140 Angels and Demons

The Lion's Den stadium erupted with loud exclamations, and then fell into dead silence.

The focus of everyone's attention was on Millwall's left wing in the second half.

Aldrich complained to the fourth official just now and didn't see what happened clearly, but when he looked over there, he found Neil, the young player who started today, hugging his leg and roaring in pain on the ground, with one hand still beating the turf.

Not far from Neil, West Ham United forward Ian Dowie got up and was about to approach Neil when he was pushed to the ground.

Southgate rushed up and pushed Daoyi aggressively, bent down and roared at him who fell to the ground.

"You just went for his legs, right? It's simply a crime! You're a fool!"

When West Ham United players saw Dowie being pushed down by Southgate, they immediately rushed over. Millwall players also rushed forward, and a huge conflict was about to break out between players from the two sides.

Goalkeeper Keller rushed over, protected Neal who fell to the ground, and shouted to the team doctor who ran in from the sidelines: "Hurry up!"

Jenson came to Aldrich with a solemn expression, covered his mouth and told him what had just happened.

Neil caught the ball on the wing, and Dowie rushed over and made a fierce tackle. Neil jumped up to hide, but Dowie raised his foot and kicked Neil directly on the knee.

If Neil hadn't jumped up and unbalanced his body instead of standing on the ground, he might have had his leg broken off!

But the situation was no longer optimistic. Keller made a substitution signal directly to the sidelines. He, a goalkeeper, could tell with his eyes that Neal could not continue the game. You can imagine how much visual impact Neal's injury had.

Aldridge asked Zambrotta to warm up, then he turned and rushed to the West Ham United dugout, pointed at Redknapp and cursed angrily.

"Redknapp, this is how you fucking teach players to play football? Do you still have a moral bottom line? If you want to fight, we can go to the boxing ring! Do you still have the nerve to accuse Millwall of being a hooligan team?

You are the inhuman beasts, thugs, and beasts!”

Redknapp's face turned red for a while. He knew he was in the wrong and was unwilling to engage in a verbal dispute or even physical contact with Aldridge.

But Aldridge rushed over as if he was going to tear Lao Lei alive. This not only shocked the West Ham United bench, but also shocked the Millwall coaching staff. Barb and Craig rushed up and left.

Yi grabbed Aldrich's arm and pulled him back.

"Calm down, calm down, Aldrich. We can't let this go anymore!"

The fourth official also stood in front of Aldrich and warned him not to behave irrationally.

"Grass referee team, your performance today is shit! Why did the FA let you referee today's game? There were so many fouls before, and if that idiot Barry Knight takes out a few yellow cards, West Ham United thugs

Why are our actions getting bigger and bigger? My players have been seriously violated, which is an injury that exceeds the rules of football! You are also an accomplice! An accomplice!"

Aldrich became more and more excited as he spoke. Even Craig had to cover his mouth quickly.

If things continue like this, the situation will be very bad. Many people stood up on the benches of both home and away teams, and the atmosphere became tense. If Aldridge offends the referee again, it will obviously be very detrimental to Mirvoge.

Aldridge had indeed lost his mind at this moment. He was fed up with the previous rough fouls by his opponents. The referee turned a blind eye, and now his players were being maliciously violated again, which made him unable to suppress his inner anger.

The referee Knight and the linesman finally separated the players on the field, and then he immediately ran to the sidelines and showed Aldridge a red card without saying anything.

Now Craig, who was covering Aldridge's mouth, stopped doing it. He rushed to Knight, pushed his head against him, and gritted his teeth and said, "Did you get paid to enforce the game like this?"

Are you determined to kill Millwall?"

The situation on the sidelines changed extremely quickly in a short period of time.

After Aldridge was shown a red card, he seemed to have been woken up by a blow to the head. Now it was him who dragged Craig back. Craig, who was still chattering about the referee's poor skills, was also shown a red card, with Jenson standing aside.

Chao Knight applauded and taunted him, and was also sent off with a red card.

Aldridge walked up to the expressionless Knight and said in a deep voice: "You should be ashamed of your performance today! This is not Millwall's disaster, it is your disaster!"

After saying that, Aldrich waved his hand on the sidelines and made an offensive gesture. The team members surrounding Neil saw it. They were indignant and understood what the leader's current instructions meant.

Destroy West Ham United.

Not with fists.

Use offense!

In an aboveboard way, football!

Aldridge, assistant coach Jenson, and first-team coach Craig left the field together. They stood in the player tunnel waiting for the team doctor. With the help of the staff, Neal was already lying on a stretcher and was taken off.

Aldrich was to accompany Neil directly to the hospital.

Another team doctor came back in advance and told him that Aldrich suffered a blow just by conservative estimates.

Knee cruciate ligament and meniscus tear.

There are also sprains, joint dislocations, etc., and it is only after examination that we know whether it is a tear or a break. If the latter is the case, major surgery will be required.

When Neil was carried off on a stretcher, he had already put on an oxygen mask. His face was pale and dripping with cold sweat. He was unable to speak and was close to semi-consciousness.

The huge pain was unbearable for the 18-year-old youngster.

Aldrich, Jason and Craig accompanied Neil to the hospital. When they got into the ambulance, Aldrich covered his face with his hands and couldn't help crying.

Because of his mental age, in his eyes, his players were more like junior children. Neil was anesthetized and fell into a coma. His pale and bloodless face, the shocking congestion, and the twisted knees fixed by splints all made Audrey

Qi felt heartbroken.

He is only 18 years old!

Will this ruin his future?

Will this ruin his career?

Aldrich didn't know, he felt confused and helpless.

He cannot expect everyone to be like Larson, who got back on his feet after breaking his leg while playing for the Celtics and was able to maintain a high level of competitiveness at the age of 35.

When he woke up, Aldrich didn't know how to confront him. He held himself responsible for his injury because Neal called him: Boss.

The Lion's Den was filled with noise from the moment the conflict broke out. Millwall's fans were absolutely outraged. They have never been good gentlemen.

No one likes us, we don't give a damn!

But if someone hurts us, we will never forgive him lightly!

Riots quickly broke out in the stands. The stand where West Ham fans were sitting was attacked by Millwall fans from both sides. Security guards and police struggled to maintain order in the aisles. There were three floors inside and three floors outside, like a sandwich. The police and security guards

West Ham United protected in the middle, resisting the onslaught of Millwall fans.

However, many fans were still injured due to throwing debris, and there were many fans who were hit on the head with keychains. Fans on both sides were injured. Riot police also entered the stadium and began to take away the injured and those who had recently become emotional.

fans.

The game was suspended for nearly twenty minutes before order was restored.

The live broadcast commented that neither Taylor nor Gray knew what to say into the microphone, and Sky TV directly inserted commercials to avoid the riot.

This is obviously not a positive aspect of the Premier League.

Millwall has truly become a combination of angel and devil.

Before the game restarted, referee Knight showed two more red cards and sent Southgate and Dowie off.

Dowie's red card is undisputed. Although he tackled the ball head-on, it was a malicious violation. Southgate was shown a red card because he irrationally pushed down Dowie and caused a conflict between players.

But neither side was convinced.

West Ham United believed that many of Millwall's players had physically assaulted them during non-competition, and Trezeguet headbutted Michael Hughes.

Millwall were even more angry. Referee Knight showed them four red cards.

This is the Lion's Den, Millwall's home ground!

I don’t ask you to blow the home whistle, at least you should be fair and strict!

Knight may have regretted it at this moment. In order to keep the game under control, his law enforcement standards suddenly made a 180-degree turn and immediately became extremely harsh.

Before the end of the first half, he showed three more yellow cards, all to West Ham United because they committed a lot of fouls.

When the conflict broke out in the first half, Nedved was fighting from beginning to end, helping the referee to separate the two players.

But that doesn't mean he isn't angry inside.

But he understands better what the team needs, which is victory. Only victory can make the opponent's dirty looks even more despicable, shameless and childish.

Millwall will not fall to lethal tactics!

Throughout the second half, Nedvěd's performance was simply unparalleled. He led the offensive organization in the frontcourt. He passed the ball accurately, broke through sharply, and inserted powerful shots at the right time.

In the 57th minute of the game, he passed Larsson to open the scoring. Three minutes later, his breakthrough caused West Ham United's Williams to accumulate two yellow cards and be sent off.

In the remaining thirty minutes of the game, Millwall firmly took the initiative on the field. Nedved scored twice to help the team secure a 3:0 victory. However, he did not celebrate after each goal.

Silently walked back to the center circle and waited for the kick-off.

None of his teammates celebrated, and just walked back to half court like him.

Not only do they want to win, but they also want to score more goals to humiliate West Ham United.

Redknapp replaced two defensive players to increase defense. At the Lion's Den, he had no hope of winning. Millwall has maintained an unbeaten home game of nearly 50 games in the League Cup since last year!

When the game ended, large-scale conflicts and riots broke out between fans of the two teams outside the Lion's Den Stadium again. The impact was worse than the first half of the league, with more injuries, and more than 90% of the injured were West Ham United.

Team fans.

Returning to West Ham United's territory from Millwall is only such a short distance across the Thames River, but for West Ham United fans, it seems to be difficult. If there are no police to assist, I am afraid they will not find it at all.

On the way home, there were crazy Lions fans chasing and blocking West Ham United in the surrounding neighborhoods. The lone West Ham United fans even had to take off their jerseys quickly to avoid being attacked.

But fans living in areas radiated by Millwall were shocked to discover on their way home that the riots were more violent than they imagined.

From time to time, groups of strangers appeared in the streets and alleys, obviously looking for a fight. Those Millwall fans who did not want to get involved went home in a group, and then whispered to those who wandered the streets and seemed to be looking for the hammer.

Strangers pointing out the fans.

The vast majority of the older generation of loyal Millwall supporters who keep their peace will tell the young people in a serious tone: Those outside are the real football hooligans, and they come from all over the country just to have a good fight on this day.

.

This kind of thing happened frequently in the 1970s and 1980s, and the chaotic scene of gangster riots once again descended on East London.
