560. Chapter 560 Fengyue Baojian [2]

Hua Xi looked at his back quietly for a while, then raised her head, the wind gently brushing her cheek.

She jumped off the roof, and with a leap, she went in the opposite direction with him.

The evening breeze blew slowly, and Hua Xi walked out of the palace and slowed down, walking slowly alone on the deserted street.

Suddenly, the sound of chanting sutras came from nowhere, very softly, but floated into her ears for no reason.

Hua Xi was startled, and then followed the sound of chanting sutras and walked into an alley.

In an ordinary house, Hua Xi climbed over the wall and entered the courtyard. When he raised his head, he saw a little monk in white cassocks sitting on a couch by the window in a window lit by candlelight.

Close your eyes, chant sutras, flick your rosary beads, and have no distractions.

Hua Xi slowly walked to the window, held her face with one hand, and listened quietly, feeling that her heart suddenly calmed down.

"The donor came to visit me late at night, what do you do for me?" the young monk asked without opening his eyes.

"The little girl has some doubts and would like to ask Master Wujiang to clarify her doubts."

Wujiang opened his eyes, and his pure eyes suddenly looked into hers.

He was stunned for a moment, then moved away and asked calmly: "What are your doubts?"

"Buddha says that there are eight sufferings in life. What does the master think is the most suffering?"

Wujiang said: "I can't ask for it."

"It turns out that the master is also entangled by the ordinary heart?" Hua Xi couldn't help but smile, "I am a mortal and cannot avoid the ordinary mind. But the master can be freed. I just want to know how to be freed?"

Wujiang looked at her quietly for a moment and then asked: "Who is binding you?"

Hua Xi looked at him blankly, no one restrained her.

Wujiang smiled and said: "In ancient times, a monk once prayed to the Buddha and asked the stone: How is liberation? The stone asked: Who bound you? The monk asked: What is the pure land? The stone asked: Who defiled you? The monk asked: How?

Is it Nirvana? The stone asked: Who will give you life and death?"

Hua Xi listened silently and said Wujiang: "Since no one is binding you, why are you looking for liberation? If you have no dirt, why are you looking for a pure land? There is no difference between life and death, so why are you looking for Nirvana?"

When you have great enlightenment and the Buddha is in your heart, you will always see the Bodhi Mirror.

If your heart is free from worries, you will have nothing to worry about.

Hua Xi lowered her eyes and murmured: "How wonderful it would be if I were like you and not deceived by the ordinary mind."

"Master once said that this world was originally a mirror in the hands of the gods. This mirror has two sides. One side is filled with red dust, a gentle countryside, beauties, drunken life and death, born to be confused by the red dust in the mirror, and can't extricate themselves."

"One day, when the god was drunk, he accidentally turned to the other side of the mirror, only to see that the world of mortals was like purgatory. Beauty would eventually turn into withered bones, and fame and wealth would all be in vain. Therefore, he realized deeply and put away the mirror from then on, never to go back again.

Look at the world of mortals, and no longer look at purgatory."

"Has he converted to Buddhism?" Hua Xi murmured.

"No." Wujiang shook his head, "This mirror is a reflection of the world of mortals. The human race has a lifespan of only a hundred years. Therefore, by taking pleasure in time and delaying cultivation, it will become the weakest race in the six realms."

"Donor Mo, the ordinary mind cannot confuse you. Only the mortal world in the mirror can confuse you. You are in the mortal world and will be confused by the mortal world. But the day you put down the mirror, the confusion will disappear."

Hua Xi looked at him. Living in the world of mortals, he would be confused by it.

She suddenly laughed: "What kind of mirror is that?"

"This mirror is called Fengyue Baojian, and it is the human world where you are."
