8. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva

Countless kalpas ago, there was a little king who made a wish: to attain Buddhahood soon and save all sentient beings. He would be the Tathagata of All Wisdom. But a king of a neighboring country made a wish: If he does not first save all sentient beings, free them from suffering and make them happy,

Once you achieve Bodhi, you will never become a Buddha. He is Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva.

Only when all sentient beings are saved can Bodhi be realized; until hell is empty, I swear I will never become a Buddha.

This great wish has always been in the heart of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva, so he has not actually become a Buddha, just because hell will not be empty. There are too many sins in the world, there are people full of evil, there are cunning and snobbish people, these people will fall into hell after they die.

Ksitigarbha will recite sutras to teach them to change their evil ways and do good, relieve them of all suffering, and make the appearance of hell disappear.

This is simply impossible. People in the world are too greedy, and there are always all kinds of greed, which turns kindness into disgust. Otherwise, if there was no sin, how could she be standing here? If there was no sin, how could she be here?

There is no need for her to hide and conceal her life experience. If there is no crime, she is still the same person who can live happily as before.

Sigh: Bodhisattva, you don’t want to become a Buddha, but you can’t save all sentient beings. But for your great wish, I am willing to kowtow to you!

Bend your knees and kowtow to the end, once, twice, and three times.

Not asking for anything, just expressing respect for Ksitigarbha.

When he got up, he heard Su Xiaoyuan whisper in his ear: "When you enter here, you will naturally be infected by the atmosphere. Tell the Bodhisattva your heart's desire and he will make it come true for you." Jian Jian smiled and remained silent.

"I'll go to the back. There are also Buddha statues on the back, some other small Buddhas. Do you want to come with me?"

"Go and worship, I'll wait for you here." She really didn't dare to be interested in the other small Buddhas. There were huge pictures hanging on the walls on both sides, which should be composing the story of Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. She wanted to see them

Well, the footsteps left behind, Su Xiaoyuan must have gone to worship Buddha on the other side.

After reading carefully, the painting tells several legends about Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva. It is said that he was a Brahmin woman. Her mother fell into evil ways and fell into hell after death. So she sold her house and prayed for incense in the pagoda.

The temple was built to make offerings. With sincerity and respect, one should put aside distracting thoughts and recite the name of the Buddha with one heart. This was so that my mother could use her merits to escape from hell and ascend to heaven.

Another story says that she was once a filial daughter, but because her mother liked to eat fish roe during her lifetime and committed too many murders, she fell into hell and suffered after her death, so she devoted herself to the Buddha and came out of purgatory for help.

The two stories actually have similar meanings. They both talk about a filial daughter as a mother. Filial piety is the first of all good deeds. Ksitigarbha Bodhisattva promotes filial piety, attaches great importance to salvation, and helps parents. More importantly, parents need to provide food and clothing as children when they are alive.

, serve the elderly and sick.

With a simple look, she felt that the Bodhisattva's eyes seemed to be sternly criticizing her, asking her for her unfilial piety. Her mouth was filled with bitterness and she could not help herself. How could she be filial? She didn't want to be such a wandering person, but her father was here

Where? Where is the mother? The sting of sudden departure hits my mind. How great it would be if I were still the simple one without past memories. Why should I let her remember? Why should she have the magic in Rong Jue's words?

Technique?

Close your eyes tightly, wait for the stinging pain to subside slowly, and the turbulence in your heart to gradually calm down, and then slowly open your eyes. The color of your eyes becomes much lighter, but you still recover. The use of mental skills is to be able to self-control when the heartbeat is irregular at this moment.

Healing.

After gathering my breath, I didn’t want to continue looking. I felt that the time was almost up. Why hasn’t Su Xiaoyuan come back yet? Looking around, I realized that it was already noon. All the tourists who were in the temple seemed to have left, and the entire hall was empty. Look carefully.

After listening, she didn't hear any other sounds. She walked behind the Buddha statue, but Su Xiaoyuan was nowhere to be seen.

Why didn't this girl tell her when she went somewhere else? But this temple is not big. When you walk out of the back threshold, you will see an empty wall, but it just divides the main hall and the incense burning place outside. On both sides are some incense sticks.

It should be a place where people in the temple live or eat. After walking around twice, I couldn't find Su Xiaoyuan, so I walked into the fasting room. There were only two or three monks sitting there eating. I saw a monk with her.

He came over and said: "Donor, tourists stop here."

"Master, I just want to ask if you have seen a woman wearing a white skirt?"

The monk shook his head and said, "Tourists are all in front of and inside the temple. No outsiders are allowed in our wing."

After a brief look inside, the fasting room was very simple, with just three square tables. It was clear at a glance that Su Xiaoyuan was not here. She searched around the temple again, but still couldn't see anyone, so she ran outside the door.

Look, she discovered something strange. She had searched for someone when she couldn't find anyone in the temple. She looked around the door and saw no one. She saw that their bicycles, one black and one white, were still in their original positions.

Therefore, she thought that Su Xiaoyuan must still be inside, so she went inside to look around again, and then asked the monk again.

But when she came back to look at it now, the white bicycle she rode over was gone, leaving only a black bicycle. Could it be that Su Xiaoyuan just walked out and left on a bicycle? Then why didn't you say hello to her?

Say hello and leave? Did something happen or is there something urgent?

After thinking about it, I simply took out my phone. Fortunately, Su Xiaoyuan's phone number was stored. After finding the contact, I dialed it. The ring tone on the phone was the song "The Fairy Tale of Drying": The dust in our hearts is about to come.

Fall, the age that has experienced wind and rain still hides the innocent cheeks, the world of fairy tales is here, collect it after drying...

A slight smile appeared at the corner of her mouth. Xiao Yuan really liked this song, but she sang the music several times, but no one answered. She frowned, looked back at the plaque above her head - Diwang Temple, and decided to

Let's ride back and ask first. Maybe she put her phone on vibrate and didn't feel it. Maybe someone called her suddenly with something urgent, and she was so anxious that she didn't bother to say hello and left first.

Riding on the black bicycle, I felt a little strange. Is this Song Yu's bicycle? Usually when he and Su Xiaoyuan are dating, they would ride the bicycle like today, chatting and sightseeing? He shook his head with a smile, put away distracting thoughts, and put some force on his feet.

Pedaling. To be honest, this bicycle is more difficult to ride than the white one, and the force required is heavier. It may be because I ride less.

When riding into the old street, I hesitated for a moment before riding to Nianba. After all, the bicycle belonged to Song Yu. I helped Su Xiaoyuan return the bicycle first and then checked to see if she had gone there. Intuitively, I could let Su Xiaoyuan

If you are so nervous, you should just read here.

At noon, there were some customers in the Nian Bar, because it also provides simple meals. If you add a nice drink, it will undoubtedly be a very romantic lunch, but it seems that Su Xiaoyuan was not seen. I simply left the car at the door.

Outside, I pushed the door open and walked in to the bar. The person sitting behind me was not Song Yu, but another man.

Clearing her throat, causing him to look up, she asked with a smile: "Are you Su Xiaoyuan's brother Su Hang?"

Su Hang nodded, and after looking at his eyes slightly behind the lenses, he smiled and said, "Yes. I have seen you. You came to sit in our bar two days ago. What's the matter?"

"There was a bicycle outside. In the morning, Xiao Yuan and I rode to the Diwang Temple in Beicheng. I don't know if Xiao Yuan left suddenly due to some emergency, so I had to return the bicycle. I didn't know if Xiao Yuan had

Are you back?"

Su Hang straightened up and looked outside, saying, "Oh, that's A Yu's bicycle. Just leave it there. I'll go out and bring it in later. I didn't see Xiao Yuan coming back. I heard her say she was going on an outing earlier.

Yes, it turns out she went to worship the Bodhisattva with you. I’ll hang up the phone later and go back to ask. Maybe she went to the inn, so I’m sorry to bother you.”

She nodded briefly, as if she had no excuse to stay any longer, so she said goodbye with a smile and walked out the door. When he saw Song Yu coming in from the door, he was stunned for a moment when he saw her, and walked over quickly: "Miss Jian,

Why do you come here when you have time?" Politeness and detachment may be his attitude toward the outside world.

"I'm here to return the bicycle outside." She pointed outside. Song Yu looked back and said with a gentle expression: "So Xiaoyuan borrowed the bicycle for you this morning." He simply shrugged, which was obviously true.

I wanted to say goodbye, but I heard him ask: "Have you ever had a meal? Would you like to try our lunch at Nian Bar, paired with Emirates' cocktails?"

She raised her eyebrows briefly, was he inviting her? Su Xiaoyuan's smiling face appeared in her mind, she shook her head and said with a smile: "No, I just got a call and asked me to go back to eat. By the way, Xiaoyuan just talked to me

I went to play in a temple in Beicheng, and then I suddenly left without knowing what happened. I didn’t say hello to me, and I didn’t answer the phone. If she comes over, let her hang up the phone for me.”

Disappointment flashed in Song Yu's eyes, but he didn't hold her back much. He just walked her to the door and stopped. Walking forward on the avenue against the wind, she felt the eyes behind her were still on her back, and she didn't look back.

, she thought Song Yu's polite invitation to her was because of Su Xiaoyuan.

She is in front, her eyes are behind, it is a straight line.

After the figure in front turned the corner and was out of sight, Song Yu withdrew his gaze and walked into the bar. He raised his eyes and met Su Hang's scrutinizing eyes. He sat in the bar chair, knocked on the bar and said: "Make me a glass of blue.

ocean."

Su Hang took out a bottle of blue cocktail from under the bar and started to adjust it. He asked: "A Yu, are you worried?" Every time he ordered the blue ocean, he was in a restless mood.

Song Yu frowned and said with hesitation in his voice: "Ahang, I don't know why, but after listening to this simple play of "Fairy Tale", I felt strange in my heart."

"Have you not forgotten her?" After just a few shakes, a glass of blue ocean was placed on the bar.

Song Yu picked up the triangular wine glass and stared at the blue crystal liquid. The voice he spat out between his teeth seemed to be murmuring in his throat: "Forgetting or not forgetting, what's the point."

Su Hang, who was very close to him, heard this and sighed softly before saying: "Don't forget that you already have Madoka. By the way, the woman just now said that Madoka suddenly left the temple and she gave you a phone call

Is that so? I’ll call the store and ask my parents to see if she’s gone back? Normally this girl wouldn’t be so reckless.”
