Chapter 500: Light Illuminated All Over

Chapter 500 The light shines everywhere. The night is dark and the atmosphere at Gangtok Airport is tense.

The evening breeze was chilling, and as soon as they got off the plane, everyone received bad news.

The second prince Jiangyang Zengbu died.

According to the Chinese diplomats who came to greet him at the airport, in the evening, a group of killers who had previously only killed people and set fires suddenly surrounded the Bodhia Palace. The killers publicly demanded that King Namtahi make a clear statement on the selection of the successor to the throne.

Subsequently, they clashed with the royal guards and rushed into the palace to burn, kill and loot. In the chaos, the second prince Jiangyang Zengbu died mysteriously. The specific cause of death is still an unknown mystery.

From a series of previous speculations, the second prince was the most suspicious. Those killers and even the Earl Donald who was hiding behind them were probably secretly recruited because he wanted to usurp power and seek the throne. But now, the second prince is dead.

, was he killed by the eldest prince preemptively, or was he killed by the killers taking advantage of the chaos. If it was the latter, then was it a manslaughter or an intentional killing?

Every result will lead to a new inference, but now, it's all a mystery.

With doubts in their hearts, everyone followed the diplomats out of Gangtok Airport, not wanting another bad news to come.

A fire broke out in the palace on the east side of the Bodhia Palace, where the eldest prince Wangdrup Namgyal lived. The eldest prince was seriously burned and was sent to Gangtok Hospital for emergency treatment by the guards. After learning that one of the two princes was dead and the other injured, the old king

Namtahi was so distraught that she suffered a heart attack and was subsequently sent to the intensive care unit of Gangtok Hospital.

Zhang Jianguo's expression became more solemn, he stopped next to the car, looked at Ye Feng and said. "Now the life and death of the king and crown prince are uncertain. We must work hard to protect the last trace of blood of the Sikkim royal family and go to Pema Yangtse Temple to rescue the little prince Sakya.

The task of the Pandit is left to you. In addition, the strength of the Sikkim royal guard is very weak. I am worried that those killers will attack the king. I hope you can leave two friends and let them go to Gangtok Hospital with me.

"

The strength of the enemy is not clear, but Sikkim is the ultimate goal of Earl Donald and Arthur. It is estimated that they should have gathered a large number of elite forces here. For the sake of safety, Ye Feng kept the two masters of Viper and Thor, and then took them with him

Wollid and Van Gogh left Gangtok Airport by car together.

Gangtok means "top of the mountain", with an altitude of 1,780 meters. It is located at the southern foot of the Himalayas and on the slopes of the east bank of the Teesta River. It is a small mountain town with an area of only 15 square kilometers and a population of only 50,000 to 60,000.

Neatness, meticulousness and freshness are the first impressions of Gangtok. Most of the buildings in the city are not high, and they are arranged in rows and layers on the hillside. The design is simple and unique, and many buildings have obvious characteristics.

Tibetan style. Stroll along the undulating streets, and you can see shops, wine shops, restaurants, inns and hotels everywhere. The roads are lined with chestnut trees, maples, birches, patches of bamboo, and Sikkim's most famous orchids.

.The mountain breeze blows, the bamboo shadows dance, and the orchid fragrance is faint. The porters on the street are another scene in the mountain city. They are of different ages. Behind them, they are all carrying baskets that are wide at the top and narrow at the bottom. They are tied with a thick belt.

In front of my forehead. When the porter passed by the cars on the street, a sense of intertwined history emerged spontaneously.

Looking up into the distance, under the hazy moonlight, the Kanchenjunga Snow Mountain soaring into the sky shines with holy brilliance. It is 8,586 meters above sea level and is the third highest peak in the world. It is composed of five closely connected mountains and is the sacred mountain in the eyes of the people of Sikkim.

The name of Kanchendzonga comes from ancient Tibetan, meaning "five huge snow treasures". The area near the snow-capped mountains is densely jungled, with woven streams and strange wild animals living there, making it a paradise for hikers.

It is such a peaceful and peaceful small mountainous country, but now it is in turmoil.

On the high ground northwest of Gangtok City, the Pemayantse Temple burst into flames.

Gunshots, shouts, and screams occurred one after another, coupled with the sky-high flames, the entire Pemayantse Temple was as bloody and terrifying as Abi Hell.

The photo of the little prince Sakya Pandita was circulated again, and the three killers stepped out of the car and disappeared into the night.

The fire was raging, and seven or eight killers were rampaging inside and outside the hall.

Facing the cold swords, guns and ruthless bullets, Ye Feng saw a scene he would never forget.

Without flinching or being timid, the young and strong monks drew water from the wells to put out the fire one after another, while the old and weak monks sat around the ruins of the hall and recited Buddhist scriptures devoutly. The monks guarded the sacred Buddhist hall with their own beliefs and used their own

Actions to defend the beliefs in your heart.

The shock to his soul made Ye Feng feel like he suddenly had an epiphany. The surrounding mountains, rivers and vegetation seemed to have been understood in his heart bit by bit.

With no distractions and a clear understanding of everything, this is the state of clear mind.

With his eyes half open and half closed, his feet stepping on lotus flowers, his body looks like a phantom, gliding quickly around the hall.

Amidst the melodious chanting, a smile bloomed, and he wielded his sword to slay the devil, becoming invincible.

The old monk who was chanting sutras stopped, and the eldest old monk with white eyebrows suddenly laughed, his long white eyebrows dancing in the wind. The old monk shouted the Buddha's name loudly, then closed his eyes, raised his hands and lowered his belly,

The right hand was placed on top of the left hand, and the two thumbs were connected. Seeing this strange behavior of the white-browed old monk, all the monks were shocked. Looking around, they suddenly realized that the tyrannical killers had already died.

Surprised and delighted, they all made Dharma seals with their hands and chanted "Om Buri Luo Tuo Zhao" in unison. "Note" Suddenly, the stars in the night sky shone brightly, and the holy light of Kanchenjunga Snow Mountain shone.

That holy light illuminates the entire Pema Yangtse Temple like daylight.

The monks were shocked. Even the white-browed old monk who had fallen deeply into samadhi stood up in shock. "Maha Vairochana... Maha Vairochana..."

In a flash, as a figure disappeared outside the wall, the holy light suddenly faded away, and Pemayance Temple was shrouded in the vast night again.

In the southeast corner of Pema Yangtse Temple, there is an inconspicuous pagoda.

A young monk looked at the strange scene outside the window, his childish face full of doubts and confusion.

Sighing softly, he looked around at the old and weak monks who were meditating with their eyes closed. The young monk returned to the lotus seat, crossed his legs and began to meditate.

Footsteps sounded.

Wearing white socks and blue shoes, and fluttering monk's robes, a handsome young monk walked up, supporting two injured old monks.

"Master, how are the injuries of the two uncles?"

The young monk helped the two old monks to sit down slowly, turned around and looked at the young monk and said, "It's nothing serious. You can recover after a few days of rest."

"Master, the holy light suddenly appeared outside the window just now. Did the Buddha send someone to save us?"

"Vairocana." He spoke in Sanskrit, and then the young monk switched to Chinese and said loudly. "The light shines everywhere, which is a great blessing for the world."

"The holy light just now was really brought by the light messenger."

The young monk looked at his young apprentice, smiled and nodded.

"How will he deal with those bad people?"

The young monk answered without hesitation: "Kill."

The young monk was startled when he heard this, a trace of melancholy flashed in his eyes, and he stared at the blood stains on the master's robe.

"Master, why did you kill someone? You once told me that people who practice Buddhism should abstain from killing and be compassionate."

"When I was young, I enjoyed traveling. Many years ago, I talked about Buddhism and Taoism with the great masters at Linji Zen Temple in China, and I benefited a lot. There is a saying in Zen Buddhism that 'a great death' must be eliminated. Only then can the sincerity be revealed.

The wonderful effect is that only by dying can one live a great life. If a person who practices Buddhism can only 'live' but cannot 'die', then he is just a layman."

The old monks present were all proficient in Buddhism, and one of them interrupted and asked.

"Master Buddha, do you think these are dead wood Zen that bring spring to life?"

"Exactly." Buddha nodded and said with a smile.

"The killing sword and the living sword are the two sides of dead wood Zen. Delusion and separation are the root of the cycle of life and death. Many tricks and huatou in Zen are to eliminate students' delusion and separation, which is the so-called thinking. This kind of thinking mechanism

Use, metaphorically speaking, is like a murderous knife, causing people to "die violently". However, after the thought is eliminated, it is as unmoving as wood and stone, which is the most worrying shortcoming of Zen Buddhism. The "emptiness" of Buddhism is just emptying out delusional thoughts.

But it is necessary to show the infinite magical effect of "true nature", which is called "killing thoughts to death and saving the body of law". This is the magical function of the living sword: cutting off all delusions with the sharp edge of wisdom and resurrecting the "true nature", which is called

The Living Sword. Master Yuanwu talks about killing and the purpose of living: killing must be a killing sword, but living a living person must be a living sword. If you can kill someone, you must live someone; if you can live someone, you must kill someone.

One sword at a time can kill and live, and only then can it be used to stop falsehood and reveal the truth."

Turning around and looking at the young disciple sitting cross-legged on the lotus seat, the Buddha said with a smile.

"Sakya, the Buddha is not ignorant of death, but by cessation of delusional thoughts and restoration of the lively and wonderful functions of his own nature, he can achieve great freedom."

This young monk is none other than Sakya Pandita, the little prince of the Kingdom of Sikkim. After listening to the Buddha's explanation, the little prince seemed to understand but not quite.

"They killed Tangdong Gongpo Living Buddha and many uncles. I want to avenge my uncles and kill these bad guys."

As soon as these words came out, the monks present were shocked. Although they understood the Buddha's words and actions and appreciated them in their hearts, they did not want this scene to happen to Sakya Pandita because this young monk had a very special status.

Unusually, they had more ardent expectations for him.

Seeing the repeated objections from all the masters, Sakya Pandita became even more confused and asked his master again for help.

"Sakya, everything is different, and the road you are facing is not like this. The master kills people and saves people because he can only do this to the best of his ability. But you are different. You should spread the light of Buddha to Sikkim.

Every inch of mountains and rivers allows every kind-hearted people to feel the warmth of light. Remember what the master just said, the road to Buddhism should not be left to death. You should choose the path that suits you best."

"Master, Sakya understands. I will persuade my father and two royal brothers to let them work diligently, love the people, and benefit the people."

With relief in his heart, the little prince looked happy and looked out the window curiously.

"Master, can I see the Lightbringer? Is he a human or a god?"

The Buddha laughed and looked out the window with his hands behind his hands.

"That's a god-like man."

"Note": Omfu Riluotuo: the mantra of the Great Sun Tathagata. According to Buddhist esoteric records, the Great Sun Tathagata is a symbol of light and reason. The Great Sun Tathagata can be translated into Vairocana Buddha according to Sanskrit, and "Tathagata" means "Tathagata".

The meaning of "Buddha". The name Mahavatha Tathagata appears in the "Mahayani Sutra" translated by Shanwuwei Tripitaka in the seventh century AD. The "Great Sun" removes all darkness and illuminates all things in the universe, and can benefit all living things in the world. The light of the Great Sun is
