Chapter 1,273 The Defects of Confucianism

Zhang Jiao and Zhuge Liang are indeed outstanding men, but being outstanding does not mean that they have amazing fighting prowess. On the contrary, neither of them is actually very good at fighting.

Zhang Jue was a little better. He had fought with others before, but Zhuge Liang had never done anything.

Even though the latter had commanded the army, he was more in the rear, directing how the army marched and fought, rather than being a general like Lu Bu and Zhang Liao.

Perhaps Zhuge Liang's potential and ability are stronger than Lu Bu's. In the future, Zhuge Liang will enter the upper echelons of the human race and formulate the general direction of the human race, and may even be stronger than Lu Bu.

However, in this world, personal strength is also very important, and Lu Bu's potential cannot compare with Zhuge Liang.

After all, Zhuge Liang has one advantage over Lu Bu, and that is Da Qian's status and his contribution to science.

These two concentrated advantages will allow Zhuge Liang to achieve the lowest level of Daluo Jinxian in the future because of his huge luck.

Although Lu Bu was also a high-ranking official in Da Qian, he was destined not to be in Zhuge Liang's position. Secondly, Lu Bu's contribution to science was not much, almost none.

Although Lu Bu is not a reckless man who cannot read a word, he actually doesn't have much interest in reading. At most, he may have a little interest in the art of war.

As for the scientific method, it is not involved at all.

Although martial arts masters and those who practice immortality have both entered the transcendent realm, their emphasis is different. Martial arts focuses on the physical body and will, while immortality focuses on the cultivation of the soul and soul.

Martial arts are naturally much different in terms of soul.

The more powerful the soul is, the more advantages it will have in thinking, so it will also have more advantages in scientific methods.

Most of the ascetics in Daqian have entered the Academy of Sciences in Daqian. The Academy of Sciences is composed of elites in Daqian, and most of them are ascetics.

It is not that there are no ordinary mortals, because the Academy of Sciences is composed of the elites of the Nine Provinces human race, especially the elites in scientific research. Generally speaking, if they can become elites, Daqian will try their best to let them practice.

In this way, one can extend one's lifespan. After all, the longer one's lifespan is, the greater the contribution made by those doing scientific research.

Secondly, when ascetics enter the transcendent world, their souls are strengthened and their thinking has breakthroughs, which is also of great help to their scientific research.

Therefore, those who can enter the Academy of Sciences are almost all cultivators. Even if there are a few ordinary people, they are just ordinary people who are responsible for their wisdom and cannot practice.

There are many people in the human race who are unable to cultivate.

Not everyone can practice Taoism.

Because of the influence of science and the coming of the great trend of heaven, even though Kyushu was banned by heaven, the spiritual power of heaven and earth has also recovered a lot, and it is much better than it was a thousand years ago.

Thousands of years ago, it was difficult for an Earth Immortal to be born in Kyushu, unless it was a humane killing disaster.

And now, with the birth of heaven and earth's inspiration, in peacetime, there is also a chance to give birth to immortals, or even real immortals.

Of course, it is much worse than the pre-Qin period, but for the ascetics, it can be regarded as a break from drought.

Therefore, Daqian practitioners are gradually beginning to flourish again, and Daqian has not put any pressure on cultivators.

Although Daqian attaches great importance to laws, as long as you are a cultivator and do not violate the laws of Daqian, you are very free in Daqian.

But of course if you break the law, even ascetics will be punished.

Because Zhang Jiao was born in a Taoist sect, there are more Taoists in Daqian today. As for Confucian literary and Taoist cultivation, there are quite a few, but it is definitely much less than before.

After all, although Confucianism was still indispensable in the officialdom of Daqian, it did not have the same status as in the Liu Han court.

Da Qian no longer respects Confucianism and only respects Confucianism.

Da Qian is more about the prosperity of hundreds of schools. Da Qian only pays attention to the results. As for the process, they don't care. If Confucianism is beneficial to Da Qian, then Da Qian will not resist it, but will give strong support.

But once your Confucianism goes against the interests of Da Qian, then Da Qian will immediately abandon you. The country only cares about interests.

Confucianism does have some advantages, but unlike the Forbidden Dynasty, Daqian did not need some Confucian ideas to maintain imperial power.

Moreover, Daqian's national education has opened up the minds of all the people, and they also know what is good and what is bad. The strategy of fooling the people is simply not feasible.

On the contrary, Daqian pays more attention to the wisdom of the people at the bottom. The stronger the wisdom of the whole people, the better it is for Daqian. Confucianism actually does have advantages in teaching.

Therefore, in the Ministry of Education, Confucian authority is indeed the most powerful.

As for the number of Confucian monks, there are indeed many fewer than before. The shortcomings of the Confucian way of cultivating the soul are obvious, and there is still some gap between it and the Taoist way of cultivating the soul.

If Taoism is orthodox, Confucianism cannot even be considered a side sect.

Although Confucianism spoke of Confucius, Confucius was not a member of the human race. With the help of hundreds of schools of thought in the pre-Qin period, Confucius simply disappeared, leaving behind the legacy of Confucianism.

It's a pity that apart from that one, there has never been another quasi-saint-level strong man in the Confucian family, and there is even no Confucian in Daluo Jinxian.

Most of the Confucian great masters, such as Xunzi, are indeed Confucian, but when they reach the level of Daluo Jinxian, they do not inherit Confucianism, but follow the Taoist path of Yuanshen.

In fact, the Confucian way of the soul seems to have flaws. After breaking through the Golden Immortal, it will be very difficult to move up.

Confucianism is one of hundreds of schools of thought, even one of the three most prominent schools. However, its strength has always been weak. Many Confucian leaders do not practice the Confucian way of the soul.

For example, Xiaoshengxian Village does have Confucian supernatural powers, but its foundation is still Taoist cultivation methods.

Xiaoshengxianzhuang is a top-notch existence among the main branches of Confucianism. It is conceivable that even they have not practiced the way of Confucian soul.

Of course, this is also because the Confucian Saint Kong suddenly disappeared.

Of course, the higher-ups of the human race don't actually trust that person. After all, although the other person has transformed into a human race, he is not a real human race, and he is not preaching in the human world like Lao Tzu.

Although the way of the divine soul can be regarded as a side sect and even a quasi-sage, it is obvious that this way of the divine soul has great flaws and cannot achieve enlightenment at all.

Before becoming an immortal, it doesn't matter, but once you reach the golden immortal level, it doesn't matter. The human race actually has Confucians who can deduce the follow-up way.

But this cannot be achieved in a short time.

In the Liu Han court, Confucianism flourished entirely because it was in line with the rule of the court. Unfortunately, even under the immortals, the way of cultivating the soul had shortcomings in terms of longevity. ()
