049 Not leaving

Xichen took the lead and walked in front, with Fred following closely behind her.

However, as soon as he stepped into the corridor, a damp, moldy smell hit his nostrils, causing Fred's brows to frown in discomfort.

Fortunately, her home did not have such a damp smell.

While Xichen went to pour tea, he carefully looked at the place where she lived.

The house is not big, only one bedroom and one living room, and there are not many furnishings inside, which are simple and neat.

It gave him the feeling that he was just like this little girl with a clean and flawless white face.

"You live here? Where are your parents? Don't they live with you?"

Although this room looked quite decent, Fred's frown that had started when he went upstairs did not relax.

"My parents don't live with me."

She just answered a few of his questions calmly and simply.

After all, she couldn't tell him that because she was pregnant with someone's bastard, her parents kicked her out when they found out.

"Oh." Fred was keenly aware of her dejected expression, and simply agreed, then took the tea and drank it slowly.

Soon, the cup of tea was finished.

Pan Xichen said angrily: "Okay, you've drank your tea, you can go."

She really couldn't figure out where this man was acting. He suddenly appeared in front of her and asked to sign a contract, but now he actually invited her to his home for a meal. It really made her confused.

Wu Shui, what on earth does he want to do?

However, when Fred heard this, he stretched out and sank into the sofa very comfortably. He leaned back comfortably and said, "Although your place looks a little small and shabby, fortunately

It’s clean and tidy, so I decided not to leave and I’ll stay here tonight.”

"What? You want to live here?"

When Xichen heard this, the eyes on his small face immediately widened, and he looked at this man with a surprised look on his face who had obviously considered this place his home.

"Yes." Fred raised his eyebrows noncommittally, "I just arrived today and haven't had time to find a place to stay, so I plan to stay at your place for one night first."

"No! How can you live here with me alone? What if the landlady next door sees it and decides that my private life is messy and no longer rents a house to me?"

Xichen refused without hesitation. Although she did not regret that night in England, the same mistake could not happen again.
