058 The War Among Men

Nangong Yi was far away and did not see the dangerous smile on his face clearly.

I just feel inexplicably happy in my heart.

She remembered that when she first came to school, he said he would pick her up after school, but she didn't expect that she ran away first that day and did not wait until school was over.

Today, they did not make an appointment in advance.

Seeing his figure, I was a little surprised, but also a little happy.

Nangong Yi was afraid that he would wait too long, so she ran over quickly, raised a nice smile at him, and asked, "Have you been waiting for a long time?"

But Nangong Jue didn't smile back at her, but looked at her deeply.

The smile on his face is still there, but the warmth is a little less.

Nangong Yi felt cold for no reason, the smile froze on her face, and she looked at his face in a daze.

After about ten seconds, Nangong Jue said quietly, "Get in the car first."

With that said, he pulled up the car and got in.

He did not open the door for Nangong Yila as usual.

Nangong Yi felt a little inexplicably aggrieved, curled her lips secretly, and ran to the passenger side of the car. Just as he was about to open the door, he heard a familiar voice.

"Yier!"

Nangong Yi turned around and looked at the boy walking towards her, frowning slightly.

What was his name just now? Yi'er?

Somehow, this name that Nangong Jue always called came out of his mouth, and she felt inexplicably irritated.

"Don't call me that!" She heard her voice sound a little cold.

Perhaps because of Nangong Jue's neglect, even her usual smile faded away.

But Dugu Lin did not give in at all. Instead, he walked in step by step, with a devilish smile, and stood beside her. He leaned down and looked at her, as if he had not heard her words, and shouted again, "

Yi'er!"

His breath hit her nostrils with strong aggression. Nangong Yi took a step back, and suddenly thought of Nangong Jue in the car. He frowned. Just as he was about to say something, the driver's door suddenly opened.

Nangong Jue got down from the driver's seat, walked around the car and came to her. Without even looking at Nangong Yi, he opened the door and stuffed her in.

Nangong Yi's wrist was a little painful from his grip, and she frowned slightly. Looking at his cold side face, she felt aggrieved for some reason...

Did he... misunderstand himself?

The car door was closed mercilessly, and Nangong Yi felt even more sad.

He lowered his head slightly and looked at his red and swollen wrist, curled his mouth, and felt an inexplicable sourness on the tip of his nose.

I blinked hard and looked at the figure outside the car window that was engraved in my bones.

Outside the car window, Nangong Jue stretched out his hand, gently grabbed Dugu Lin's collar, leaned next to him and said something.

Through the window, Nangong Yi couldn't hear what he said, but she could only see the cold light shining slightly in his usually gentle eyes.

Dugu Lin seemed to be frightened by his sudden appearance. She was slightly startled. When she realized what he had said, her eyes turned cold. Just as she was about to reply, Nangong Jue suddenly loosened her collar.

Nangong Jue gently smoothed his slightly deformed collar, put an elegant smile on his face again, said something softly, then raised his head to look into Dugu Lin's eyes, patted his shoulder,

Turn around and get into the driver's seat.

Nangong Yi turned her head to look at his still cold side face, bit her lip, and wanted to say something.

But before she could say anything, Nangong Jue had already started the engine and sped away.

But none of them saw that Dugu Lin behind him looked at the shadow of the car leaving and stood blankly for a long time...
