Chapter 2 Arrival

"How long until we arrive?" Pan Ling asked painfully. He was really bored to death.

"There are still about seven or eight hours left!"

"Ah, how long does it take?"

"You can sleep again. If you can sleep, it will be around four or five in the afternoon when we arrive in Edinburgh. I heard it was still raining before we got on the plane. I don't know if it will have any impact."

"An, as soon as I go, I'm sure the rain will stop!" Seeing Alf's suspicious look, Pan Ling said in an awkward tone: "Don't believe it? Let's see then."

"Help me ask the stewardess for a blanket. Why don't you get some sleep?" She didn't want to call the stewardess herself, otherwise she didn't know what terrible treatment she would receive.

"I'm not used to sleeping on airplanes." Alf asked for a blanket, but Pan Ling didn't go to sleep immediately. Instead, she ran to the corridor and pulled out her oversized luggage bag.

"What are you doing with this?" Just when Alf was wondering, she sat back down and pulled out an oversized McDull pig doll from her bag. In his surprised eyes, she hugged the big doll and pulled it out.

Its head was used as a pillow, and its body was used as a pillow. It leaned against the wall of the plane inside, covered with a blanket, and slept comfortably. Alf was stunned. He didn't expect that this was what was in the oversized luggage bag.

Things, and her happy-go-lucky look are really... so cute! Especially when she sleeps like a baby, with a satisfied look on her face, and even a sweet smile on her face, Alf is a little distracted.

"Wake up, wake up..." Pan Ling was pushed awake by Alf in his sleep, "It's almost here, get up quickly!"

"Oh." Pan Ling packed up his luggage in a daze and stuffed the pig doll back into his bag. Before stuffing it in, he took out a set of dark gray sportswear from the bag, took off his jacket and put on his clothes.

"Why are you wearing this?" Alf asked strangely when he saw that she was putting on her sweatpants over her jeans.

"I don't know exactly, but my intuition tells me that I must wear it this way."

"Intuition? What do you mean?" Alf was confused.

"I can't tell you, but it will definitely come in handy."

The plane was already preparing to land. Alf looked out the window and said, "The sky is really sunny."

"Let me tell you, no matter where I go, no matter how heavy the rain is, it will always be sunny. I have been like this since I was a child. I have tried and true, and I have never failed once. My friends call me Sunny Baby!" Pan Ling said proudly.

She said that her good luck in this area had reached a magical level and she couldn't help but show it off.

Seeing her proud look, Alf couldn't help but laugh, "Don't you believe it? There is something even more amazing. When I was in elementary school, I went to Beijing with my parents. It was very hot before we arrived, but the day before we came, it was very hot in the afternoon.

It rained all day, and the temperature dropped. As soon as I arrived, it became sunny. Then during the week we played, it was basically sunny as soon as I went out, and it rained as soon as I went indoors or in the car.

, it was unbelievably accurate. As soon as I entered the museum, it started pouring rain. As soon as I came out, the rain stopped immediately. I didn’t even know it had rained. This kind of thing happens all the time. Even I thought I must be.

The sunshine angel who brings sunshine to the world is so amazing!"

Alf smiled and looked at Pan Ling's lovely smiling face. Could this girl be the angel who brought sunshine to his life?

The plane arrived on time. Pan Ling carried his luggage and went to the lobby with Alf. A boy wearing a fisherman's hat walked over. The hat was very big, with the brim pushed down very low. He also wore big sunglasses, which was completely invisible.

His face looked very strange. He hugged Alf and said, "Al, long time no see!" He was nearly half a head shorter than Alf, thinner, and had a slender figure. He looked like a

A boy under twenty years old.

"George, thank you so much this time for coming to pick me up." The two of them chatted, and Pan Ling looked around boredly.

"By the way, where is the mysterious heroine?" George asked a little excitedly. He had seen the renderings of the print advertisement before and was very curious about the heroine in the photo. When he followed Alf's

When his eyes noticed Pan Ling, "She? That's right, are you kidding me?" George didn't believe it.

His expression of extreme disappointment really made Pan Ling very unhappy, but he couldn't blame George. He had a ponytail casually styled, no makeup on his face, and was wearing a fat, big, ugly, old dark gray sportswear. It was really

It's quite miserable.

"You will regret saying this in the future! Let me introduce you. This is Miss Pan Ling, whose English name is Nan. This is George Lancaster, the owner of the castle and my little brother.

." Alf introduced.

"Lancaster? Do you have royal blood?" Pan Ling exclaimed. (The Lancaster family is also the famous founder of the Tudor dynasty, and famous kings include Henry VIII and Elizabeth I.)

"That was five hundred years ago. As for the bloodline, it's really hard to tell clearly. Let's leave without talking about it." He didn't expect this inconspicuous girl to know some history, George thought to himself.

The three of them got in the car. Alf told Pan Ling that the drive would take nearly three hours. Along the way, he and George caught up with each other while Pan Ling, who was sitting in the back seat, looked around like a curious baby.

"Wow, what a beautiful house." "Wow, that tree looks so unique." "Wow, there are so many sheep! It's my first time to see so many sheep, so cute!"

Because of habit, most of what she spoke was in Chinese, which George couldn't understand. He frowned while driving, wondering which hole this crazy girl crawled out of. She was so uncultured and yelling. But Alf

I was infected by Pan Ling's happiness and laughed happily along the way.

Because it had been raining for the past few days, some roads became muddy. When they drove on such a road, the car was swaying. Suddenly, the car sank and stopped moving.

"What's going on?" Alf asked.

"Maybe I got stuck in the mud. I'll try again." It was okay if he didn't try. After trying a few times, the car actually stalled.

"It seems that the car is still too old and needs major repairs." George said apologetically. This Rolls-Royce classic car is his father's favorite. It is an antique-level car. If it breaks down, he will be miserable. Others

The car had either been driven away by someone else or it was too conspicuous, so this classic car was the only one left.

"What now?" Alf asked.

"Yeah, we're only halfway there, and it's quite remote here." While he was in trouble, Pan Ling suddenly opened the car door and walked out. She walked straight to the front of the car and opened the hood.

"What do you want to do? Do you want to repair it?" George and Alf also opened the car door and walked out.

Pan Ling raised his head, glared at George, and said, "Bring me the wrench."

"What did you say?" George was very unhappy at being instructed by her.

"George, give it to her." Alf said. He was curious about what Pan Ling was going to do next. Could she still repair cars?
