Overwhelmed

The people around her only thought she was shy. Seeing that her whole face was dyed red, like the peach blossoms in April, the quarrel became even more fierce.

The wine was in full swing and the drunkenness was high. However, this group of people still looked dignified and reserved, waiting excitedly.

The man in front of her had sharp features as sharp as a knife and thin lips with a smile. She once said the most humiliating words to her, but she failed to knock him to death, and now she wanted to invite him for a drink like a young lady.

Jing Miao gritted her teeth, feeling overwhelmed. The more she looked at his smile, the more she felt that he was mocking her.

The director gently knocked on Jing Miao's back, hinting to her to take the initiative and stop standing there like a piece of wood.

Secretly taking a deep breath, Jing Miao forced a smile on her face and was about to speak.

"Seeing that this young lady's face is so red, she obviously doesn't want to. I don't like forcing people to have this meal. Even if I invite you, I still have something to do. You can do whatever you want."

After Xiu Yu finished speaking, he stood up. Before the people at the table could react to the reason for his sudden change of expression, Xiu Yu had already disappeared from the door.

"Hey, Captain Xiu, wait a minute."

The director chased him out in a panic, and Jing Miao followed him out of the box in a daze. He watched the director nod and bow to Xiu Yu, smiling eagerly.

But Xiu Yu's steps didn't stop at all, and she went straight out of the hall.

It was over, it was over, Jing Miao suddenly felt that the sky was falling, she must pack up and go home.

The director who returned without success glanced at her and waved, "You can get out now."

When Jing Miao returned to the house he shared with his friends, Zhang Taotao was sitting on the sofa, surrounded by various nail polishes. This small two-bedroom apartment near the city center was Zhang Taotao's coming-of-age gift scene.

Miao has moved in with her since her internship

"Why are you back so early? Didn't you say there was a dinner tonight?"

Zhang Taotao glanced at the clock on the wall. It was not even nine o'clock yet.

Jing Miao fell down on the sofa, and after a while he said dullly, "My internship job is gone."

"Look for it again." Zhang Taotao blew the nails on his hand casually.

Jing Miao sat up straight and said, "Looking again? That's the internship base of our school! The teacher told me to perform well. The college wants long-term development! I died, and my job was gone all of a sudden.

, the teacher doesn’t know how to explain it well.”

Zhang Taotao was frightened by her. His hands shook and the nails he was about to finish were painted crookedly.

"Damn, this job is so frustrating for you, why do you bother!"

Jing Miao rolled her eyes. She really didn't want to talk to this young lady who didn't know the sufferings of the world, so she took a shower and went to bed.

Forget it, the boat will go straight to the bridge. I will go to the teacher tomorrow and confess that I can no longer work in the nightclub, so I will find a part-time job elsewhere.

Jing Miao suddenly remembered that Zhang Taotao once mentioned to her that if she worked as a waiter in a wine shop, if she did well in sales, the commission would be very considerable.

She let out a long sigh, and suddenly the man's ink-colored eyes with hidden coldness appeared in front of her eyes, and she couldn't help but sneer.

"Don't like forcing others to make things difficult for you? You don't want to drink the wine I propose?"
