A little practice note

At the request of a friend, I will say some words here, which have nothing to do with the work, but I still recommend everyone to read it.

After reading it, if you believe it, pay attention. If you don’t believe it, forget it.

Various alchemy books circulating on the Internet, such as Taoist canon, inner alchemy exercises, etc., are not entirely fake, but their credibility is very low. If you really want to practice, it is recommended to think carefully, as the consequences will be serious.

The most common thing is that underage people (the key point, underage, as for how to be considered an adult, I don’t know, but the division of 16 and 18 years old is definitely not suitable here) practice alchemy, but it is unsuccessful, but it is easy to cause impotence.

Add in the fact that things on the Internet are true and false, and the chances of failure are infinitely close to 100%.

Cultivation (let’s put it this way) requires “fellow Taoists” and “protectors” because during the process of cultivation, inner demons will arise and affect spiritual intelligence.

True cultivation requires purifying your mind first, and then purifying your heart. In other words, keeping some kind thoughts in your heart.

That's all, I don't understand, it's what a friend said. There are indeed people in China who practice Taoism, but they are not like flying to the sky and escaping to the earth like in the novel. It is more accurate to say that they are for health care.

If you think it's right, please help and repost it, which can be considered a good thing.
