Chapter 17 - Fairy Ruins

"Want to escape? You can't escape!" Jules smiled coldly in his heart, his huge body suddenly moved, and a hole suddenly opened in his chest.

"Hoho~!" A monster like a wolf cub quickly jumped out of his chest and landed in the backyard.

Under the command of Jules, the wolf cub sniffed a few times where Duran and Jane had stood before, and immediately started running wildly in one direction.

Jules' huge body immediately crossed the wall and followed the wolf cub into the darkness.

About five minutes later, a huge cross suddenly appeared on Count Lyle's body.

The cross was silver-white, and the chanting of angels could be heard faintly. After a while, the Earl's body floated strangely.

A large number of runes floated out from the cross and poured into the Earl's body, and his body became radiant.

Not long after, a vigorous vitality emerged from Count Lyle's body again.

He opened his eyes and came back to life.

Despite this, Count Lyle's eyes were full of fear!

"Jules, this traitor is so powerful. Fortunately, he didn't drain all my life energy. Otherwise, even with the cross regeneration emblem given to me by the archbishop, I might not be able to survive." Count Lyle shook his head slowly.

Shaking his head: "How could I raise such a monster?"

"But fortunately, he won't live long..."

"Your Highness, can you hurry up?"

The strong wind was breathing next to his ears. When Dulan opened his mouth, the cold wind filled his mouth and he almost lost his breath. It took him a lot of effort to shout out the sentence completely.

Jane looked serious and replied loudly: "This is already the fastest speed!"

Dulan could only calm down and put his left hand gently on Jane's waist to prevent him from falling during the bumpy journey.

But as a result, the two people's posture seemed a little awkward.

A man and a woman ride on a horse together, with the woman in front and the man behind. Such a scene would definitely be a beautiful scene on a clear day.

What's a pity is that the galloping horse is followed by a series of Orser pathogens!

When these Orser monsters ran at high speed, they were not as slow as the Earl's Mansion horses, which surprised both Jane and Duran.

The two of them had no choice but to bite the bullet and rush forward.

Dulan doesn't know how to ride a horse because he has never learned it, and Jane is of noble birth, so her riding skills are naturally excellent, so this embarrassing situation occurs.

For a moment, the two of them were silent. The horse, holding its breath, ran away for who knows how many miles. It was getting further and further away from the Big Pudding City.

The city was burning with fire, countless monsters were running rampant, people were wailing, the city gate was wide open, and the soldiers had no idea where they had gone. Thanks to this, the two of them were able to escape from the hell-like city, followed by the dozen or so Orsers.

Even though the pathogen persisted, it was slowly pulled away.

But at this time, the horse under the two of them seemed to be showing signs of exhaustion and began to slow down. This made the Orser pathogens very excited, and they all bit on it as if they had been given blood.

"These abominable monsters!" Jane bit her lip, trying hard to control the horse's declining strength and adjust its direction.

"We are out of the most dangerous place, stop, these guys are no match for me!" Duran shouted loudly.

Now that they were far away from Big Pudding City, in his opinion, the danger had actually been eliminated. Although the dozen or so Orser pathogens behind them looked menacing, once Duran used all his firepower, it would only take a matter of minutes to eliminate them.

However, Jane's expression was extremely serious. She shook her head: "No, far from it."

Dulanqi said: "Do you think I can't beat them?"

Jane replied: "There's another big guy. He's catching up."

Dulan's expression changed: "You mean Jules?"

Jane nodded. The magic mirror in her arms had already sensed this, so she still ran all the way after escaping from the city.

Jules is undoubtedly a monster now. If he catches up with him, there will be no reason to explain, and there will only be death.

"He has been following us, we have to find a place to hide." Jane's forehead showed a little sweat, and she said anxiously: "But I'm not very familiar with this area."

Dulan took a deep breath, and a river suddenly appeared in front of them.

"Shimo River?" A term immediately appeared in Dulan's mind, and relevant information immediately emerged: "If I remember correctly, that place is not far to the north of Shimo River!"

"Did you end up here without knowing it?" Dulan had a strange feeling in his heart, and he immediately shouted to Jane: "Go north along the river!"

Without saying anything, Jane pulled the reins, and the horse whined and changed its direction.

"Where are we going?" Jane asked sweating.

"Go to a place where Jules can be buried." Duran replied.

The horse stopped slowly, and the two dismounted. Duran patted the horse's butt gently, and the horse was very smart and ran away in a hurry.

The dozens of Orser pathogens had already been far away from them.

Jane's face turned pale, and she held the Deep Sea Crown pantingly: "Is this the place you mentioned?"

Duran nodded.

What appeared in front of them were huge white pillars, which were arranged in an orderly manner in a strange array. Inside the pillar group, countless waste stones were placed horizontally or diagonally on the ground.

The metaphorical atmosphere emerged in the hearts of the two of them.

Ancient and evil runes are carved on the sides of all the pillars. These runes are like eyes staring at strangers.

It seemed that at the next moment, a demon would jump out of the void and devour these two ignorant young men who disturbed their sleep.

Looking at the stone pillars and runes, Jane's face flashed with surprise: "I have seen these runes before."

"oh?"

"These are ancient runes believed by the cursed fallen people. Those oathbreakers once lived here - is there such a place near Big Pudding City?" Jane couldn't help but exclaimed: "Is this a ruins?

?”

Dulan nodded, with a strange gleam in his eyes: "Welcome to the Goblin Ruins... I bet there are many surprises waiting for us inside, and of course, Mr. Jules."

Jane looked at Duran confused.

Dulan smiled: "At least the ghosts of those pale goblins who have been dead for thousands of years are not as scary as Jules, right?"

The two looked at each other and smiled, then carefully walked into the ruins.

Five minutes later, Jules' huge figure appeared at the edge of the ruins. (To be continued.)
