Chapter 23 Xizhou's Persistence

So many years of hard life made her hungry and full, and eventually her body collapsed.

She originally wanted to watch Fei'er get married and have children and live a happy life, but now she doesn't know if she will ever have that day.

Fei'er was leaning in front of the desk, drawing on the homework from the last class, but he kept losing focus. Today, my mother is very unusual. I just realized that my mother's shoulders seem to be much slimmer.

Recalling that recently, my mother never waited for her to go to bed after get off work at night. She was very happy before that her mother finally didn’t have to stay up late to wait for her.

However, according to her mother's personality, she would never trust herself to walk on the street alone at midnight.

When she was eating just now, she looked carefully and realized that her mother sitting opposite seemed much haggard, and her previously rosy face was becoming increasingly pale.

Could it be that her mother was deliberately hiding her illness? The more she thought about it, the more she felt something was wrong and wanted to take her mother to the hospital immediately.

After a heavy snowfall, the temperature dropped a lot. When I went out, I felt the cold wind scratching my face, so I put on the white thick woolen scarf that my mother knitted for her.

Fei'er went out. Because the weather was too cold and there was snow on the road, Fei'er had given up riding a bicycle a month ago. Now she always takes the bus when she goes out.

Perhaps because of the sudden drop in weather, there were fewer people waiting at the bus stop than usual.

A dazzling red sports car came running at a fast speed. Fei'er took a look and said, "It's so fast on such a slippery road," she murmured.

A harsh brake sound buried her voice, and the car stopped in front of Fei'er in the blink of an eye.

"Get in the car and I'll take you to school." Xi Zhou opened the passenger door and said to Fei'er.

Fei'er glanced at him and said, "Thank you, no need." He didn't appear in front of her for a while, and she thought he had given up.

"What, are you scared?" Xi Zhou raised his eyebrows

Fei'er smiled slightly, "I'm afraid, I'm not used to speeding on snowy roads. Goodbye!" She waved to him and got on the bus.

Xizhou watched her get on the bus in front of him. It wasn't until she was far away that he thought of starting the car.

At the gate of Elegant Design College, a handsome boy is leaning against a hot sports car.

Every girl passing by couldn't help but look at it a few more times. Some even flirted in hopes of attracting the boys' attention, but their eyes were always looking in one direction.

"Xizhou is so handsome, especially that sports car that suits him so well!" Two girls passed by him and praised him unabashedly.

"Yes, he is our most elegant and charming handsome guy. If he takes a look at me today, I would rather die." A nymphomaniac girl next to her had a salivating look in her eyes.

At this moment, he suddenly started walking towards the direction he had been looking at.

The oncoming girl couldn't restrain her excitement, her eyes kept shining at the handsome guy walking towards her.

He passed through her without even looking at her, as if he passed through her as if she were air.

"After school, I'll wait for you at the door." Before Fei'er could say anything, he turned around and strode towards the car, driving away in an instant, leaving only a wisp of green smoke floating in the air filled with the smell of gunpowder.

The girls all cast vicious and even hateful looks at Fei'er, as if Fei'er had just killed their whole family, but she didn't do anything, not even a word.

Xi Zhou drove the car with a bright smile on his face. He would not give her the chance to reject him.

However, it seemed that there was a class to attend this morning. He took a sip of his head and turned his hands, Xia Feier drove towards the school.
