Volume 1 Summary

Late at night on February 5th, I looked at the 65,000-word manuscript in front of me and felt that there were at least six details that could be added and eight structural adjustments that needed to be made. I felt sad from this.

It is hard to imagine that after I finished writing 70,000 words on January 28, I worked ten hours a day, and after eight days, the manuscript was revised and shrunk.

I thought to myself at that time, I could jump off the building.

Or is the only way out to work on manuscripts without going home during the Spring Festival?

Then I started to work hard, working for more than fourteen hours for three consecutive days, and even stayed up all night on February 8th, until 7 a.m. on February 9th.

The manuscript was finalized to 63,000 words, and then I got on the train and fell asleep on it.

I understand that in the Internet age, my speed is not acceptable, and in the commercialization age, such modifications are even more unnecessary, but I am secretly afraid of something.

I have been studying novel techniques and various writing materials for several years, pushing myself almost all the time, but I feel more and more powerless because the more I read, the more I realize that I am shallow and even unable to write.

, and now, I am deeply in awe of words.

Therefore, these texts can only be called unfinished works.

But okay, I wrote what I wanted to express.

The story in the first volume is mainly about "benevolence". It is about the protagonist Qin Yue's decision to give the living souls a smell of fragrant fruit under tight deadlines. It is about Qin Yue's decision to tell no one in front of the Wanhuang fishing village.

The bow of the land is written about his anger for his parents and his growth.

Then there is the story about my favorite Yu Qianqian. Although she is not a Buddhist, she abides by the rules of Buddhism and possesses the piety and tenacity of Buddhism. However, although the multi-winged god is in Buddhism, she is indulgent and disrespectful.

Buddhism is the place of inner desire. The two contradictions are actually the paradox of life.

And then there's the world about the poor.

Qin Yue's mother was unable to protect everything her husband had, and even lost her last treasure, but she pretended to be asleep to prevent her son from seeing the desperate poverty in her heart.

Ye Man loved the married husband Hall Master Yu, but she could not express it in the secular world. In order to prevent others from seeing her true thoughts, she even said on her deathbed that she hated Hall Master Yu and did not want to be buried with him.

This is the "poorness" of love.

Yu Qianqian and her father had not communicated with each other for many years. She hated her father and drove away her mother. Finally, she finally understood, but it was too late, that it was the "poorness" of family ties.

The Many-Winged God was ill since he was a child and was abused by his parents. Then he finally killed his parents and became mentally "poor".

Before Elder Shitou died, he discovered that what he was seeking was all in vain, and the one who stabbed him in the end was actually his child. This was the "poor" seeking revenge.

Probably I wanted to write about a world where everyone is suffering, but although everyone is "poor", they have their own pursuits and keep moving forward.

When I came back from the Spring Festival, I discussed this book with my friend. He laughed loudly and said: The main line of the story was originally quite compact, but there was a volume of poems at the end, which was really sour. I am not commenting, everyone has his own writing style.

I always add some personal things of my own, and this is probably what I insist on.

I hope that everyone who can read this story will be happy forever, know their poverty, and cherish themselves and their surroundings.

Your friend Nan Wang. Greetings. Early morning of February 17, 2013.
