Arranging the magic of fate to the last volume echoes the game between "the wizard is the god" and "the little bitch fate" narrated in the beginning of the novel.
This kind of game between the personal soul and destiny is what Anton has fought against, and the changes he expects to bring to the world have naturally evolved from the struggles of the people we know in the original work against destiny.
And the root of everything is that "shamans are gods".
This power to fight against fate should come from the heart of every intelligent creature, and should not be driven by Anton himself.
