Spoiler: Epilogue 2

"Good boy, stop making trouble." Ren Juechen stepped forward, hugged Fengling Mengmeng gently from behind, leaned against her ear, and whispered softly.

"Are you making a fuss? I'm not making a fuss. Didn't you go play chess? Why did you finish the game so quickly?" Fengling Mengmeng curled her lips and said.

"No more, I found an excuse and ran away." Ren Juechen chuckled. He didn't know whether his brother-in-law was angry or not.

Fengling Mengmeng just tilted her head, still feeling a little unsatisfied.

Ren Juechen brought her to the bed, pushed her to sit down, and then sat down next to her.

"Show me your hand." He stretched out his hand and took Fengling Mengmeng's hand that held the candle just now.

The back of her hand was already red from being burned just now. The candle oil had dried and stuck to the skin on the back of her hand.

He held Fengling Mengmeng's hand with one hand, turned the back of his hand upward, stretched out another hand, and carefully pushed away the layer of dried candle oil.

Although it didn't hurt, Fengling Mengmeng still frowned.

Ren Juechen suddenly lowered his head and pressed a kiss on the back of Fengling Mengmeng's hand.

"It won't hurt anymore."

"..." Fengling Mengmeng looked at Ren Juechen speechlessly.

Childish trick!

It doesn’t hurt at all!

"Mengmeng, after we get married, I will accompany you back to Gucheng every year." Ren Juechen said suddenly, his voice was very soft.

Fengling Mengmeng raised her eyes and looked at Ren Juechen.

"Well, are you satisfied with this?" Ren Juechen chuckled and reached out to smooth the messy bangs on her forehead.

"How can one trip a year be enough?" she protested dissatisfied.

If you go there once a year, you can only see it once a year!

They had only been separated for a few months this time, and she already missed home.

Wouldn't it be even more uncomfortable if we could only see him once a year from now on?

"How many times do you need to take it?" Ren Juechen asked softly.

"At least twice, no less!" Once every six months, this is the most basic!

At least every year, she had to come back for her father and mother's birthdays.

"Okay, if you say it twice, it's only twice!" Ren Juechen smiled helplessly. Even if she said it twelve times a year, he couldn't refuse!

Hearing what he said, Fengling Mengmeng smiled and suddenly felt very happy.

Ren Juechen lowered his head and kissed Fengling Mengmeng, and the two of them started to kiss each other.

Outside the door, someone stopped.

Fengling Yexi clenched his fist, put it to his lips, and coughed lightly.

Hearing the sound, Fengling Mengmeng stood up quickly.

Ren Juechen also stood up.

Immediately afterwards, Fengling Yexi walked in.

"Dad!" Fengling Mengmeng called out hurriedly, her face red. Her father was outside just now, so he couldn't have heard what was going on inside.

I suddenly felt very embarrassed.

Ren Juechen originally wanted to call him dad, but after thinking about it, he changed the title: "Prince Xi."

"Well, you come with me." Fengling Yexi glanced at Ren Juechen and said suddenly.

"I?"

"he?"

Fengling Mengmeng and Ren Juechen were both stunned at the same time, as if they had seen or heard wrong.

"That's right, I'll wait for you in the garden. I'll find a servant to take you there later. Mengmeng, don't follow." Fengling Yexi left these words, turned around and left the house, and left.

Fengling Mengmeng and Ren Juechen were left looking at each other...

As promised, Ren Juechen asked a servant to lead him to the garden.

The garden is a good view of Prince Xi's Mansion.

Fengling Yexi stood with his back on his back in the middle of the garden, a place covered with cobblestones without flowers or grass.

He turned around when he heard the sound of Ren Juechen walking.
