193. Castle Night 3

A young magician jumped down from the lintel beam at the tower door, threw away the copper candlestick in his hand, and kicked Joshua in the face hard with his foot. He was a little surprised to see his eyes kept rolling up.

He squatted down and put his fingers under Joshua's nostrils to feel whether he was still breathing.

"Should I just beat him to death?"

The young magician stared at Joshua and said with some doubts.

He has a pair of very bright eyes, is a little thin, but has quick thinking. He looks like a young boy.

He squatted next to Joshua, untied the tie at his collar, tried to keep his breathing smooth, and checked the swelling on his forehead. The feeling of being hit by the copper candlestick was not pleasant.

Suldak reached out and touched his wound and said, "Don't worry, Antonio, his head is very hard. He just fainted temporarily and will recover completely after a while."

The young magician Antonio glanced at Suldak and said suspiciously: "I think he should at least be bandaged."

Surdak closed the wooden door of the tower to prevent the guards patrolling outside from discovering what was going on here. When he closed the door, he did not forget to look at both sides of the alley. There were no guards from the Busman family passing by. This was just a castle.

There is a watchtower on the periphery. Due to the layout of the castle, it is independent of the city wall, so there are basically no guards stationed here or patrolling guards.

The tower is very high, but it is only divided into two floors. Except for the bottom floor, there is a spiral staircase connecting the top floor. From a distance, the tower looks more like an eagle's nest.

He turned around and pointed at Mrs. Miranda and her personal maid standing in the corner, and asked the young magician: "Whatever you want, but what are they going to do?"

There is a row of lockers against the wall on the first floor. During the war, some military supplies will be placed here. However, Busman Castle has not experienced war in the past few hundred years, so the entire locker is completely empty. There are huge boxes on both sides of the corner.

It's also empty.

Mrs. Miranda was wearing a simple nightgown, standing by the wall and looking at Suldak and Antonio with alert eyes. She pursed her lips slightly, and there was an indescribable stubbornness in her light blue eyes. When she heard the two

When the person mentioned her name, he raised his head and stared at the young magician coldly.

The young magician Antonio thought carefully and said:

"I think they won't spread this matter around, otherwise their secret date with Joshua will be made public. If this kind of thing is revealed, Mrs. Miranda will probably be kicked out by Duke Ryan.

Out of Bussmann Castle, of course no one wants this to happen."

Standing in front of Mrs. Miranda, this young countess was probably only in her early twenties. The old face of Josie Bousman appeared in Suldak's mind. He did not expect to marry such a young wife.

It's no wonder that Mrs. Miranda would secretly meet with the young faces in the castle behind Josie Busman's back.

"How can we be released? I have done everything you asked me to do..." the maid standing next to Mrs. Miranda asked softly.

"I want to wait until at least tomorrow morning, and ask you to take a rest on the top of the tower. There should be blankets on top to keep out the cold. Although they are a little worn out, I think you should be able to use them." After the magician finished speaking, he pointed upward.

Towers overhead.

For these two men who had no desire for their bodies, Mrs. Miranda had nothing to do. She could only follow the instructions of the young magician Antonio, carrying her thin nightgown along the narrow spiral staircase, holding on to the mottled white and gray walls, one step at a time.

She climbed up slowly, and her maid followed obediently behind her.

At this time, Mrs. Miranda suddenly thought that maybe she could send some distress messages to the outside when she reached the top of the tower. After all, this was the castle of the Bousman family. Maybe there was a heroic knight loyal to the Bousman family lying in the next room of the tower.

, as long as we can lure the knights of the Busman family over, we should be able to get out of trouble.

However, the young magician Antonio was below the tower, looking up at Mrs. Miranda who was climbing to the top of the tower, and said to her:

"Oh, by the way, please don't try to ask for help. I think you probably don't want anyone to come here and see the young officer lying on the ground at first sight. Don't ever think that someone can do such things as dating a lover.

To excuse you, we will take him away before dawn, and then you will be free..."

Mrs. Miranda rolled her eyes at the young magician and wanted to grab the white ash on the wall and throw it in the young magician's face. Unfortunately, it was relatively dark in the tower, and Antonio, who was standing below the tower, couldn't see anything.

To Mrs. Miranda’s little gestures…

Speaking of the acquaintance between Surdak and the magician, it goes back to this morning.

Just before dawn, Suldak tied Beard up in the attic of the villa and made sure that the white pig could not break free from the tendon rope and would not die from being unable to breathe or hungry and thirsty. Then he hurriedly sorted out the traces of the battle.

When it was dark, I walked out of the villa.

Originally, Suldak wanted to find a tavern and inquire about the Busman family castle. Generally, taverns in the city would not be open until at least afternoon. It was too early to find a tavern at this time. It was better to go and have some breakfast.

.

But he didn't want to stay in Beard's villa forever. He wanted to leave the villa before it got dark.

But he didn't expect that just after he closed the door of the villa and was about to turn around to leave, a young magician wearing magic robes stood under the banana tree, staring at him curiously with big clear eyes.

That familiar face and clear eyes suddenly reminded him that this magician had attacked Count Josie Bussman the day before yesterday, and had sneaked into the city yesterday while lying in the magic leather merchant Kit's truck.

Lee Suldak didn't expect that the third time he saw this magician would be at the door of Beard's villa. He also didn't expect that this young magician would have been following him. If he hadn't taken the initiative to reveal his whereabouts,

I'm afraid I still don't know that someone is following me unknowingly.

He looked at the young magician in astonishment, thinking that his revenge plan had been exposed, and wondering whether he should pounce on him and silence him with the most violent means.

However... the young magician did not show any hostility in his eyes. Instead, he took the initiative to open his hands to Surdak and said:

"Don't be nervous, I'm not here to ruin your plan. I was worried that you would report me, so I kept following you secretly, but it seems... you also have a story, and I think you will be able to use me.

."

"Of course, my help is not free. We may be able to reach some degree of cooperation, so we need to sit down and have a good talk..."
