246. Chase and kill

When the four bandits saw their leader, Taylor, being chopped off his horse by a knight who was charging from the opposite side, they were horrified beyond words. Without any hesitation, they turned their horses around and did not dare to run towards the city of Helensa, fearing

Encountering the knights from the guard camp coming from behind, they fled in the direction of Wall Village.

Suldak paused for a moment, then bent down while riding the horse. He chopped off Taylor's head with a single stroke of his modified Roman sword.

Then he chased the four bandits who were escaping hastily. Surdak's mount was a war horse from the heavy cavalry of the Bena Legion. Although it was not as explosive as the black scale horse, it was indeed produced by some of the best ranches in Durva Province.

His excellent war horses were much faster and more durable than the horses ridden by these bandits.

Surdak did not wear a full-coverage heavy armor, nor did he carry a heavy knight's spear, nor was there any armor on his horse. Therefore, Gubolai's horse ran at full speed on the mountain road and caught up with the bandit in front of him in the blink of an eye.

.

The two robbers who were at the back saw that Surdak was catching up from behind and were destined to be unable to escape. They turned their horses, raised their dark red scimitars and rushed towards Surdak, making strange noises from their mouths.

Whistling sound.

When the two bandits running in front heard this roar, they gritted their teeth, pulled the reins of the horses, turned the horses' heads, took the bows in their hands, stood there and shot arrows at Surdak at the same time. Obviously

The four people were ready to fight Suldak desperately.

Surdak ignored the two arrows that had strayed to unknown places and stabbed out the Roman sword in his hand.

He doesn't know those gorgeous sword moves, and this fighting skill was also learned from fighting evil spirits in the Warsaw plane.

Although these practical combat skills against evil spirits are not suitable for use on these bandits, Surdak's strength is much higher than this group of bandits. Even if the four bandits join forces, they cannot resist Su.

Erdak's Charge.

Surdak paid no attention to the scimitars struck by the two robbers. The Roman sword's blade pierced the chests of the two robbers in no particular order. The scimitars of the two robbers were only on Surdak's magic beast leather shoulder guards.

Two shallow marks were left behind. The two robbers stared wide-eyed as they watched Surdak pass by them. The sharp Roman sword was pulled away from the robber's body by Surdak, and blood spurted out from the wound.

Only then did the robber realize that it was good to be alive

This time, Surdak didn't even finish up, but directly rode his horse to chase the bandits holding the bow in front of him. When the two bandits saw Surdak, they didn't have the courage to resist at all, so they wanted to escape again.

It was just that Suldak was riding a Gubo horse, galloping on the mountain road. The sound of the horses' hooves was like the death knell. The gate of the underworld had been opened to them, and the pupils in the eyes of the two robbers began to shrink to the size of pinholes.

, the frightened expression on his face magnified infinitely, until the knights behind him caught up, and at the last moment they desperately tried to twist the bow in their hands to Surdak's neck.

The thick Roman sword had a faint golden light, and he struck the bow lightly. The iron-tied bow blade broke with a sound. Without waiting for the robber to react, he swung the sword to chop off the head, and then rode towards the truck in front of him.

Run over quickly.

Surdak regretted a little. He had known that the bandit gang was so vulnerable and there was no need to sacrifice. He felt sorry for the precious salamander head. At the same time, he still couldn't understand that these bandits only had such strength.

How could they still loot several noble manors on the outskirts of Helensa?

After chasing them all the way, more than twenty bandits were killed by Suldak, and their bodies were lying on the mountain road.

He was chased out of an oak forest. By the time he killed all the robbers, he had entered a deserted land. On the mountain road that stretched for nearly five kilometers, the body of a robber would lie at intervals.

There are ravines in this mountain range. There is no vegetation on the limestone layer. Only some wild grasses and drought-tolerant shrubs grow in some ravines. The bandits also thought about escaping into the mountains. Unfortunately, one side of this mountain road is nearly ten meters deep.

There is a ravine, and on the other side is a very steep hillside, with no way to escape.

Suldak stabbed the last robber, stepped onto the truck with a Roman sword dripping with blood, and saw the bloody coachman lying on the carriage, already dying, with only two large wooden boxes on the carriage.

, everything else was thrown away by the coachman. The truck was also badly damaged. There were at least twenty arrows stuck in the wooden box, and even the coachman had five arrows stuck in his body.

The most serious injury on the coachman's body was caused by a feather arrow, which passed through the coachman's chest from behind.

The horse in front of the truck also had a few arrows stuck in its butt. At this time, it was lying down on the mountain road. Congealed blood clots oozed from the horse's nose and mouth. This situation also appeared on the battlefield in Warsaw.

, Surdak knew that the horse's lungs had exploded. In this case, the horse could not be saved.

Suldak stuck the Roman sword on the wooden box, squatted next to the coachman, and checked the injuries on his body.

The coachman's face was as golden as paper, and he kept coughing up blood. He looked like he was dying, but the injuries on his body were not that serious at all. Except for one arrow that penetrated his chest, the rest of the arrows did not hurt enough.

Fatal. Apart from these injuries, the coachman did not suffer any other injuries. Probably, before the bandits had time to hurt the coachman, Suldak caught up.

A power of holy light emerged from the palm of Suldak's hand, and he began to try to treat the coachman's injuries, stabilize his injuries, pull out the arrows, stop the bleeding from the wounds, and then bandage them. Although the coachman was unconscious, he was still breathing.

It has stabilized, and if nothing unexpected happens, the chances of survival are very high.

Then Suldak turned back along the mountain road. The robbers' horses were loyal. The robbers were lying on the mountain road. The horses did not run around, but waited quietly on the roadside. Suldak drove the robbers' horses

The corpses were tied to the backs of horses, and more than twenty horses were collected at one go. In addition to the corpses of twenty-three robbers, there was also a noble lady tied into rice dumplings.

Suldak untied the rope that tied the noble lady to her body, gave her a blanket to cover her body, let her drink water to recover a little, and then let the horses carry the robber's body and Miss Hoyle.

Back to the truck.

Suldak hitched a strong horse to the truck again, removed the two large wooden boxes from the truck, and lifted the unconscious coachman onto the truck.

According to Miss Hoyle, the bandits killed everyone in her family.

Suldak expressed sympathy for Miss Hoyle's tragic experience. Seeing that she seemed to be fine except for some bruises, he asked her: "Miss Hoyle, can you drive a carriage?"

"

Miss Hoyle looked at Suldak with a pair of innocent eyes, puzzled: ""
