Chapter 4 Survive by learning to resist

Xiao Rui was lying on the ground in a panic with his eyes closed. His white clothes had long turned into black. His handsome little face was bruised and bruised. But he didn't cry. His childish little face had stubbornness and dissatisfaction written on it. This was him.

The first time he was beaten, he swore it would be the last time he was beaten. He really regretted that he did not study martial arts properly in the hall.

Zi Ling watched Xiao Rui, who was motionless, walk to him and lie down next to him.

"Why are you lying down too?" Xiao Rui still didn't open his eyes. He knew a little bit about kung fu and could feel someone lying down next to him, although the other person was very light.

Zi Ling remained silent...closed her eyes...

"I'm such an idiot, I forgot that you can't speak," Xiao Rui said to himself. After a while, Xiao Rui opened his eyes and looked at Zi Ling: "Can you hear me? If you can hear me, just blink."

.

Zi Ling opened her closed eyes and blinked hard.

"Can you hear it? Then let me ask you, why don't you know how to resist when they scold you and beat you?" Xiao Rui said calmly, but still touching the corners of the beaten mouth, frowning in pain: "You will

Do you want to write? If you can, just blink."

Zi Ling obeyed and blinked.

Xiao Rui saw Zi Ling blinking obediently and felt a little funny, and said slowly: "Then write it down, why don't you resist?".

Zi Ling sat up and had no intention of writing.

"Why don't you write? Are you afraid that you won't be able to defeat them?" Xiao Rui answered to himself. He didn't realize how abnormal he was now.

Zi Ling was still sitting quietly...

Seeing that Zi Ling had no reaction, Xiao Rui sat up and looked at Zi Ling seriously: "You must learn to resist in order to survive."

Zi Ling looked at Xiao Rui, and Xiao Rui looked at Zi Ling... 'You must learn to resist in order to survive'.

"Zi Ling... Zi Ling..." The dean shouted to Zi Ling from a distance.

Zi Ling got up after hearing the dean's voice, straightened her clothes, wiped the dust on her face and scratched her forehead.

Xiao Rui stood up and said dissatisfiedly: "Why do you have to wipe it off? Just so you can tell the dean that someone is bullying you?"

Zi Ling squatted down, used her slender hand as a pen, and used the dust on the ground as paper to write: "The dean's mother will be worried."

Xiao Rui read the words on the ground. Was he worried? A small hand gently rubbed Xiao Rui's cheek. He dodged out of instinct. Ding Qing saw it was Zi Ling and said, "Hey! Little fat girl, what are you doing?".

Zi Ling knelt down and wrote: "The dean's mother will be worried." After writing, he stood up and his warm hand touched Xiao Rui's cheek again. This time he did not dodge because he saw her slight smile.

...even though it was just for a moment.

The dean was surprised when he saw Zi Ling and a child together, and stepped forward happily: "Why are you here? Go back to eat quickly." Looking closer, he found: "What's wrong with your face? Did Liu Qiang bully you?" Squatting down

I looked at the wounds on the faces of the two children with pain in my lower body.

Just as Xiao Rui was about to speak, Zi Ling gently touched Xiao Rui's arm with her small hand, looked at the dean and shook her head, indicating that no one was bullying us.

The dean looked at the sensible Zi Ling's wounds, which were not healed and then bad. She felt distressed and helpless. How could she not know where these injuries came from? She could have told Liu Qiang not to bully Zi Ling, she could have told the orphanage

All the children in the house do not bully Zi Ling, but if they can help Zi Ling for a while, they will not be able to help Zi Ling for a lifetime?

The setting sun lengthened their silhouettes.
