However, it is somewhat unreasonable to say how powerful it is in fighting magic, let alone plotting against the Buddha.

At this time, his eyes stared over and he clasped his hands together: "The poor monk has seen the donor!"

The monk said: "I don't dare to call you master. I just call the poor monk Tripitaka."

If he changed his name, Li Yan could still cooperate, but since the other party calls himself Tripitaka, there is no need to beat around the bush: "If you cannot be called a master, then who in the Buddhist sect can be called a master?"

Sanzang said seriously: "There are indeed very few."

Li Yan became interested: "In your eyes, who can be called that?"

Sanzang smiled and asked, "What does the donor think?"

Li Yandao: "Of course there are many, not to mention Lingshan Buddha, Bodhisattva, Arhat, and ordinary people, such as Dharma, Kumarajiva, Bodhidharma, Huineng, Buddha, and the truth, all of which guide the world, enlighten the truth, and understand the Buddha's teachings.

The eminent monk."

Sanzang shook his head slightly: "But in the eyes of poor monks, these monks are not worth mentioning!"

Li Yan was really curious and wanted to hear what these eminent monks who translated and annotated sutras and preached Buddhism looked like from the perspective of the Tripitaka Sutra: "Why?"

Tripitaka said: "Donor, have you heard that when the Buddha talks about Buddhism, it is not Buddhism, but it is called Buddhism?"

Li Yandao: "This statement comes from the Diamond Sutra. According to my understanding, it is to tell the world that the Buddha Dharma they come into contact with is not the Dharma itself, but the existence of the name and form called Dharma. The Diamond Sutra is to guide the world how to

It is not to gain others’ approval, but to agree with the concept of Buddhism from the bottom of one’s heart, to achieve oneself first, and then to benefit others, how can one not be called a master?”

Tripitaka continued: "But compared with the poor monks, these mortal monks have spent their whole lives working hard, but after all they are not as vast as the Buddha's teachings, and they are also unable to practice them and save the world."

Li Yan disagreed: "This doesn't make sense. You are the Buddhist scripture itself. How can they compare it?"

Tripitaka sighed: "It's not that the poor monk is conceited. If the Dharma is just the Dharma, the Buddha will be meaningless..."

Li Yan pondered for a moment and roughly understood what the other party meant: "In your opinion, what do the Buddhas in Lingshan do?"

Tripitaka said: "If you want to be like the Buddhas, dragons and elephants, you must first be like the cows and horses. The Buddhas in the Lingshan Mountain only know how to enjoy the bliss of peace and tranquility, but cannot save the common people. They are all useless!"

Li Yan said: "Tathagata Buddha can't do it either?"

Sanzang's voice deepened: "This is especially deceptive and untrue!"

There are not many opportunities to listen to the Tathagata's Buddhist scriptures and criticize the Tathagata. Li Yan was very happy to find out: "I would like to hear the details!"

Tripitaka said: "Nanfanbuzhou, because of its vast sky and high land, vast resources and dense population, is prone to greed and killing, adultery and deceit, deceit and deceit. It does not follow Buddhism, does not pursue good deeds, does not respect the three lights, does not value grains, and does not respect the five grains.

Loyalty or filial piety, unrighteousness or benevolence..."

"All living beings have committed boundless sins, and their sins are full of evil, causing disasters in hell, so they will fall into the netherworld forever..."

"Although Confucius established his teachings of benevolence, righteousness, etiquette and wisdom, and the emperors successively punished them with the punishment of being hanged and beheaded, they are just like those who are ignorant and indulgent..."

After listening to the beginning, Li Yan knew that it was Tathagata's comments on the Tang Dynasty in Nanfangbuzhou.

Before studying the scriptures, the Tathagata commented on the four major continents, and his evaluation of those in the Nanbu continent was very brief and sharp, "They are greedy for sexual pleasure and enjoy misfortunes, they kill and fight a lot, they are a murderous place of words, and there is a sea of ​​right and wrong." When the group of Buddhist scriptures arrived at Lingshan, they went into detail.

The description is roughly as stated above.

In short, if the true scripture cannot be spread to the Eastern Territory, then the Eastern Territory will be finished.

But now the scripture itself raises a question: "However, when I arrived in the Eastern Territory, the country was peaceful and the people were safe, and the world was peaceful. After I arrived in the Eastern Territory, the world was in chaos and the people were in dire straits!"

The void trembled, and scenes intertwined and emerged. What emerged inside was the scene of the Anshi Rebellion in the Tang Dynasty...

Mountains and rivers are shattered, wars are everywhere, people are displaced, and all the people in the world are robbed!

In such troubled times, the perspective shifts to the Daci'en Temple.

In the Sutra Pavilion, among the sutras that no one cares about anymore, a weak spirit raises a question.

Why can't I encourage others to do good?

Why can’t I transcend these unjustly dead souls?

Why did the world become worse when I traveled east?

Li Yan was silent.

There is no doubt that the Anshi Rebellion has little to do with Buddhism. Similarly, no matter how many scriptures are retrieved, it is impossible to make the world peaceful and the world a pure land.

Even the Tathagata's evaluation of the four major continents is certainly biased, but spreading the scriptures to the Eastern Land is indeed beneficial to the background set by this god and Buddha.

But the Tripitaka Sutra doesn’t think so.

It's serious...

Don’t seek happiness for yourself, but hope that all sentient beings can be freed from suffering!

This is the pursuit of Buddhism.

This is the great wish of the Buddhist scriptures.

This is also the meaning that is always carried out in Buddhist scriptures!

In view of this, Li Yan also understood the other party's purpose: "Your Excellency, you replaced the Buddha to accomplish what the Buddha once said but failed to do?"

Sanzang clasped his hands together: "It's like a lamp, put into a dark room, it can break all the darkness for hundreds of thousands of years..."

All the monks chanted the sutra in unison: "All the troubles and karma and all kinds of dark obstacles that enter all living beings can be eliminated!"

Faced with this great and sincere ambition, Li Yan sighed: "At that time, if I call you a master, you will not be humble, but that time may never come... Just like Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva

I have a great wish that the hell will not be empty, and I will never become a Buddha. This is a compassionate heart to save the souls of wronged souls, but hell cannot be empty after all..."

Tripitaka's expression did not change: "People ask, how can others understand the pain I suffered when I was burned by the fire in hell? Ksitigarbha Ksitigarbha went to hell and suffered the fire together, and he swore to save all sentient beings in order to achieve Bodhi."

"People ask, how can we be saved when things in the world are impermanent, resentments and hatreds arise, love and separation are separated? Guanyin has incarnated into thousands of people, serving as teachers, relatives and friends, and passers-by, helping people who are suffering;"

"The world asks, "Practice is not easy, where is the Buddha?" Samantabhadra held a staff and went on a long hike, searching up and down. After going through all kinds of difficulties, he told the world that if he has a refuge in his heart, there is a spiritual mountain everywhere;"

"The world asks, how can ordinary people like us understand the supreme wisdom of the Buddha? With the guidance of Manjushri, all living beings can be teachers. Every flower and leaf is Bodhi..."

Li Yan was slightly startled at first, and then his expression changed slightly.

When these words were first returned from the East China Sea and evaluated the four great Bodhisattvas, Xiao Bailong once said, taking the four great Bodhisattvas as examples, the Buddhist teachings to encourage kindness are not lofty preaching, but listening to the suffering of sentient beings and putting oneself in their shoes to guide the world.

This is undoubtedly correct, but now combined with all the factors and hearing it again, it gives people a different feeling.

Combined with the passage of time in the old world, the heavenly world is gradually unified with the human world, and it needs to be downgraded...

Li Yan originally thought that it was a symbol of the spirit tribe's desire to conquer the three realms and seize the power to rule, but now he realized that perhaps the other party's goal was not so superficial: "Your Excellency wants to demote the gods to mortals and put them in their shoes.

To relieve the world’s misfortunes?”

Sanzang clasped his hands together: "Yes!"

Not to mention whether it is realistic or not, Li Yan did have admiration for this point alone: ​​"No wonder since the change of heaven and earth, except for the disappearance of the gods, the impact of the human world has been relatively minimal. Only practitioners are troubled by the Nine Tribulations, and the contest in the New Realm

, and also to protect the old world from disasters. No matter what, this is a compassionate heart!"

Tripitaka did not take any credit: "I dare not get this praise from my donor. The fight in the New Territory is not what I want. It is also a mistake of Yin and Yang, and I am banned here..."

Li Yan thought of the light and shadow of the Buddha he had seen before, and was reluctantly suppressed by the four gods and Buddhas: "You are the one who always holds the initiative. After the ancestors of the three religions fell silent, there should be no suspense about the situation in the Three Realms. However, there are

One thing, I always wonder..."

Tripitaka said: "Please speak!"

Li Yan said: "Your Excellency practices what the Buddhist scriptures say, has such a great wish, and has created all the spirits to assist you. You are honest and upright. Why do you need to pretend to be the 'first ancestor'?"

Upon hearing the word "ancestor", Sanzang's expression suddenly changed, and he said seriously: "The poor monk is not deceiving. The power of the poor monk does come from the ancestor, the spiritual power that has the power to create the world!"

"oh?"

Li Yan immediately said: "So, do you still have the support behind you?"

What he really doesn't understand is why the Tripitaka Sutra, as a Buddhist scripture, has the power to turn against the guest and drive the Tathagata Buddha to extinction after the birth of spirituality.

This has nothing to do with the other party's ambitions. No matter how noble the ideal is, it is useless without matching strength. The Tripitaka Sutra should not have this power, even if it once served as the core of the Western Heaven to obtain the Taoist Buddha in Heaven.

The three parties jointly promoted a grand event.

Unexpectedly, the other party took the initiative to reveal it.

This may be because the Buddhist scriptures do not lie, or the other party is too powerful to disdain lies, so he is honest, but no matter what, Li Yan must listen carefully.

But Sanzang, who was very happy just now, paused, as if he was contemplating what to say, and finally gave up the description and unfolded a ray of light: "Please come inside and take a look, and you will know all the causes and consequences."

Li Yan took a deep breath: "Okay!"

Although the initiator of this change in the world is different from what he imagined, Li Yan has never forgotten his feat of forcing the ancestors of the three religions to fall silent. If he wants to know the truth, he must seize the opportunity.

Taking a step into the light, Li Yan's mind fell into a trance and he was already immersed in the other person's perspective.

Entering Sanzang's perspective again, the cruel scenes of the Anshi Rebellion gradually disappeared, leaving behind a lonely and autistic spirit.

Because it cannot change everything around it.

It is nothing but a sutra of cultivation and a door to righteousness and goodness, but it can do nothing.

I don’t know how long he had been sad, but Sanzang suddenly felt as blessed as his soul. With his unique senses, he looked into the boundless void beyond the Three Realms.

Just at that moment, a meteor came from a distant place, enveloping a sleeping split soul.

That part-soul is extremely special and seems to belong to a spiritual existence.

Same race?

Sanzang, who was still confused about himself, became excited and tried to find some strength to make secret contact with the same kind he saw.

Close!

No closer!

Finally, it discovered three volumes of heavenly books to protect the soul.

In the Book of Heaven, there is the great power to create the world, and it seems that it can create a world.

And in the soul, there is a familiar Buddhist aura.

Those are two methods of visualization, which allow you to visualize the Victorious Fighting Buddha and the Sandalwood Merit Buddha...

These two Buddhas are the most familiar existences when they came to China with Tripitaka.

"On this day, you fell from the sky..."

"I looked up and jumped out of the Three Realms, no longer among the Five Elements..."

"You are a pioneering spirit."

"You are a blessing from all over the world."

"You are destined to be the Buddha... and you are destined to be me!"

Sanzang sighed and praised.

Absorb the power of the heavenly book from another world into your body.

Heaven's involvement in Hoichizo;

The Involvement of the Earth on Ichizo;

The Involvement of Man Sutra Yi Zang;

What makes it feel ecstatic is that it finally has the power to change all the injustices in the world as it wishes;

What makes it feel guilty is that because the power of the Heavenly Book has been partially absorbed by itself, it is no longer perfectly integrated with the soul, so that it is difficult for this fellow from another world to wake up smoothly...

It was not until nearly a thousand years later that he placed his trust in a doctor and gradually regained the power of the Book of Heaven.

Li Yan pulled away from the other party's perspective and slowly opened his eyes.

The sealed place has become quiet. The fifteen thousand one hundred and forty-four monks stopped chanting sutras and smiled together, which was sincerely happy:

"The gift of that day helped the poor monk have the power to truly practice Buddhism, and thousands of spiritual races were born later!"

"The poor monk's benefactor is also the ancestor of the Spiritual Clan!"

"After a long wait, the poor monk finally looked forward to the arrival of the donor and the awakening of the ancestor!"

"Welcome...to our three realms!"
