458. A Tour to Ningdu 18

At dawn, the sky was still dark, without any light, and there was fine snow falling. It was an extremely cold morning.

On the side of the mountain, the lights in the inn haven't been lit yet, and probably no one has gotten up early yet.

On the snow path on the side of the mountain, there was a man holding an umbrella walking. He was only wearing a thin plain robe, but he was not afraid of the cold at all.

There was thick snow on the umbrella, probably from wandering around for a long time.

"Qingying?" He looked at the people in the distance in astonishment, rubbed his eyes, and wondered if he had seen it wrong.

People in the distance were also slightly surprised, Feng Mu Yiling, why is he here?

Wu Yue was so surprised that she ran over to them like an idiot and held the umbrella over their heads.

"Qiongying, why don't you hold an umbrella when you go out?"

"It's okay." Qiongying retracted his gaze and walked towards the inn.

"Huh? Where have you been?" Wu Yue quickly followed her, walking side by side with her, holding an umbrella for her to protect her from the wind and snow.

"What about you?" Qiongying asked without answering.

"Me? I went to the Nanxu Palace last night, met with Nanxu Imperial Master, and then went to the mountain to observe the stars. As a result, it turned out that the clouds were overcast and it started to snow after waiting all night. Fortunately, I brought an umbrella.

"Wu Yue said loudly.

Qiongying said nothing, his face was emotionless, and he seemed to have no intention of loading.

"What about you?" Wu Yue looked at her and asked with a smile.

"Just take a walk." Qiongying said casually and secretly added, maybe you will know soon.

"Don't forget to call me next time you go for a walk." Wu Yue smiled at her.

It was still dark, and we were about to arrive at the inn. The door of the inn was closed.

Both of them had sneaked out and had no choice but to climb in through the window.

"Wait a minute, Qiongying, why don't you just walk around again." Wu Yue stopped her.

"Okay." Qiongying stared at Wu Yue for a moment, then agreed.

The two of them left the inn again, holding umbrellas and strolling along the mountainside path.

Probably because of winter, there is still no dawn, so it may take a long time to walk.

"Xiao Qiongying, long time no see." Wu Yue suddenly said, six years, a long, long time.

"Long time no see." Qiongying said calmly.

"Tonight I don't see the moonlight or the stars, but I meet you. This trip is not in vain."

Wu Yue raised her lips, and a smile appeared at the corner of her lips. It was not a usual teasing smile, but a smile like the spring breeze, the wind was clear, the moon was bright, and the youth was boundless.

The shadow in the sky was silent and seemed to have no intention of listening.

"Grandmaster Nanxu asked about you last night. He seemed to be very curious about you." Wu Yue said again.

"So what." Qiongying didn't care. Besides, the old immortal would never ask her again.

"Haha, it's true. He actually slandered you and said you were stubborn. However, you are indeed too willful sometimes and never listen to others' advice."

Wu Yue chuckled lightly. To put it nicely, this is called persistence, but to put it badly, it is called stubbornness and arrogance.

Probably because she is too free and easy, nothing can restrain her, she can do whatever she wants, and no one can stop her.

"Why should I listen to people's advice?" Qiong Ying found it a bit funny. She didn't think there was anything wrong. Why should she listen to those so-called advices.

Even her supreme mother, she never really listened to her advice.

Wu Yue hesitated to speak and thought to herself: Of course you don't want to listen. You never put anyone in your eyes. You don't even have me in your eyes and heart. It would be strange to listen to me!

I don’t know how long it took, but the snow stopped, and the sky turned white, as if dawn was about to break.

The two of them turned back along the footsteps they had just walked.
