2716. Chapter 2716 Is there any progress?

London, Mohs Group.

Mo Wen strode out of the elevator and came outside Mo Bei's office, "Where is Xiao Bei?!"

"The eldest lady is still working inside." The subordinate replied.

Morven stepped forward and knocked gently on the door. No one responded. He held the door handle in confusion and pushed the door open.

There was no one behind the office. There was dinner bought on the small table nearby, but it didn't seem to have been touched. Mo Wen looked around suspiciously and finally saw Mo Bei standing on the balcony.

She was lying on the railing, looking down at the lights of thousands of houses. The background was so thin that it made people feel distressed.

Mo Wen walked over and asked, "Are you not done with your work yet?"

"Get some air here." Mo Bei turned around, "Is there any progress?"

Mo Wen shook his head slightly. All three killers that night were dead, and I couldn't find anything valuable.

"It's getting late, you should go back and rest." Mo Bei turned around and walked back to the office, putting away the computer on the desk, "I'll go back to Jiao Yang first."

"Is there something wrong with you two?" Mo Wen asked softly.

"The two of us, me and Jiao Yang?" Mo Bei shrugged, "We are good buddies, what can go wrong? This is just to cooperate with the media. After a few days, Mo's condition will stabilize and his injury will be healed.

I will move back here."

Mo Wen wanted to ask again, but looking at her face, she still didn't say anything more.

He is not a fool. He has seen everything in the court. Everyone can see Mo Bei's feelings for Jiao Yang. Ever since the court verdict that day, Mo Bei has been doing his best to take care of Jiao Yang.

Mo Wen saw all these things.

Although she is very tired every day, her eyes are always full of smiles and she is full of enthusiasm in everything she does. However, in the past two days, she seems to be a different person, returning to the same state as before.

It's hard to guess what must have happened.

"Xiao Bei." Mo Wen took two quick steps, chased into the elevator, and stood next to Mo Bei, "If you have something on your mind, don't hesitate to tell me. I'm your brother."

Mo Bei turned to him and smiled, "I'm really fine, maybe I'm just a little tired."

"I'll take you back and take a look at Jiao Yang." Mo Wen said.

"Okay." Mo Bei did not refuse.

After the two went downstairs, they got in the car and rushed to Jiao Yang's villa. Mo Bei got out of the car and walked up the steps. When she saw the men coming out, she immediately said, "How is Jiao Yang?"

"Doctor Smith said he is in very good condition. He just had dinner and is reading a book now," the subordinate replied.

Reading?

The Decameron?

Mo Bei took Mo Wen upstairs, stopped outside Jiao Yang's door, and knocked gently.

"Enter!"

Jiao Yang's voice came from inside the door.

Mo Bei pushed the door open and took Mo Wen into his room. Jiao Yang was not lying on the bed, but sitting in a wheelchair with the "Decameron" on his lap.

"Why aren't you lying on the bed?" Mo Bei asked with concern.

"It's boring to lie down all the time." Jiao Yang agreed with a smile.

The tone of the two people seemed to be very relaxed, but there was a clear and obvious politeness in them, and there was a strange atmosphere in the air.

"Then you guys chat, I still have work to do, so I'll go over there first." Mo Bei shrugged, turned and left.

Mo Wen sat down next to Jiao Yang and asked him some questions about his injury.

"How is Mr. Mo? Is everything okay?" Jiao Yang asked.

Mo Wen did not answer his question, but asked, "What happened between you and Xiaobei?"
