It is no secret that the relationship between Ashikaga Yoshiteru and Ashikaga Yoshitoki is not very harmonious. Since the riot in Kyoto, the trend of decline of the shogunate has become more and more obvious. However, the influence of the Kanto Duke has been rising steadily with the staged victory in the Oshu War. This reaction
The contrast between one rising, one falling and one rising made some samurai very unhappy. The blame for the defeat in Kyoto was also attributed to Ashikaga Yoshitoki's lack of support. The accumulation of many factors made the relationship between Ashikaga Yoshiteru and Ashikaga Yoshitoki even worse.
Odate Harimitsu retired to Otsu Castle to retire. Ise Sadataka's surviving son Ise Sadara launched a strong challenge to the deacon of the political office. The authority of Settsu Haruto, the new deacon appointed by the general, continued to decline. Hosokawa Terukune
, Isshiki Fujinaga, Mibuchi Fujihide, Niki Yoshimasa, Hatakeyama Naomao and other family retainers had deep prejudices against the Kanto public. Voices within the shogunate expressed that their checks and balances on Kanto were far greater than their reliance.
This is not good news. The unfriendly attitude of the shogunate left the Kanto Ashikaga family at a loss. As a right minister, Ashikaga Yoshiki had a considerable say in the court. He chose to suppress Ashikaga Yoshiki rather than rely on him, so he gave
Long before the Imperial Guard, Zhongyuan Tong had a very negative impact on a series of ministers.
Konoe Maekyu proposed a motion to be promoted to the second position of Ashikaga Yoshitoki, but Nijo Haruyoshi and Ashikaga Yoshiki jointly vetoed it. It is said that the relationship between Ashikaga Yoshiteru and Konoe Maekyu was also gradually estranged, and he regretted giving Ashikaga a job in private conversations with the shogunate.
Yoshitoki's status as Lord Kanto, you can imagine how it felt when these words reached the ears of Ashikaga Yoshitoki through the ninjas.
Hattori Chief is not a shogunate, and he does not feel the need to be responsible for the safety of the shogunate. The safety of the Nijo Imperial Palace depends on the responsibilities of the princes in the shogunate temple, not the responsibility of a penniless low-level samurai like him. The shogunate does not
Why sacrifice your life for him if you give him a reward? Hattori Yasunaga's attitude exactly represents the collective will of the entire Kanto samurai family.
Even if you are as strong as Ashikaga Yoshi, you must accept the collective appeal of the retainers. The Kanto samurai, especially the Mikawa samurai who experienced the early wars, and the Echigo samurai had great opinions on the shogunate. They worked hard for the shogunate and were not recognized or rewarded.
They also want to point fingers and make irresponsible remarks about their actions in Kanto. Those loser ministers cannot defeat the Miyoshi family, so they blame the Kanto government for their unfavorable support and make the shogunate lose their dignity. This bastard's logic has made many Kanto samurai roll their eyes.
You must know that this era does not believe in tears, and there is no saying that every man is responsible for the rise and fall of the world. Every man is responsible for the rise and fall of the world. Doesn't it imply that all the men in the hall have no talent and virtue, and they have to bear as much responsibility as they have the ability to do?
It is ridiculous to shirk responsibility from a high position.
…
Otsu Castle in Shiga County, Omi Province, is located at the southernmost end of Lake Biwa. The beautiful scenery and pleasant scenery here are the place where scholars and scholars stopped. The princes of the Saionji Temple, the Kasuke of the Hanazhanin Temple and other ministers would come here to stay for a few days every season when they had the opportunity.
After several years of hard work, we have gained not only a garden city, but also a golden sign with good reputation.
The prosperity of Omi Province does not necessarily lie in the commercial development of Sakamoto and Sakai Town. The prosperous handicraft industry of Katanda has attracted a large number of town residents, and the new famous brand of Otsu, a livable city. Just like when mentioning Kinai, one always thinks of the prosperity of Kyoto. The prosperity of Sakai Town
Vitality, Otsu’s city card is livability.
Imagine a garden city adjacent to the religious holy places Enryakuji Temple, Enjoji Temple, Saikyo Temple and other famous Tendai sect temples. It is also only a stone's throw away from Kyoto and Sakamoto. It takes less than half a day to travel to Kyoto by boat. It will make many people yearn for Kinai.
How attractive it is to the people who live there. This is why it is said that the three Omi cities are the three pearls on Lake Biwa.
Odate Harmitsu lives in seclusion in Otsu Town. Also living here is Kuze Right Minister Kuga Harumichi. On this day, tea masters Sen no Rikyu, Imai Munehisa, and Tsuda Muneji from Sakai Town visited the town and held a meeting in Odate Harmitsu's Yashiki.
A small tea party, there were about twenty or thirty people participating in the tea party. They came from three religions and nine streams, but they all had extraordinary skills.
For example, Sakai, a family of medical officials who have been hailed as medical saints for generations, wrote thirty volumes of "Yishin Prescriptions", which were awarded by the emperor for curing Emperor Masachika.
, the Sakai ikebana master Bunami who compiled "Twenty Pieces of Flower Theory", Tachibana Matasanho, who was the first to build a Sakai tube in Sakai, and the famous musician Kisakiya Ki who once lived in the Ryukyu Kingdom and was treated favorably by the Ryukyu King Shouma.
Yin Tan, as well as Shinwu Saner, Yutianwu Zongzhai, Takekurawu Shaodi and other cultural figures gathered together.
The tea ceremony masters in Sakai Town are unusual. They are not as arty as Ashikaga thought. They drink tea in a calm and natural way. They live in a semi-closed tea room and can arrange a bunch of flowers and boil water in a pot. However, this tea party is not a one-on-one tea party.
When people live in a secret room, they inevitably have to bend the rules.
Tsuda Sect and Fu Zhang sighed: "Zhuguang Patriarch once said that in the art of tea, one is most wary of self-centeredness and egotism. If you see someone who is capable, you will be jealous of someone who is behind you, and you will scorn him. This cannot be done. If you see someone who is capable, approach him.
If you are surprised to see someone behind you who admires his talent, you must vigorously cooperate with him, I deeply believe that!"
Hanjing Ruize nodded and said: "The tea ceremony is based on the harmony of heaven and earth. It is a custom for governing the world and bringing peace to the country. Today, people use it as a medium to invite guests and meet friends. They enjoy eating, drinking, and satisfying their appetites, and they also make the beauty of the teahouse a collection of treasures.
Praising one's own skill and mocking others' stupidity are not the original intention of the tea ceremony."
Imai Munehisa smiled and said: "My master Shaoou once said: Build a small room under the shade of a bamboo tree, store spring water and plant vegetation, hang a cauldron to store charcoal, plant flowers and prepare tea sets, move natural water and rocks from mountains and rivers into one room, enjoy the wind, flowers, snow and moon of the four seasons and feel the growth and decline of vegetation.
, treat guests with courtesy, listen to the rustling of the pines in the cauldron, forget the worries and distractions of the world, and wash away the dust in your heart with a spoonful of trickling water, it is truly a fairyland on earth!"
Daguan Qingguang shook his head and said with a smile: "The Inscription on the Humble Room says, "There is talk and laughter, there are scholars coming and going, there are no white people, you can tune the plain harp and read the Golden Scripture, there is no mess of silk and bamboo, there is no labor of writing, there is the Yunting of Shuzi in the west of Zhuge Lu in Nanyang,
Confucius said: What's so shameful?"
Everyone laughed happily, and Qian Lixiu said: "I think the way of tea can be summed up in four words: harmony, respect and tranquility."
Zen monk Hachijo Sonin said: "What's the explanation?"
Sen no Rikyu looked sideways at the quiet and elegant landscape in the courtyard, and said calmly: "Respect is the basis of etiquette, and harmony is the most important thing. This is the language of etiquette established by Confucius, and it is the heart of the tea ceremony! Even if a nobleman comes,
Sitting there, their interactions are indifferent and without flattery. Even if the younger generation comes to the table, they treat each other with respect and without neglect. This is called something in the air. The harmony does not flow for a long time, but it is still respectful. The smile of Kasyapa and the promise of Zengzi are really like this.
The mysterious meaning is indescribable!"
"Wonderful!" Tsuji Genya, Takeno Shoou's disciple and Sen no Rikyu's junior disciple, exclaimed: "When building a teahouse and preparing tea utensils, be careful not to be complicated or elegant. Although the utensils are old, they are always new. Never forget the scenery of the four seasons. Remember not to flatter or be greedy.
Not extravagant, cautious, simple and upright is the tea ceremony! In this way, you can enjoy the natural harmony of heaven and earth. Move the mountains, rivers, wood and rocks by the stove, and the five elements are ready! Draw the flowing water of heaven and earth and taste the flavor, how magnificent! The harmonious atmosphere of heaven and earth is the tea ceremony.
!”
The tea ceremony is both a Zen way, and drinking tea is actually a Zen practice. Therefore, it is also called the Zen Tea Way. Sen no Rikyu said: "The utensils for Zen tea are neither beautiful utensils, nor precious utensils, nor ancient utensils.
A pure mind is a vessel, and using this pure mind as a vessel is the tea of Zen. Regardless of whether the vessel is good or bad, it is a vessel that eradicates good, evil, and wrong views. It is a vessel that seeks the purity of reality in one's own mind."
The Zen tea utensils are not ordinary utensils but originate from the pure and natural heart. This heart is called Yuanxu, which means the wisdom that is perfect like space and illuminates everything. It fits perfectly with the perfect Buddha's meaning, as recorded in the Tantra Sutra by the Sixth Patriarch Huineng.
"The Buddha's verse in "The Great Round Mirror has a pure intelligence, an equal mind and a clear mind, wonderful observation, wisdom, and non-merit, and the wisdom achieved is the same as the round mirror."
Imai Munehisa happily said: "The vessel of Isshin is not made of human pottery. It is a vessel of nature. The yin and yang, the sun and the moon are all things, and the hundreds of realms have one principle. Therefore, all things in the world are pure tea vessels based on reality. This is the nature of heaven and earth."
It’s a weapon!”
The sky is thick and the earth is thick, so it can contain all things. The sky is far and the earth is vast, so birds can fly and fish can leap. Just like the sun rising in the east and gradually turning to the west, like the resurrection of all things in spring, and the leaves falling and bearing fruits in autumn, like the scorching heat in summer and the severe cold in winter. This is the way for the movement of heaven and earth.
The reality of all dharmas has no form, which can also be called the Buddha's mind that is empty and ignorant. It does not know the ultimate principles of heaven and nature, and creates all kinds of delusional thoughts based on superficial understanding and various distinctions, which obscures the light of the true spirit.
Jiuwo Qingtong put his hands together and said: "The action of all things does not give rise to the desire to do it. If it arises, the mind will stop at the task. Therefore, there should be no place to live and the mind will arise. If the mind and hands stop at the place where the intention arises, it will not work. If it is done, it will not work."
Just stop where it is, and the mind will be where it is at the same time and not just where it is. This is what celebrities in the Tao say. Stop the mind from attachment and fall into reincarnation. Stop the mind as the talisman of life and death. Look at the red flowers and green leaves. See the heart of red flowers and green leaves. See the red flowers and green leaves.
But my heart is not only filled with red flowers and green leaves!”
"The World-Honored One said, the world is not the world, it is called the world, living beings are not sentient beings, it is called living beings, and the motes of dust are not motes of dust, it is called motes. All dharmas are not as seen, nor are they empty." Tsuda Sect.
And it ends with a Buddhist verse from the Diamond Sutra.
A tea party was held for half a day, and the guests and the host had a great time. The guests enjoyed the tea and meditated at ease. Before the sun set in the evening, they all packed up and left. When the moon reached the zenith, Taiguan Qingguang and Tsuda Muneki sat opposite each other.
In the tea room, there was no trace of the relaxed chatting and laughing that happened in the afternoon.
Oguan Qingguang was over seventy and already very old. His long snow-white eyebrows moved slightly and he asked seriously: "How is the situation in Gaowu Palace?"
"The turtles are fighting with Kii in a trapped beast." Tsuda Soji sighed: "Since Yukawa Minbu Shaofuden was killed in the battle, and Yasumi Mimasaku Morden led two thousand remaining soldiers to withdraw into Kii, the situation has become worse and worse.
Already."
Odate Qingmitsu frowned and said, "If it hadn't been for the Battle of Kumeda, why would it be like this? The Miyoshi family wouldn't have been so cruel."
Tsuda Muneki consoled him: "Speaking of which, we cannot blame Takaya-den for his unfavorable conduct. The Battle of Kumeda is directly related to the turmoil in Kyoto. If the power of Miyoshi-shuden had not increased significantly, I don't think the powerful daimyo of Kinai would have acted rashly."
"That makes sense. The commotion in Kyoto is really surprising. His Highness the Lord's reckless decision to marry off his daughter made the Miyoshi clan feel humiliated, which led to the disaster of the Miyoshi army raiding Kyoto and seizing the shogunate.
As a result, the power of the shogunate was greatly reduced, and the heroes of the world were disappointed, and the Miyoshi family gradually became disrespectful." Oguan Qingguang said with a helpless smile.
In the fourth year of Eiroku before the riots in Kyoto, Odate Harimitsu retired from the shogunate due to physical discomfort, freeing up the high-level post of public service to his legitimate son, Odate Terimitsu. After establishing good relations with each other, we got a quiet and elegant courtyard in Otsu Castle to spend our quiet old age.
In the past few years, he did not have to worry about the trivial matters of the shogunate. His frequent contacts with the tea masters of Sakai Town also made Odate Harumi's mood very good. Risawa Hanai, who served as the imperial physician, personally took his pulse and treated him, which eliminated most of the long-standing malaise, except for a little bit. He looks older and is much tougher than he was ten years ago.
Odate Harumi's influence on Ashikaga Yoshiteru has been reduced to a dispensable level. The entire process of the riot in Kyoto was the result of Ashikaga Yoshiteru's arbitrary decision. Even if it caused the commotion, he still plausibly stated that it was done to get rid of the control of the Miyoshi family. Countermeasures. In order to get rid of the constraint of marriage by potential enemies, and take the initiative to hand oneself into the hands of the enemy to suppress it by force. The so-called shooting oneself in the foot is someone like him.
Odate Harimitsu sighed: "The shogunate missed a move and allowed the Miyoshi repair palace to accidentally capture Kyoto and its power greatly increased. This in turn led to some changes in the political climate in Kinai. The most significant change is that there has been no change in the past few years. The insignificant head of the Hosokawa Ukyo Palace ended in depression in the Yodo Castle that had been closed for many years. His Highness Kikata did not appoint a new head of the house, which started a new chapter."
The so-called Dr. Hosokawa Ukyo was the puppet leader of the Hosokawa clan. This man was also very satisfied with his ambitions. He was knocked back to Settsu by Ashikaga Yoshitoki and was forgotten in the corner by Miyoshi Nagakei. This forgetfulness lasted for nearly ten years. No one cares about him for many years, and he finally managed to survive the battle of Luozhong and captured half of Kyoto. He thought that he could go to Kyoto to fulfill his dream of being a leader. Miyoshi Changqing hit him on the head with a stick again, halfway to Luozhong. He was transferred to Yodo Castle on the other side of Shengryuji Castle and kept in a claustrophobic state.
Life behind bars slowly drained away the last trace of Hosokawa Tsuna's faith, and the desperate samurai died quietly in a palm-sized house in Yodo City. His death did not cause any ripples in Kyoto, even to the shogunate Ashikaga Yoshiteru. Mihao Changqing, and the common people all the way down to the Kinei area, faced the death of this leader who had no sense of existence with an indifferent attitude. It is not a pity for a leader who has never spent a day in Kyoto to die.
The death of Hosokawa Tsuna is not surprising in itself. What is puzzling is that the shogun Ashikaga Yoshiteru has no intention of continuing to appoint leaders. Miyoshi Nagakei is not interested in supporting a puppet on the side, and both parties have a tacit understanding not to mention the appointment. With these rules in mind, the Muromachi shogunate entered an era of unruly rule.
"Does not having a governor have such a big impact?" Tsuda Muneji rarely goes to Kyoto, and has a very simple understanding of the political system of the shogunate. He asked doubtfully: "Didn't the Miyoshi repair hall control the governor and abolish the establishment? I must have given up a governor. It shouldn’t have much impact if you receive the appointment!”
Odate Qingmitsu said: "That's not the case. His Highness Kōkō doesn't know how much damage this will cause to the shogunate! Without the leader, the barrier to check and balance the leader will be lost. Breaking the existing balance system will bring unimaginable consequences. The disaster that has plagued the Miyoshi family in recent years is precisely because of His Highness's negligence. The Battle of Kumeda and the Battle of Kyokoji Temple are all direct reflections of this hidden danger."
"How do you say this?"
"This is the beginning of a new chapter, just as the first half of the generals started the beginning of deposing generals, making it the norm to lead and depose generals..." At this point, Taiguan Qingguang said a few vague words, skipping the embarrassing history, and continued: "
Miyoshi established the Kyoto Abandoned Governorship in the Imperial Palace to establish hegemony over the Kinai region, which can be regarded as the beginning of the Abandoned Governorship. Hosokawa Ukyo's reply that he was randomly detained in Yodo Castle shows that this normal situation is gradually deteriorating, and now there is no such thing.
Control means the deterioration is accelerating."
Ashikaga Yoshiteru did not realize how much harm the lack of a supervisory leadership would bring to the shogunate. The three and four positions in the shogunate had long lost the significance of their establishment. In the Warring States Period, there was a brief leadership vacancy, which was caused by several companies competing for it.
As long as the traditional inertia still exists, the samurai family's natural sense of awe for the shogunate will still be there. Even if the tiger is defeated, it will still have the remaining power to intimidate the small disciples.
The absence of a leader means that the tradition of the shogunate is disappearing, and the authority of the shogunate is quietly disintegrating. Today, the three posts and four positions may no longer exist, and tomorrow the shogunate may also cease to exist, and the world cannot be left behind.
A person can't live without the sun rising the next day and living the same life.
Tsuda Muneki is also a man who understands. The secret behind it is simply the loss of awe. If you lose the leader today, you will lose the general tomorrow. The world will be messed up tomorrow. From now on, there will be no hierarchy among the samurai.
The difference is that thousands of years of order and law have collapsed. It is hard to say whether the emperor, who is known as the eternal lineage, will be pulled down. In short, it can be summarized as the country does not control the country.
"The world cannot be in chaos, the world cannot be in chaos, and the thousand-year-old legal order of Japan cannot be in chaos." Tsuda Muneki said: "The opinions of our Sakai Town Naya people are consistent, even Settsu, Izumi and even Awa under the Miyoshi family
, the people of Sanuki will never dare to do anything rebellious. If the world is in chaos, all life will really be in ruins."
Kuga Harumichi opened the door and stepped into the quiet room to sit down. Just now he was busy setting up rooms for the guests attending the meeting. He only heard this unfinished sentence and said: "This world has been in chaos for hundreds of years, and all life has been devastated.
It’s not a temporary thing.”
Tsuda Muneki did not care about Odate Harimitsu's face and said bluntly: "This is different. In the past, the chaos was caused by the loss of the shogunate's authority and was controlled by the stewards of the Ashikaga clan. But now the chaos begins with the public."
His Highness Fang did not have a leader, which led to continuous wars in Kinai, giving the Miyoshi family a chance to dominate. Miyoshi's death in repairing the palace caused new turmoil. If the three of them were fooling around, it was very likely that the shogunate would be overthrown.
If this chaos continues, the consequences will be disastrous!"
"Is it because of the Miyoshi family?" Kuga Harumichi raised his eyebrows and said: "The Miyoshi family has lost its governor and has become a mess." (To be continued, please search Piaotian Literature, the novel is better and updated faster!

ps: The names of the people seen in the article are all recorded in historical data. The first and most prestigious medical officials in Kyoto were the Hanai family, and the second was the Yamashina family. The reputations of the so-called medical sages Nagata Tokumoto and Konaose Michizan were not at that time.
The highest, the reason why he is revered as a medical sage is mostly because of the reputation spread all over the world by his disciples and disciples.
