82. Chapter 82 Elegance

Pei Ze heard this clearly, and replied with a smile: "What could happen, could it be that my sister-in-law is drunk? The boss wouldn't be so anxious that he would knock down a drunk and unconscious woman, right?"

"I asked, could something happen to Chu Xia? Are you sure he is drunk?" Jane Eyre said and looked at Pei Chi's bedroom door.

She really wanted to go in and see what Pei Chi and Chu Xia were doing inside, and why Pei Chi had to close the door.

"What the boss said is probably not a lie." Seeing Jane Eyre's worried face, Pei Chi couldn't bear her disappointment and simply said: "I'll go see what the boss is doing!"

He said and went to knock on Pei Chi's door. Pei Chi came out in response. When he saw it was him, he asked in a deep voice: "What's the matter?"

"Sister-in-law, are you okay? Are you sure you're drunk?!" Pei Ze saw Pei Chi blocking the door and wanted to push Pei Chi away.

But Pei Chi blocked the door and had no intention of giving way.

"I'm pretty sure she was drunk. She helped me stop drinking and drank a lot." Pei Chi said, closing the door hard and locking it behind her.

He went indoors, looked at the woman who was thrown into the bathtub, looked at the woman again, and by some strange mistake, stepped forward and unbuttoned her shirt...

Just when Pei Chi was busy, there was a sudden knock on the door again, which made his hands tremble in fright.

There were constant knocks on the door, and he suddenly realized what he was doing.

He hurriedly helped Chu Xia push back the buttons, and his long fingers "inadvertently" touched her face, which made his mind wander...

When Pei Chi opened the door again impatiently, his face darkened: "Pei Ze, you'd better be fine!"

"I don't worry about my sister-in-law, and neither does Xiao Ai. If you get drunk, it will be very miserable. Let Xiao Ai handle it." Pei Ze simply pushed Pei Chi, who was blocking the door, and asked Jane Eyre to come in.

"Yes, leave her to me." Jane Eyre muttered to Pei Chiruan.

Pei Chi's eyes were unpredictable, but he said nothing, looking straight at her, as if piercing her body, and seeing clearly her true inner thoughts.

After a long time, Pei Chi replied: "Take her to change into a new set of pajamas, and then throw her back into the coffin. I like the peaceful look of her sleeping in the coffin!"

Jane Eyre smiled in response, and then helped the drunken Chu Xia back to her bedroom.

An hour later, Jane Eyre took Chu Xia back to the bedroom, put her in the coffin and lay down, and then said to Pei Chi: "After changing it, the jade is returned to Zhao intact."

Pei Chi looked at the woman in the coffin without glancing at Jane Eyre.

Although Jane Eyre was disappointed, she didn't express anything and walked out of Pei Chi's bedroom.

After Jane Eyre left, Pei Chi locked the door. He went to the coffin, picked up the woman, and brought her to his own territory. His hands were uncontrollable and he touched the woman's pajamas. Chu Xia suddenly asked:

"What are you doing?!"

Pei Chi was startled, the woman woke up?!

He pushed Chu Xia away and straightened her face. He saw her cheeks were flushed and her eyes were drunk, and she was looking at him doubtfully.

"Do you know who I am?" Pei Chi returned to his usual elegant and harmless tone and asked quietly.

"Aren't you Mr. Pei, the biggest villain of the Pei family, elegant and harmless?" Chu Xia said, falling softly on the pillow, sleepiness sweeping over her body.

It was Jane Eyre who gave her a long cold shower before she regained some consciousness. At this moment, she just wanted to sleep.

"Elegant and harmless?" Pei Chi heard this and moved closer to the woman's face, looking directly at her red mouth.
