gourmet food in the world, of course she should try the local food.

Although there are also French chefs in Yuanfu, many of the ingredients are still fresh from the local area. After all, the ingredients flown in by air still have some shortcomings.

The waiter poured a glass of French Cognac wine for both of them, filled the glasses, and for a moment the aromatic and rich aroma of the wine filled the room.
