In his mind, on top of the lotus, he suddenly moved his hands and formed a strange mudra. Suddenly, a beam of light fell vertically, illuminating him and the lotus.
The light beam was condensed by moonlight and was milky white. He seemed to be soaked in milk, his figure was looming, his face was hazy, and he wore a peaceful smile.
Outside his mind, in the room filled with red clouds, he sat cross-legged on the couch in the void, with a peaceful smile and his hands in strange mudra, just like him on the lotus.
This is the reason why he can survive.
Back in the martial arts training ground, when he pulled out the Yaoguang Sword, his lungs suddenly started to bleed and his breathing was blocked. He secretly screamed that something was wrong and he was going to die. He had no other choice but to rely on the Divine Light Sutra.
Fortunately, he had profound Zen skills and quickly entered a state of concentration.
None of this allowed him to think deeply, so he could only follow his intuition. His six senses were sharper than ordinary people's, and he always believed in his intuition.
For ordinary people, intuition is vague and cannot be fully trusted. For him, it is determined by precepts, and wisdom arises from concentration. As meditation becomes more profound, intuition becomes closer to a kind of advanced wisdom.
At the critical moment of life and death, his mind was as calm as ever before and he suddenly jumped into the white light on the lotus.
Suddenly my body felt warm, as if I had changed my body.
As soon as he entered the white light, his thoughts suddenly became more agile, as fast as lightning.
All of a sudden, thousands of thoughts came to him, and they passed by like fishes. He concentrated hard, like fishing in a river, and suddenly grabbed an idea.
This thought is like a pearl, swirling in my mind and emerging clearly.
He thought for a while, then visualized in the white light, imagining his body moving into the picture of gods, humans, and gods.
A hazy figure appeared on the lotus, ethereal and ethereal, flickering on and off like an oil lamp, looming and looming. With visualization and mental effort, the shadow slowly solidified and gained texture, as if it were real.
As soon as his body solidified, a burst of severe pain suddenly appeared, spreading from the lungs to the brain, like a flash flood, impacting the mind in the white light.
Suddenly the white light swayed, like a candle blown by the wind.
His mind was already immersed in the white light, the pain came over him, and he had nowhere to go.
The Heavenly God's Illumination Channel seems to have lost its effect. The pain not only does not disappear, but is intensified and magnified, like a wave after a wave of tide.
The pain comes from the body on the lotus. The white light can isolate the mind from the sensation of the outside body, but it cannot isolate the sensation from the body in the picture.
If he were an ordinary person, he would have been overwhelmed by this pain. This pain has exceeded the physical limit and is unstoppable.
At this time, his profound Zen skills came into play, and his mind was focused on the white light, standing still and letting the pain surge like a tide, everything was empty.
The mind calmed down and the white light stabilized again.
It was so painful that one second was equivalent to one year. I don't know how long it took, but the white light was continuously tempered by the fire in my heart, and suddenly shrank and turned into a ball.
The size of a longan, crystal clear, like a diamond, radiant.
The ball slowly descended and fell into the Baihui point, like water entering the soil, and disappeared in the blink of an eye. At the same time, a vertical eye appeared between the eyebrows, like Erlang God's third eye.
At this moment, a milky-white light beam fell from the sky, shining directly down on him. He suddenly felt his body warm, as if he had been immersed in a hot spring, and the pain instantly subsided a bit.
Although he was still in pain, it was like heaven and hell compared to before. He was satisfied and could appreciate its beauty carefully.
The milky white light pillar is condensed by the moonlight, like the essence of the moon, which is continuously injected into the body, making the body warm, hot and soft.
Especially my lungs, it feels warm and numb, as if I'm tipsy from drinking. It's so wonderful that I can't wait to fall asleep.
His mind was firm and unmoved.
Under the beam of light, the figure becomes more solid, comparable to the lotus flower under the seat.
As the ball fell in, he suddenly felt that his mind was completely integrated into this body, so he stretched out his arms, stood up from the lotus, and stamped his feet. The lotus was as hard as jade.
The whole body is commanded smoothly and without any hindrance.
But with such a movement, the light beam immediately shattered into pieces and scattered into pieces of feathers, which dissipated completely in the blink of an eye.
Startled, he hurriedly sat up again and made strange mudra with his hands.
The light beam fell again, illuminating and nourishing the body, especially the lungs, which were numb, soft and itchy, and felt extremely comfortable.
This mudra was the one on the Observation of Heaven and God's Illumination Sutra Chart. He remembered it very firmly. He didn't expect it to be so critical. The light pillar would fall down when he used it. Otherwise, the light pillar would not appear.
His mind is agile and quick as lightning, and he can figure it out in the blink of an eye.
This is similar to the principle of radio waves. The round beads are like electromagnetic wave transmitters, and the fingerprints are like frequency modulators. Only when the two match, can the Pillar of Moonlight be attracted.
At this moment, he vaguely touched the door to the Observation of Heaven, Humans and Gods, and glimpsed a corner of its mystery.
The sunset was setting, twilight was rising, and the room was already dark.
In his mind, his eyebrows flashed, the third vertical eye suddenly disappeared, and a milky-white bead flew out of Baihui Point and re-suspended a foot above his head.
The round bead was originally crystal clear, like a bright diamond, but now it is milky white. The mist inside the bead is flowing, and the brilliance is no longer brilliant.
The milky white beam of light decomposed into fragments and turned into pieces of flying feathers. It dissipated completely in the blink of an eye. The body also slowly dissipated, turned into a shadow again, and suddenly disappeared.
In the room, he was sitting in the void, and now he slowly fell down, like a feather falling back onto the couch, and opened his eyes.
His eyes were as clear as the water of a bright lake, and the room lit up for a moment. As his eyes converged, the darkness returned. He sat still, his mind spinning.
He silently observed that his body had recovered, but unfortunately, it had only returned to its original state, with nothing unusual.
He thought carefully about the mystery.
Taoism has the theory that practicing essence turns into qi, practicing qi turns into spirit, and practicing spirit combines with emptiness. Tao exhausts the mystery of life, spirit turns into qi, and qi turns into essence. Essence and blood become flesh and blood.
Essence, energy, and spirit are all higher than the previous level.
The secret of the practice I just performed is to refine the spirit and use the spirit to replenish the body.
The body on the lotus flower is not the real body, it is made by the mind of God. It is the reflection of the real body. I just call it the physical body.
But the movement of spiritual thoughts can affect the real body and repair it.
The moonlight poured into the virtual body, the virtual body guided the spiritual thoughts, and the spiritual thoughts repaired the real body. The three were connected, and finally cured his own injuries, as evidenced by the changes in the orbs.
As for how spiritual thoughts repair the body, the specific situation is a mystery. His mind and thoughts are focused on the ball, so it is impossible to know.
No matter what, I finally found a way to save my life.
He got off the couch and pushed open the door to go out. The lanterns were already lit in the courtyard.
Eight lanterns were hung high, and the small courtyard was as bright as day.
Next to the flower garden, Li Mufeng and Li Zhuzhu were playing chess attentively. They played with the chess pieces and stared at the chessboard, both frowning and thinking hard.
Qin and Zhao Yiyi were sitting on one side embroidering, looking relaxed and at ease.
The crickets in the corner were chirping softly, the courtyard was very quiet, and the four of them did not speak.
Hearing the knock on the door, the four of them turned to look at each other. Qin smiled and said, "San'er, have you finished your homework?"
Li Muchan smiled and nodded: "Let's eat!"
"Okay, let's eat!" Li Zhuzhu said loudly, pulled the chessboard and stood up.
"Dad, you...you..." Li Mufeng pointed at the chessboard and shouted, shaking his head, and said sadly: "You are trying this trick again, you are obviously going to lose!"
"Nonsense, I think you're the only one who has to lose!" Li Zhuzhu said in a rough voice and entered the main room with his hands behind his back.
Mrs. Qin patted him on the shoulder: "Okay, boss, why are you arguing with your father?"
Li Mufeng said unconvinced: "It's hard for me to win once, but dad always cheats every time!"
Li Muchan chuckled and said, "Brother, your chess skills have improved greatly!"
Li Mufeng smiled proudly and said, "I studied a chess book, and it really works!"
"What chess record?" Li Zhuzhu suddenly poked his head out.
Li Mufeng lowered his head to collect the chess pieces and pretended not to hear.
Li Zhuzi came out with a bang, came to him, and hummed: "Boss, bring me the chess record!"
"...Okay, I'll bring it back next time." Li Mufeng nodded helplessly.
Li Zhuzhu hummed: "When you come back, I don't know how old the monkey is!... Let San'er bring you back!"
"Okay, okay." Li Mufeng said impatiently.
Li Zhuzhu didn't care, he smiled and went back to the house with his hands behind his back proudly.
Mrs. Qin shook her head, turned around and said with a smile: "San'er, don't forget to bring it back. The old man is trying his best to win your chess game! ... Go to Li Jian's house to see you tonight."
"Okay, I just want to see my new wife." Li Muchan said with a smile.
While talking, Zhao Yiyi moved quickly and prepared the food. It was steaming hot and fragrant.
After dinner, he went out to the street in front of his house.
Li Jian's house is the first one in Dongtou. There are two red lanterns hanging at the door, illuminating the two big words "Xi Xi" on the door. You can feel the strong joy even before you enter the door.
There is a waxing moon in the night sky, its silvery glow is soft, and everything is hazy.
Li Muchan knocked on the door knocker twice, and a dog barked from inside, "woof, woof, woof, woof..." and kept yelling.
Soon Li Jian's voice came from the courtyard: "Who is it?"
"Li Jian, it's me!" Li Muchan said.
"Mu Chan?" The door was opened, and Li Jian stood behind the door with a smile on his face.
Li Muchan stepped forward, tapped the hollow of his shoulder, and said with a smile: "Haha, after becoming a groom, things are really different, your face is radiant!"
"Woooo..." A big black dog came out from Li Jian's leg and circled around Li Muchan, shaking its head and barking.
Li Muchan squatted down, patted its head, and asked it to lick his hand. Only then did it give up and stop barking.
Li Muchan stood up and said with a smile: "I was in retreat last time and delayed your marriage, so I came here to apologize!"
Li Jian turned sideways and said with a smile: "Come in and sit down. I know about the competition in the Seventh Academy...Mu Chan, you must be injured, right?"
Li Muchan walked in and said with a smile: "It was a little injury, but it's healed now... don't tell my mother and the others."
"I knew it!" Li Jian shook his head.
The two of them entered the courtyard side by side. Li Muchan paused and said with a smile, "Your shoulder is also injured. What's going on?"
As soon as he entered the door, he punched Li Jian's shoulder. Li Jian grinned and saw that he was injured.
"It's okay." Li Jian smiled hurriedly.
Li Muchan was startled and frowned: "What's going on?"
"I accidentally bumped into it." Li Jian smiled and looked as if nothing had happened.
Li Muchan shook his head: "Can you hide it from me?...I'll go to Chaoran Building tomorrow to ask!"
Li Jian smiled helplessly and spread his hands: "Okay, okay,...it's a small matter. A guy from Meifu drank and made trouble, and I got punched."
