1046 Destiny (5): The future of wizards

Not every pure-blood family is a member of the Holy Twenty-Eight pure-blood families, such as the Dumbledore family, the Potter family, and the Lupin family.

Similarly, neither the Gower family nor the Crabbe family are pure-blooded families of the Holy Twenty-Eight.

But this does not mean that the ancient Gower family is very weak.

No, every family that has lasted for thousands of years has its own glorious and splendid history.

In fact, in the history of the European wizarding world, the Goyle family has more profound qualifications than the Malfoy family.

In the 5th century AD, it was recorded that the Gower family was a member of the legendary wizard Merlin and was the earliest member of the Sir Merlin Order.

Thanks to this experience, the Gower family finally found faith in Master Merlin - to find a suitable place for wizards to live in the human world, calling themselves the 'Planner'.

The beliefs of Sir Merlin are not unified, which may be due to the unique contradictory character of Master Merlin.

I hope wizards can help better Muggle kings achieve great achievements, but I don’t want wizards to be overly involved in Muggle affairs.

I hope to limit wizards from harming Muggles, but I also hope that wizards can have a better living environment.

This is obviously impossible. A better living environment cannot be given by a word from the king. What is needed is the struggle of wizards and the entire human group.

What's more, Muggles are more superstitious than wizards, and they actually have organizations like religions.

Religion overrides the rights of kings.

When wizards tried their best to refrain from using witchcraft to get along with Muggles, they failed miserably.

After the death of Master Merlin, the Order of Merlin was divided for a time. Since there was no longer a powerful wizard like Master Merlin who could exert influence in the Muggle world, wizards were even in a bad situation of being hunted during the witch hunt.

This situation once caused Sir Merlin to be called traitors to wizards and almost fell apart.

In the 11th century AD, the faction in the Sir Merlin Order that was eager to continue Merlin's strategy finally ushered in a new belief - Armand Malfoy followed Emperor William the Great to England and had a fiefdom in Wiltshire.

How similar, Armand Malfoy is simply the second Merlin.

Even better than Merlin.

Compared to Merlin, who is more inclined to be a Muggle king, Malfoy is obviously more willing to stand with wizards.

The Black family, the Rozier family, the Abbott family, the Ollivander family, the Parkinson family...

Too many families choose to support the Malfoy family and fight for wizards.

In this way, three hundred years ago, the Muggles were completely without a king, and the faith of Sir Merlin was completely destroyed.

The International Confederation of Wizards, the original academic association of witchcraft, rose to prominence and began to unite various forces to form the Ministry of Magic and establish the International Statute of Wizarding Secrecy.

The Federation has always given people the impression that it is a group of weird wizards who come together to study weirder witchcraft. However, in this revolution, they have shown extremely powerful methods.

The Ministry of Magic has completely chopped up all the wizarding forces and pieced them together, including the Silent Man of the Department of Mysteries, officials at all levels of the Ministry of Magic, members of the Wizengamot, the Auror Office...

Everyone can find a place that suits them here.

The Sir Merlin Order was completely in name only, and the Malfoy family, which was holding the banner high, became very embarrassed. Only the last two families were willing to follow loyally - the Goyle family and the Crabbe family.

Looking back at the history of the wizarding world, people will eventually find that wizards' confusion and persistence in finding their own place are so unique.

For nearly a hundred years, there is still endless debate.

The ambitious Grindelwald hopes that before the Muggles invent the nuclear bomb, the wizards will take advantage of their world war to find the best place for the wizards.

But he obviously failed and couldn't accomplish anything in decades.

After all, wizards have their own weaknesses.

So the more moderate Dumbledore chose to use the opportunity of stopping Grindelwald to continue Merlin's strategy after the Muggles developed the nuclear bomb - the strong ones came forward to check the Muggle forces, while ordinary wizards lived and worked peacefully in the territory they guarded.

.

Shrinking and living and working in peace and contentment are both necessary items.

Reduction means compromise, and compromise means everything.

Seeing that more and more half-breeds began to occupy the Ministry of Magic, and seeing that more and more Muggle wizards would completely push aside the original pure and natural wizards in sheer numbers, Voldemort stood up.

It feels like a black and mixed-race person is about to become a white master.

Tsk. Can you bear this?

You know, the so-called pure-blood wizard is almost synonymous with almost all wizards for thousands of years. In the past, no one said that they were pure blood, because all wizards were pure blood.

It was not until Grindelwald initiated changes that mixed-bloods began to become more and more common and even gained a certain status, that everyone began to pay attention to pure-blood and non-pure-blood.

Voldemort easily gained a lot of support.

This is a cognitive battle.

Both Dumbledore and Grindelwald believed that half-blood wizards and Muggle wizards were all wizards and should be united.

Voldemort believed that wizards are wizards. Those who are mixed with wizards and Muggles, or those who are mutated from Muggles, are not wizards, and these new races of wizards are robbing the original wizards of their living space.

There is no right or wrong in this kind of war.

Everyone thinks they are righteous.

Just like people like Malfoy and Barty Jr. think that members of the Order of the Phoenix are traitors to wizards, everyone has their own position.

Voldemort failed.

Faced with Dumbledore, his lifelong enemy, plus Grindelwald, oh, and Anton, who has a bad head, the persistence in the past seems to have become impossible.

Voldemort began to betray his position, he began to compromise, no, he even completely turned to the other side because he learned the lessons of failure.

This is what his precious apprentice taught him - to mess it up. (Chapter 107)

——Oh, not only half-breeds and Muggles are wizards, but all Muggle squibs who have not yet awakened the ability to cast spells are also wizards. Even Muggles without magical blood can do it with ritual magic.

If you have the ability to cast spells, wouldn't you also be a wizard?

If one extreme cannot handle Dumbledore, then go to the other extreme and even include the order established by Dumbledore for more than a hundred years.

This is almost an invincible position. Dumbledore can no longer oppose Voldemort from the perspective of justice. He can only oppose in the name of personal disgust.

But this also presents a problem.

The pure-blood families that had gathered behind Voldemort in the past finally began to drift apart, and the first one to show this was the Malfoy family.

But not everyone can dare to express their position so clearly like the Malfoy family.

The most realistic problem is that because the population of pure-blood families is too small, serious problems have begun to arise in intermarriage. Those families that insist on the purest wizard bloodline have all had problems.

This is an optimization of magic bloodline, but some optimizations are taken to the extreme.

The Dumbledore family began to have descendants who were extremely sensitive to magic, which eventually led to the birth of Obscurials.

Those people in the Gaunt family are like crazy people.

The Gower family and the Crabbe family also began to suffer from a large number of intellectual disabilities.

Pure-blood families must find a way out, otherwise families like the Weasley family, which frequently produces geniuses, will follow the same path as the Dumbledore family and the Goyle family, and the Malfoy family will definitely follow.

No one is immune.

When we have great pride and belief in our own blood, reality tells us that we can only continue by mixing with people we previously thought were not of the same race. This will be an extremely painful thing.

It was so painful that many pure-blood families even thought that wizards should simply perish.

Voldemort still seems to be the last hope for purebred wizards, but it is not the best. Many families are no longer loyal to Voldemort.

The only thing they can do seems to be to desperately help Voldemort, so that if Voldemort succeeds, they can firmly occupy all the Golden Family seats and prevent those half-bloods or Muggle wizards, or even sub-wizards and newly transformed ones.

Wizards grab more say.

Of course, there is another hope for native wizards that seems to be ethereal.

——Anthony Weasley.

He seems to be a little too advanced, so advanced that many native wizards can't understand it, but it makes people feel inexplicably that Anton may be able to handle this matter.

After going to the extreme as a kind of wizard, and then jumping out from the extreme, you really become a new wizard.

That would undoubtedly be extremely powerful, and could even be said to be a god.

It sounds very fantasy, and no one is so sure.

There are too many pure-blood families who are secretly praying that Anton can help break through the shackles of the pure-blood lineage.

this……

It’s the undercurrent of the entire new era of wizards.

This is also the fundamental reason why Lucius Malfoy broke with his son, leaving Draco to rely on Anton, and gave his two families to Anton.

"Destiny is running quietly."

"Everyone is just a little grasshopper struggling in it, struggling to grab every fallen leaf, eager to be washed towards the oasis on the other side."

Grindelwald drank the black tea and slowly analyzed that Goyle had only a small influence on his destiny, but it produced such a huge change.

In the Institute of Magic at Hogwarts, everyone else was sitting around quietly, listening to the prophet's narration with ecstasy.

Dumbledore, Nicolas Flamel, Fiennes, Snape, Professor Slughorn, Professor McGonagall, Lupin, Sirius...

And Anton who just happened to stroll over.

Anton happened to come to school today and wanted to go to the school library to find some information and find a way to help Gao Er completely restore his eyesight.

The method taught by Lockhart is indeed effective, but 'hearing the shape of the world' is just an excess after all. Everyone longs to have normal vision.

The Magic Research Institute is obviously not just about studying magic.

Voldemort is changing, Dumbledore and Grindelwald are also changing, and everyone hopes to find a way out for the wizards' destiny.

That's all.

But under the influence of Anton, Dumbledore suddenly came to a new understanding - perhaps the way out for wizards must be found from the perspective of magic.

He began to pick up the strange ring that he had worn on his hand every day but did not dare to touch for nearly a hundred years. It contained the obscurus of his sister Ariana and the obscurus of his nephew Credence...

Perhaps, he should really face up to the issue of the pure-blood wizard bloodline.

No one would foolishly think that wizards are the children of destiny. The goblins who have studied space and time to the extreme and have reached a very high level of achievement in alchemy have clearly taught everyone what they have learned from the past——

The fight against fate never stops.
