library

The door opened, and what came into view was a woman wearing a standard servant uniform, a dark brown dress with a bit of gothic style, and a white floral apron with wavy lace around her waist. She looked to be about twenty years old.

Under her refreshing short hair, she has a pair of bright but energetic brown eyes, and her fair face has small freckles like those common on European faces.

"Hello, Miss." The maid bowed respectfully to Xuan Shiran, "My name is Jane, and I will be responsible for your daily life these days."

Her neither humble nor arrogant attitude shows that she belongs to the royal family. It can be seen that this woman named Jane is not an ordinary servant. There is a high possibility of serving the king.

"Miss, these are your changes of clothes." Jane walked into the room and put a few clothes in her hands flatly on the bed, then turned around and looked at Xuan Sheran and said, "Miss, do you need anything else?"

"No need." Xuan Shiran smiled slightly, "Is there a study room here?"

"Study?" Jane was confused for a while and quickly changed her mind, "You are talking about the library. There is one. Do you need me to take Miss there?"

"Well, thank you." She is not dirty. She prefers to wear the men's clothes prepared by Aunt Alans for her than the luxurious clothes on the bed. It is convenient and safe.

"Then please come with me." Jane stepped forward to lead the way. Xuan Shiran looked back and saw that there was nothing in the room that needed to be brought. He closed the door and followed.

Following Jane, Xuan Shiran did not look around as curiously as before. Looking at the back in front of her, she began to ponder. Her current situation was not dangerous, but she needed to be vigilant at all times. She was a member of the Xuan Clan.

Descendants, regardless of whether it was the Xuan Clan rebellion 50 years ago as Aunt Alans said, the facts have proved that the relationship between the Xuan Clan caused that war, which involved many innocent lives and caused many families to be destroyed.

It was not the Xuan people who killed King Ayers I. She is now hated by everyone in Sri Lanka, including the current King Ayers.

Now this king told her that except for those who already know her identity, the fact that she is a descendant of the Xuan clan must be kept secret

Of course Xuan Shiran will obey. This is also for the sake of his own life safety.

There is no trust between her and King Ayers. Just like asking a servant to take care of her now, I am afraid that Jane was arranged by King Ayers to monitor her. Regardless of whether it is or not, Xuan Shiran chose to

Neither Jane nor the king can believe it
