39. Entering the House II

Gu Chao sat on the fabric sofa in the living room and glanced at Qin Yuchu's room. The house was not big, with one bedroom, one living room and one bathroom, but it was decorated with warmth. The Hulk next to the TV was very beautiful, with emerald green leaves.

There was no dust at all. It seemed that Mumu wiped it frequently, just like she did before. She was a woman who loved flowers. I remember when they first lived together, he had jealously protested because of her care for flowers and plants.

He picked up the pillow on the sofa and put it between his nose and sniffed it. A faint lavender scent immediately filled his nose. He smiled and looked towards the kitchen. She still loved lavender.

Fragrance. His little woman is not a fickle woman. Isn't she also fickle about feelings?

Hearing the sizzling sound coming from the kitchen, he put down his pillow and walked into the kitchen. He didn't say anything, just leaned against the door frame and quietly admired Qin Yuchu washing his hands and making soup.

When he is with her, he will always recall every bit of the past.

Although there is sadness and pain, there are more sweet memories.

"Go and wash your hands! Don't bother me here." After Qin Yuchu put the noodles into the pot, he had time to pay attention to Gu Chao.

Gu Chao saw Qin Juchu's face and hands stained with flour, so he took out a piece of kitchen paper, stepped forward and helped her wipe it: "She's still as stupid as six years ago."

"It won't be transmitted to you, so why do you think so?" Qin Yuchu pouted. She was stupid. If he didn't like her, he could just stay away from her.

Gu Chao put his arm around her waist, tapped the tip of her flour-covered nose, and said with a bewildered smile, "It will be passed on to my daughter."

"Nonsense! You don't want to eat anymore?" Qin Yuchu glared at Gu Chao hard.

"Eat." Gu Chao smiled, lowered his head, and pecked Qin Juchu's angry eyes, "You look cute when you're angry."

"Get out!" Qin Fuchu's face turned red.

When a woman in her late thirties is called cute, is it a compliment or a mockery?

He was calling her stupid in disguise.

She admitted that even if another fifty years passed, her cooking skills would not improve. He went to Lin Ran because he liked smart women. Why was he pestering her like this?

Gu Chao let go of Qin Juchu and walked out of the kitchen with a smile. He never expected her cooking skills to improve, he just liked the way she was clumsy sometimes. His wife, Gu Chao, did not need to be a chef. If she wanted to be a chef, he would not spend the money.

Money? He can afford to hire a chef from a five-star hotel, but the chef he can hire with money can't make the food taste like his wife's.

By the time he finished washing his hands, Qin Yuchu had already brought out the noodles and fried sauce.

He immediately strode over, bent down, and smelled it intoxicatedly: "It smells delicious."

Qin Yuchu glanced at him indifferently: "It just smells good. Don't put too much hope in it."

"That's good." Gu Chao picked up the chopsticks and happily pretended to be noodles. When he took the first bite, he was immediately coughed by the salt: "I really shouldn't have given hope."

Qin Yuchu put a glass of water in front of him: "I forgot that the noodle sauce itself is salty, so I added a handful of salt. If it's too salty, don't eat it. I'll go out and buy you some beef noodles."

I thought that the noodles might be salty enough, so as soon as Gu Chao saw the water, he immediately picked it up and drank it hard.

"Mumu, as long as you don't poison the noodles, I will eat them all." Gu Chao gave Qin Yuchu a dazzling smile.

Qin Yuchu watched Gu Chao eat up a bowl of noodles in one mouthful of noodles, and he felt very complicated. He used to be like this too, while criticizing her poor cooking skills, he ate all the meals she cooked.

She suddenly turned away, her eyes sore.
