986. Too Much Salt

Leng Yan's company has a female intern who is in her third year of college.

The girl is not yet twenty years old, which is the age when she is full of youth. She has not been infected with the eagerness for quick success and intrigue in the workplace, and she is a very simple girl.

She is also a lively and lovely girl.

The girl's name was Zhou Panpan. On the first day she came, Xia Nuo noticed that the way she looked at Leng Yan was very different.

The look in her eyes was very bright, filled with admiration and admiration. Even though she deliberately concealed it, it was still obvious that she liked Leng Yan at a glance.[

This look was not unfamiliar to Xia Nuo. When she was in school, many girls had looked at Leng Yan with this look.

She didn't take it seriously before, but she doesn't take it seriously now, as long as her cold attitude doesn't change.

Xia Nuo only goes to the company for a while every day. The rest of the time he either goes back to his parents' place to stay with them or does housework at home.

Knowing her parents' love for her, she wanted to spend more time with them so that they would not be too lonely.

On this day, Xia Nuo was learning to cook at home when she heard someone knocking on the door.

It was still two o'clock in the afternoon, and there was no way Leng Yan could make it back from the company. Xia Nuo opened the door in confusion, but he didn't expect that the person standing at the door was Zhou Panpan.

"Hello, Sister Xia Nuo, I'm here to get a document for my boss. He said he lost it at home, can you please find it for me?" Zhou Panpan said with a slight smile.

Xia Nuo was stunned for a moment, then nodded: "Wait a moment, I'll find it for you."

Leng Yan put the document on the desk, she took it and handed it to Zhou Panpan, who smiled and said: "That's it, Sister Xia Nuo, I'm leaving, goodbye."

"Well, goodbye." Xia Nuo closed the door and continued cooking.

But she accidentally added too much salt and the dish tasted terrible.

When Leng Yan came back in the afternoon, he saw two plates of food on the table. He walked to the kitchen and saw Xia Nuo making soup.

Rolling up his sleeves, he stepped forward and hugged her from behind.

"Why don't you wait until I come back?" he asked with a smile.

Because Xia Nuo was very poor at learning the craftsmanship, he only did the cooking in cold words.

Xia Nuo said without raising his head: "You are so busy at work, how can I have the nerve to let you cook for me after get off work? If I continue to be lazy, you will probably dislike me."

Leng Yan did not understand the meaning of her words. He smiled and said: "I will not dislike you. Even if I cook for you every day, I will not dislike you."

Xia Nuo gave him a funny look, pushed him away, and asked him to set the dishes.

During the meal, she didn't move her chopsticks, and Leng Yan took the first bite of the beef stewed with radish. She frowned slightly, but still swallowed the dish.[

"There's too much salt." He laughed and took a few more bites without any sign of disgust.

Xia Nuo took the plate and said, "If it doesn't taste good, don't eat it. This is a dish I started cooking in the afternoon. At that time, someone knocked on the door, and I put too much salt in it with a shake of my hand."

"Oh." Leng Yan nodded clearly and added, "It's Zhou Panpan who is here. I asked her to pick up the documents."

In fact, he didn't ask her to come.

He originally planned to come back by himself, but he happened to have to take an important call, so Zhou Panpan volunteered to help him get his things.

He didn't want Xia Nuo to make a special trip just to deliver a document, so he agreed to let Zhou Panpan come over.

Xia Nuo looked indifferent, pushed the dishes aside, and pushed the soup in front of him: "Eat this, I didn't put much salt in the soup."
