Chapter 63 Shield Machine

Two figures ran wildly in the dim corridor, like a scene from a disaster movie. As the two people advanced, the corridor behind them collapsed step by step, boulders kept falling, and smoke and dust followed their footsteps.

It seemed as if they would be swallowed up by the ruins if they were just a little slower.

"I remember this was just an infiltration operation! What are you doing!"

The Black Hood ran extremely hard, and after leading another person, he turned around and yelled.

"This is adapting to circumstances! Do you understand adapting to circumstances?" another shouted.

"Is your improvisation just to demolish this place?" Black Hood screamed, "If you do this kind of infiltration in the crow's nest, you will be fired!"

"A guy like you who was kicked out of the crow's nest has no right to accuse me."

"I'm not accusing you," the Black Hood said, "I'm teaching you how to be an intelligence agent!"

The two people descended along the spiral staircase. As soon as they stepped out of the steps, there was another collapse sound, and the entire spiral staircase was submerged in rubble.

The Black Hood paused for a moment, looked at the still smoking ruins behind him, and then at his partner who was still spreading disaster. He shook his head and murmured, "I feel like you will never learn in this life what it means.

Sneaked in."

Boluogo completely ignored Palmer's words and raised his hand to wave. There was a violent vibration in the corridor on one side, followed by a burst of screams. Before the enemies could meet, they were struck by the sharp sword protruding from the wall.

Pierced through and crucified.

"Palmer, sometimes you need to think differently."

Looking at Burlogo's serious look, Palmer asked, "What's the idea?"

Boluogo said his fallacy, "As long as no living person has seen us, isn't it a perfect infiltration?"

"ha?"

Burlogo came to a fork in the road. He was hesitating which direction to go. At this time, Palmer underestimated him.

"Anyway, the reason why we are gathering intelligence is to deal with the King's Shield Guard. So we might as well turn the infiltration operation into a raid, right?"

Palmer sighed, "This is what you do best."

"I don't want to, but I can't help it," Boluogo shook his head. "The plan can't keep up with the changes."

Until now, Boluogo still can't understand how the King's Shield Guard found him. He obviously took every step very rigorously, but he didn't understand what went wrong... and there was no need to understand what went wrong.

Palmer paused for a moment. He wanted to ask something, but when the words came to his lips, he couldn't say them anyway, as if he had forgotten them.

The awkward situation lasted for a few seconds before Palmer struggled to recall the name.

"What about Church?"

"Church?"

Boluogo was also stunned for a moment, and then he realized that he had just forgotten Church.

This feels so weird... getting weirder and weirder.

Obviously I remember Qiu Qi clearly, but in a certain moment, I seemed to have forgotten him again.

Was it Church? Did Church do something?

"Church will hide himself well," Bologg said, trusting Church's mystery and concealment. "What we have to do is create a bigger mess, and then find a way to break out."

There are so many mysteries about Church, and after this operation, Bologo hopes to understand why.

Boluogo was always like this, with a curiosity that he shouldn't have.

"Isn't it more than that?" Palmer is not stupid, "You have been like this since the beginning, looking like you are looking for something... What are you looking for?"

Boluogo was slightly surprised, "Did you notice?"

"Do you think I'm stupid?"

"Sometimes that's the case."

"ah?"

Bologna didn't give Palmer time to react. He raised his hand and made a gesture on his abdomen.

"can you see it?"

Palmer thought Burlogo was inexplicably wondering, "What did you see?"

"There is a black umbilical cord, it is in my abdomen, extending outwards," said Boluogo. "This is an umbilical cord that is caused by being involved with the devil... It is the first time it is so obvious. I want to know.

What is the end of it."

When the umbilical cord was mentioned, Palmer seemed a little nervous, "The end? It's definitely not a good thing."

"I think so," Burlogo explained his inner feelings to Palmer, "but this time is different. There is a strange movement in my heart, like something calling me at the end of the umbilical cord."

Palmer's expression turned serious, and he asked, "Are you serious? Borrowgo."

Boluogo was silent for a moment. He nodded, but then he objected, "No, you are right."

Even though Palmer didn't say anything, Boluogo already understood what he meant, "I am the team leader, and I am responsible for the action team and the entire operation."

Boluogo cannot change the will of the entire action team because of his own personal affairs.

"Let's go," Bologg glanced at the umbilical cord, "find a way to get out of here."

Palmer complained in a low voice, "Everything is really going wrong."

The first operation of the temporary action group encountered a series of incidents. Palmer began to wonder if there was something wrong with his luck, but fortunately Boluogo didn't say anything about it, as if they were lucky.

Not much better.

Used to it.

Just when Palmer thought that Bologg was about to choose a path in the fork in the road, Bologg raised his hand. After a roaring collapse sound, the rock mass above his head shattered, and a stone step extended down. Bologg still pretended.

Like a gentleman, he made a "please" gesture to Palmer.

Looking at this ghostly scene, Palmer couldn't react for a moment.

Boluogo said, "Why are you stunned!"

"Huh? Is there no virtual realm here?" Palmer quickly walked up the stairs.

"There is a virtual realm, but it is obvious that the life of the King's Shield Guards is not easy either. Their virtual realm is much worse than the Kenshi."

Boluogo was a little more modest, "But after all, it is enveloped by the virtual realm, and it is a bit difficult for me to control it. Otherwise, I can completely collapse this place."

Due to the existence of the virtual realm, Bologo's control speed and degree of distortion are greatly restricted. Every time a building is destroyed, Bologo needs to consume a large amount of ether, even if he is fully responsible.

You can't be so reckless.

Palmer asked, "Are you sure you're narrow-minded?"

"I tend to be narrow-minded," Boluogo continued to lead the way, "but as long as your rank is high enough and the ether is strong enough to support you, it will be fine."

"Damn!" Palmer described, "You're really a TBM!"

Amid Palmer's screams, Bologg broke through another wall and broke out toward the upper level. However, the enemies guarding the corner had no idea that Bologg was not taking the usual path at all.

After penetrating several more walls, Bologg and Palmer came to an empty space. Bologg looked around, and like a hallucination, the walls were covered with scratches and cracks.

A layer of fire lit a bonfire in the center of the stone hall, and many people gathered around the bonfire to keep warm and drink.

Boluogo blinked, and the bonfire and the crowd disappeared, replaced by a dusty emptiness, filled with a sense of loneliness.

Rubbles rolled around Boluogo's feet, and the sound of collisions echoed in the empty stone hall. Boluogo took a long breath and blew away the dust full of history and vicissitudes of life.

"I've been here before. This is the stone hall of the Mist Abyss Fortress," Bologg introduced to Palmer like a tour guide. "We gathered here to celebrate that we captured this fortress. It's precious.

Drinks and cigarettes were handed out, one for each person..."

"Since you've been here, do you know the way out?"

"Um."

Boluogo nodded. He left from here and headed for the battlefield in the Holy City.

For Palmer, this was rare good news. After a series of rampages, they finally found their way out.

Just as the two of them started to cross the avenue in front of the stone hall and push open the heavy and dilapidated door, the sound of uniform footsteps sounded from outside the stone door, as if there was an army marching outside the door.

Luo Ge had a sense of dislocation in time and space, but after a brief moment of confusion, he realized the crisis of the situation.

"It seems like there's no way to escape."

Boluogo looked down at the dark umbilical cord on his abdomen. At some point, another umbilical cord slowly emerged, and it was connected to the back of the stone door.

Upon closer inspection, Bologna could still see an almost invisible umbilical cord connecting him to Palmer.

All things related to the devil will be connected by a dark umbilical cord.

The stone door was pushed open with a bang, and the black army was nearly a foot away.

Looking at the neat queue of speechless people, Palmer felt his heart stopped for a moment.
