Chapter 39: Parrots and Tibetan Mastiffs

Tong Yan happily returned to the villa with the parrot in her arms, placed it on the coffee table in the living room, and went to make breakfast.

After making breakfast and coming back, it was almost nine o'clock. She went upstairs to call Liluo, but unexpectedly, Liluo was no longer in the room.

Liluo is not here, and neither is Fu Lingbo. Did they go out together?

Thinking of this, Tong Yan felt an unknown sense of loss and sadness in her heart.

Why did they both leave without saying hello to her?

"Tong Yan, I love you! Tong Yan, I love you!"

The cry of a little parrot came from the living room. Tong Yan took back her thoughts and let go of her previous unhappiness. She came to the living room again and stared at the parrot on the coffee table.

"Ling Bo, I love you too!" Thinking that this must be the surprise he gave her, she suddenly felt so happy again.

"Yinbo, Yinbo..." the parrot followed her unclearly.

Tong Yan chuckled and touched the golden cage, "Little guy, it's not Yinbo, it's Lingbo, Ling...Bo!"

"Yinbo, Yinbo..." The little parrot seemed unable to change, and insisted on saying it was Yinbo. Tong Yan was helpless.

Suddenly, at this moment, there was movement at the door of the villa. Tong Yan turned around subconsciously and saw the door of the villa slowly being pushed open, and then, a big dog rushed in.

Tong Yan's expression changed and she didn't respond. Then, the owner of the dog also appeared.

"Ling Bo?" Tong Yan was startled. Before she could react, the dog rushed towards her, which startled her immediately.

"Ah?" Tong Yan avoided the situation and fell to the ground in fright when the dog jumped at her. Then the big dog jumped over her and jumped onto the coffee table in the living room.

"Xiaobai, don't be rude!" Fu Lingbo came over and helped Tong Yan up, explaining: "Don't worry, it doesn't eat people!"

Tong Yan breathed a sigh of relief, and when she looked around, she saw the big dog rolling around in the golden wire cage, as if it wanted to eat the parrot inside.

The little parrot was frightened by the ferocious appearance of the dog, and fluttered around in the cage, and then shouted: "Help...Help..."

Tong Yan rushed forward without thinking, holding the cage in her arms. The big dog was about to pounce on it, but she heard Fu Ling shouting from behind: "Xiao Bai, don't be rude!"

The big dog's ferocious look immediately faded away, and then it changed into a well-behaved look and walked over to sit next to Fu Lingbo.

Fu Lingbo smiled softly, touched Xiaobai's head, and stepped forward to tell Tong Yan, "This thing is very cute, but in the future, place it higher and don't let Xiaobai catch it, otherwise it will eat it."

Tong Yan nodded timidly, staring at the big dog sitting in front of her in horror, and asked Fu Lingbo, "Where did you get that dog? It looks so fierce!"

"This is not a dog, it's a Tibetan mastiff. It's a loyal dog I raised in the army!" Fu Lingbo walked to Xiaobai again and smoothed his fur lovingly. "This guy has been with me for two years and is more loyal and reliable than humans!"

Tong Yan discovered that when Fu Lingbo protected his loyal dog, his face finally had an unprecedented tenderness and chuckle.

Although he only smiled faintly, he was so handsome that he was incomparable.

She was mesmerized!

Fu Lingbo seemed to realize something, and his handsome face immediately fell. He patted Xiaobai and said, "Go, check if there is anything unclean at home, and then come back for dinner!"

When Xiaobai heard this, he stood up and walked around Fu Lingbo twice, then ran away and followed his instructions to check every corner of the house.

***

Although it is just a parrot and a Tibetan mastiff, it is very meaningful.
