505.passing

Facing Jon and Lily, Dumbledore's surprise was obviously not as shocked as McGonagall's.

He looked like he was facing a magic that he didn't understand yet but was confident that he could master it easily. He clasped his hands together and motioned for Jon, Lily, and Mag to sit down.

"Well, why don't you ask the two guests to introduce themselves?"

McGonagall sat down, but she still looked hesitant to speak, as if she was wondering if Dumbledore had forgotten what Lily looked like, and wanted to remind him that the witch in front of him was not the same as Lily when she was young.

If they are carved from the same mold, they can be said to be 99% identical.

Jon and Lily sat calmly opposite Dumbledore.

The first thing they need to do when they come to this world is actually completed after meeting Dumbledore.

In this world where Voldemort has disappeared, Dumbledore is the benchmark among wizards in the entire magical world. With his help, Jon feels that there is basically no problem in their trip.

"Lily Evans, Professor Dumbledore, was my name when I was a student in this castle. Later, when I got married, of course I became Lily Potter."

After listening to Lily's words, McGonagall frowned even more tightly. She thought that almost no one could lie in front of Dumbledore, but she couldn't see anything from Dumbledore's calm face. He was just lying again.

Turning his attention to Jon.

Meeting his eyes, Jon spoke.

"Jon Green, professor, Hogwarts...well, fifth year, yes, I am a fifth year student at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry."

This made Mag, who had always focused his attention on Lily and always thought that Jon was just a kid brought along, even more shocked.

She seemed shocked that Jon, at such a young age, could actually tell lies with his eyes open. She wrote the admission notice every year with her own hand. It was impossible for a child like this, who was obviously not over 10 years old, to do so.

I have received the admission notice to Hogwarts, let alone being in fifth grade.

Dumbledore's face was still calm, but his attention was obviously more focused on Jon.

"It sounds like a fantasy, but I don't think there will be a day when a witch and a boy will come here and tell me such a joke, so you will give me a reasonable explanation for this.

Is the reason right?"

Lily did not speak again, but turned to look at Jon, which obviously meant that she gave him the right to speak.

This couldn't help but make McGonagall feel even more ridiculous, and even Dumbledore, who had always been calm, couldn't help but have a little more curiosity on his face.

Jon didn't hold anything back, he directly took out the two most fundamental things that could prove their identity.

The time converter with the hands that kept spinning that was taken by Voldemort, and the blue dial space converter that took them through this world.

"What Professor Potter and I said is true. She is really Lily Potter, and I am indeed a student at Hogwarts, but we are both from another world."

Dumbledore narrowed his eyes slightly. He looked at the two converters that Jon took out. He did not immediately question their words, but asked.

"Can I see these two things?"

Of course Jon didn't refuse and naturally handed it over to Dumbledore.

After carefully observing these two things, he looked at Jon again.

"So you come from another world that is roughly the same as this one, with the same Hogwarts, the same Ministry of Magic, the same us, but some very different worlds?"

When Dumbledore said this, his eyes turned to Lily.

"For example, Lily in your world didn't die?"

Lily was a little silent when he looked at him like this, and then replied.

"But Harry is dead."

Jon added to her words.

"It is the time turner you are holding in your hand, Professor Dumbledore, that created the deviation between two worlds that were supposed to be the same, but ended up being very different..."

"Tom changed the past." Dumbledore looked at the things in his hands and said softly.

Now it was Jon and Lily's turn to be surprised, but soon they felt it was natural.

In another world, Dumbledore himself could guess the origin of the extra Voldemort. In this world, Voldemort has been missing for so long, so Dumbledore here may not be able to make some similar guesses.

.

At this time, Mag almost stood up from the chair!

She looked at Jon, Lily, and Dumbledore in inexplicable horror. She could clearly understand every word of the conversation between them, but when combined, they contained information that made people feel horrified.

"When you came, what time was it in the world you were in?"

Jon finally understood the benefits of talking to smart people. In the past, many of the communications between him and Dumbledore relied on guessing riddles, and now it turns out that the people who asked the riddles were also masters of riddles. Nothing was left for Jon.

When En opened his mouth, Dumbledore himself was about to get the truth.

"January 3, 1996."

Dumbledore nodded.

"The time has been set back five months, which is not a long time. What he wants to reverse must be the most important node to him."

At this point, he raised his head and glanced at Lily.

"In other words, just five months after that night, he somehow used the time turner to modify the past, and then caused the original world to deviate."

Dumbledore has almost guessed everything, but no matter how wise he is, he can only think clearly about what happened with limited information, but he has no way to understand things that he doesn't know at all.

Finally, he met Jon's eyes again.

"Can you tell me what happened in the world you live in?"

Jon took a deep breath and said in a deep voice.

"This is exactly what I need to do."

So, Jon and Lily stayed in the principal's office throughout the evening.

Lily recounted the first half of Voldemort's changes starting from that night, including the complete rise of Voldemort, the fall of the British Ministry of Magic and Hogwarts Castle, and the Dumbledore of another world with the only remaining students and professors.

The exile begins on the carriage.

Jon then took over from her to tell the story of the second half after he entered school, until they finally discovered the identity of the second Voldemort, got the answer at the cost of Dumbledore falling into a permanent coma, and finally came to this world.
