557 Special College Opening Ceremony

Except for some classmates who had been severely traumatized and had little immunity to dementors, the young wizards were all happily discussing the monster that had just floated over from outside the carriage.

Those students who had the Dementors driven away by Anton before they had time to experience this magical atmosphere for themselves couldn't help but feel a little regretful.

This is simply a free haunted house experience.

It's scary and exciting.

To be honest, since they attended Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry and lived with a group of ghosts every day, they all became very courageous.

It's not a big deal. Those ghosts appear every day during dinner parties. If you are timid, you may starve to death after studying for a few months.

After the train arrived, Anna had to row into the school with the first-year students, which was the rule of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.

After this, she will undergo the sorting ceremony.

"Today is a very special day."

Dumbledore walked to the hosting platform, holding the wings of a golden phoenix on the hosting platform with both hands, his half-moon eyes full of gentle and kind eyes.

"Welcome to Hogwarts in the new school year."

"We have a lot to announce tonight, and everything is extremely important. I hope everyone can listen carefully to what I, an old man, say."

The prefects of several colleges stood up one after another and looked around. After a while, the entire hall became quiet.

"Good, look at these kids."

Dumbledore smiled slightly, "I hope that the prefects, as well as the newly appointed President of the Boy's Student Union and the President of the Girl's Student Union, will ensure that no student will conflict with a dementor."

Having said this, Percy stood up straight next to the long table, as proud as a big rooster.

George and Fred pointed at Percy from a distance and said something, snickering quietly.

Suddenly, Dumbledore's gaze came over, and the two of them shrank away in fear.

"Especially naughty children, you have to avoid contact with dementors. They don't understand requests and excuses."

"Yes, I believe that after they searched the train today, you all have some knowledge of them. I hope that everyone can cooperate with these dementors from Azkaban. They are here to perform official duties of the Ministry of Magic."

"Of course, we also have some happy things."

"Editor-in-chief Aibo decided to resign from the school newspaper because of his age. We are very happy to welcome a familiar figure-Gilderoy Lockhart."

Dumbledore pointed to a well-dressed male professor on the professor's chair, "I believe everyone is familiar with him. He will serve as the vice-principal of the school and the editor-in-chief of "Hogwarts Weekly"."

Lockhart quickly stood up and struck a handsome pose, with a standard sunny smile on his face.

To my surprise, the students seemed to like him quite a lot and applauded one after another.

This made the sensitive Lockhart almost cry with excitement.

As a professor, he was terrible. He knew this, and many people hated him. So these applauses should have come from the time when he was the principal. Oh, really, his eyes were a little red.

Lockhart blinked hard to prevent others from seeing his tears, smiled, waved his hand, and sat down quickly.

God, he had been preparing a speech for a week for today, but at this moment, he suddenly didn't want to talk and just wanted to sit quietly.

"The second job change is from the Defense Against the Dark Arts department."

Dumbledore took the advice and said, "Due to some personal reasons of Professor Luping, he can only teach you for another half of the school year. In order not to affect the teaching tasks in the second half of the year, I have decided on the candidate in advance, and that is Si

Professor Nepp!"

When Professor Snape stood up, only the Slytherin students applauded. The other houses' reaction was relatively cold, and the applause was sparse.

Lao Si was not angry and simply sat down.

"The third job change comes from the Care of Magical Creatures Division."

"Well, I regret to tell you that our Care of Magical Creatures teacher, Professor Kettleburn, retired at the end of last year to spend more time with his remaining rascals. However, I'm pleased to say, not

Someone else, but Rubeus Hagrid, has come to fill his vacancy, and Hagrid has agreed to take on the role of teacher in addition to being the gamekeeper."

Hagrid smiled naively at the students under the classroom stage. Professor McGonagall quickly patted him before he realized what he was doing and stood up quickly.

"Hahaha..." Some of the Slytherin children laughed.

"Hagrid!" The students on the Gryffindor side clapped particularly hard.

"So......"

Dumbledore looked up at the open space beside the long table, "I guess our new students are impatient to wait. It seems we have to start our sorting ceremony as soon as possible."

As he spoke, he raised his eyebrows slightly, "What's interesting is that we need to hold a special sorting ceremony first."

"This year, we have an auditor, Argus Filch."

He motioned to Filch, who was standing in front of the freshmen, and Filch quickly smiled.

"Who?" Draco looked back at Anton in disbelief, "I seem to have heard wrong?"

Anton shrugged, "That's him."

"!!!" Draco gasped, "I can't understand."

On the stage, Dumbledore continued, "We also welcomed a transfer student from Durmstrang, Anna Rozier."

"Who?" Draco looked back at Anton in disbelief, "I seem to have heard wrong?"

Anton shrugged, "That's her."

"!!!" Draco took a breath and said solemnly, "Three...third level wizard!"

"Who allowed you to give her such an unpleasant nickname?" Anton narrowed his eyes and stared at Draco.

"Oh, it's not just me, look at everyone, who among the Slytherin students doesn't know that she is a third-level wizard!"

Goyle swallowed, "Durmstrang's classmates used to like to talk about the three heroic achievements of wizard Anna. I even had a dream about Xinjiang!"

Crabbe's face wrinkled and twisted into the shape of an orange, "Me too, I dreamed that I was cut into pieces. When I woke up, the pillowcase was wet from crying."

"..."

Anton couldn't help but look strange.

"Don't be sorted into Slytherin!" Draco prayed quietly, "This woman is too scary."

Snapped!

Anton put a hand on his shoulder, "It seems you have some opinions?"

"No, no!" Draco froze.

On the stage, Dumbledore continued, "The third special student is Dudley Dursley. He is Harry Potter's cousin. I hope everyone can be more tolerant of him."

Anyway, that's it, three special students will go through the sorting ceremony first.

Auditor Filch, Hufflepuff.

Transfer student Anna, Ravenclaw.

Dudley, an older first-year student...

"Gryffindor~"

"What?" Harry in the audience was stunned, and turned to look at his little friend blankly, "G...Gryffindor?"

Ron was stunned and glanced at Hermione, who also looked in disbelief, "I think so."

"No~ don't~"

Harry muttered feebly.

"Hey, buddy, it's nothing." Ron quickly comforted him, "He is in the first grade and you are in the third grade. Sometimes you can't meet him at all. If you don't like him, just don't go looking for him then. "

Harry sighed, "Ron, you don't know, Anthony said that Dudley has a talent for Quidditch..."

"..."

"..."

Ron looked at Hermione blankly, "So?"

Hermione pressed her head against her lips and shook her head, "So, maybe Dudley will join the Gryffindor Quidditch team and become Harry's teammate in the future."

"Oh~ this is so bad!"
